Break Free, Change your Life and Love Yourself

This book is going to be hard to get through if you've been through any kind of Emotional Abuse. It makes you dig deep and look inside yourself and answer some really tough questions. If you are already going through insecurities, self doubt or low self esteem, you feel like you don't measure up, you're undeserving and you don't know why, this will help you. Learn how to be better to yourself and set boundaries, learn to say no and stop comparing yourself to others. Toxic relationships are abusive. You may need to leave.
Self love is the most important thing you can give yourself. Learn to value yourself. It's all about changing your mindset and how you react and behave to triggers. This is a good workbook but you have to be willing to put in the work. Learn to put yourself 1st.

Also a workbook

Something I liked right from the start is how the first few chapters started out as if I were starting out from the first chapter each time.
Another thing I liked about this book is that it is also a workbook where the author is actually including you into the book and then afterwards is working on those things you have written.
I found this book to be an easy book to read and to understand.
If I could I would give the author 10 stars!

Do you need a friend.

I picked this book up cause its real, alot of people go through abusive relationships and arent sure what to do. This book helps u find ways to escape and if u have already escaped this book helps find ways to move past it and heal. I highly reccomend for those that are too scared to talk to someone and to those that suspect they are in abusive relationship

Great workbook and questions

I read this and thought that it was exactly what I needed to read at certain points in m life. You can also use it as a health check of your relationship. Students and facilty, employers and employees can all use it. Recommend this book

Helpful Exercises

This is an interactive book that will help the reader work thru some important issues. The topics that are covered will be assistive in addressing and working on life skills.

I could cry

Author was authentic as ever and encouraging. Great read. I felt so connected to the author that once I realized I had completed the book I was a bit sad but I have learned so much. I definitely have a different perspective now after reading this book.
