Another fabulous book by this no longer new-to-me author. I can't, for the life of me, work out why Sasha's books aren't more readily available.

This story is a unique, page-turner. There's nothing formulaic about it. It's heart-wrenching and has a touch of paranormal, a very small touch.

I didn't give this five stars as around the 80% mark, the book went off the rails for me. Thankfully, it was soon back on track.

The weakest part of this book is the political slant, and, for me, that was a good thing. Politicians aren't my favorite people to read about.

And like when I finished the first book I'd read by this author, Pretty Ugly Place, I'm off to search out what else I can find by Sasha McCallum.

Wow. Second piece by Sasha McCallum I've now read.
This is a really lovely story.
So sweet and melancholy. So beautiful in love.
The timeline jumps around which I enjoy if it plays out well.
Two very interesting women finding eachother is always worth the time.
I was caught by surprise a little..unprepared.. and.. there were tears. There was heartache.
Had to spend time cuddling my darling after this one. Showed her how much I love her.
I'm enjoying Sasha's style so much and I can't wait to read another of her books... My Friday night sorted.
