As someone currently on their DAMA/CDMP journey, this has been a really valuable resource to understand stewardship in all its different flavours. I took one star off due to the poor editing work - the glaring errors and typos were frustrating in a professional text as well as the 1990s/2000s era looking figures. However, the content comes from a professional who has been in the field for over 30 years with clear expertise. This is a great source of knowledge for someone building a data strategy or is new to governance. Governance is really hard to make engaging as an objectively dull subject. Plotkin does his best to make the content engaging, and is fairly successfull although you should not be expecting Marvel movie level fun of course.
