I first listened to the Super Soul Sunday podcast interview between the author and Oprah. I couldn’t wait to get my hands on the book! Oprah was a bit sceptical and having read the book, I understand why. Although I enjoyed it and wanted to keep reading, it is a bit formulaic in that every aspect is presented in ‘tens’. It stretches credulity.
I tried most of the meditations with an open mind and heart but did not experience a connection with my Spirit Guides, HOWEVER, I had the most extraordinary and vivid dream of my life! I researched the symbols and followed the steps of Jungian dream analysis, and my mind is blown! I have no doubt that my Spirit Guides communicated with me through the dream. The fact that I was on a silent meditation retreat at the time was no doubt a factor as well.

A special friend introduced me to this author....this book was life changing and I actually did a reading with Ainslee after reading two of his books. Not for everyone but this book helped me put some understanding behind the purpose of life.
