If you are already going through insecurities, self doubt or low self esteem, you feel like you don't measure up, you're undeserving and you don't know why, this will help you. Learn how to be better to yourself and set boundaries, learn to say no and stop comparing yourself to others. Toxic relationships are abusive. You may need to leave.
