Next to impossible coincidences seem to be connected to a shared dream… Is this destiny? Chayee springs out of bed after one of the most realistic and steamy dreams she’s ever had. After bringing herself back to reality, she goes to work as a T.A. at her former university. But, while on an errand for her professor, she meets Dohun and gets the shock of her life. He… seriously resembles the man she spent a hot night with in the dream. She finds herself unable to face him since every glance brings back the very realistic feelings of the night before! “By any chance, have we… met before?” Dohun also has unexplainable feelings of discomfort towards Chayee and puts as much space between them as he can. But, no matter how hard they try, fate keeps dragging them back towards each other. What’s going on?! When dreams and reality intertwine, anything can happen!

I wouldn’t say the artwork was good in the sense of Todd McFarlane, Alex Ross or Neil Gaiman… it was okay. It had its own comedic touch that was unique. The weird thing that creeped me out though was the multiple scenes of people without eyes. They had everything, but eyes! What the hell?! Even if they close their eyes, they don’t disappear! It just looked very weird. But I did like the scenes where photos and artwork were combined together. Normally, I’d pass over art like that, but here it was done very classy.

The story was not my typical go-to type of story, but I fell into the groove quickly and wanted to know what was going to happen next. My own problem was I had to get accustomed to these new words for specific types of characters. For instance, Dohun Kang is mortal in one world, but in another he is a Lari. Who will turn into a monster if he doesn’t mate on his wedding day/due date/ specific day on the calendar… and who he mates with will become his master. If he is separated from his master, things go wrong in both worlds. (I know…odd.) but once I put all this lingo past me, I actually liked the story. The dialogue had me laughing a couple of times. And the 13-year old me was hoping to see some real action but it was still PG-13. No real nudity…bummer. But there was some mild cursing.

Manhwa: Survival Marriage

The concept of parallel universes colliding through a wormhole immediately drew me in. It offers a unique and intriguing storyline that kept me engaged from start to finish. Although the art style isn’t particularly impressive, the overall story more than makes up for it, making the experience thoroughly enjoyable.

Currently @ ch.18

I honestly dont know how to feel about this 'fate is bringing them together' or 'the male needs to be submissive towards his mate because she's the master of his beast' crap both worlds are doing but I really like the story so far. It's an interesting take on the parallel universes and and what happens when you take a peak on how different your life could have been. I like the way both worlds affect each other even though it makes the story kinda melodramatic. Nevertheless, I'm looking forward to seeing what happens next!

I really liked it at the start but it's getting kind of slow and I'm losing interest. 😵

This is about a women who travels between two universes of herself while she sleeps. (Idk if that makes sense.) She meets a man from the 'other' universe and they have sex. (She thinks she's dreaming lol) but then she meets this man in her universe too! 😲

Yeah the male lead is kind of a cinnamon roll but idk if I like him all that much. The art style is not my favorite but it isn't bad. It's just preference.

a play on the idea of parallel universes and how our relationship may be affected based on who we know and what we do.

god, this is so good. i loved the parallel storylines. amazing!!! the sexual tension was absolutely… prominent, that’s for sure. honestly didn’t expect to enjoy this as much as i did, but it was so well-written and unique! just a nice, proper buildup overall. you didn’t disappoint, author!!! and the art itself was freakin’ gorgeous, too! i’m really looking forward to the upcoming side story. <33
