For quite some time, Jim's entire life revolved around the game of basketball and nothing could take his mind away from it, but when things begin to change at home, the game becomes just a game as he turns to his Nana for comfort and stories of the past.
In Marisabina Russo's "House of Sports," the main character, Jim, is a short basketball player who loves basketball more than anything, and he's trying to do everything he can to earn a starting spot, but family obligations stand in his way. The way Russo put the story together is really good, and the book overall is really good and i can really get into it. I would recommend this book to readers who enjoy reading about basketball.
