Review
This book was good and funny. Oh the secrets that came out had me in stitches. Theory and Journee’s families were a hot mess: especially old bougie Trish. She thought the world revolved her. It took Carla to put her in her rightful place.

This book was good. I love the relationship between Journe and Theory they definitely was made for each other. The drama of the parents was something else. I love the ending it was perfect.

Secrets always come out.
I so loved this novella, you gave such a true situation that happens in some families no matter the race. Some parents are just like Journee's mom they feel no one is good enough for their children. Journee's and Amri father loved them both unconditionally. Journee was in love with Theory her fiance, and his parents loved him and his brother unconditionally and whomever they chose to have in their lives. Theory brother Tabari was a hot head that needed to change his way of living once he did his whole situation began to change for the good.
Journee's best friend Tia fell for Tabari and they seem to be doing well. Boy the boys mom and dad hadn't been together in many years but after all the drama unfolded during the week of the wedding some kind of way they got back together. Journee's parents ended their marriage the girls father is living his best life, where as the mother is still a bitter woman. I didn't expect to get emotional but I did. Thank you Cherish. If you were thinking about giving any of these a story. I would love to see the old Cooper's , or either of their siblings since everybody is having babies that would be nice. To show alternative lifestyle raising a child. Great read

Great Book
I enjoyed this book from beginning to end. Theory and Journee made a beautiful couple. But that family of their couldn't seem to get it together. Let me rephrase that Journee's mama was just miserable and wanted to make everyone else as unhappy as she was I'm glad her husband left her. I'm happy that Tabari and Tia got together, it would be nice hearing from them all again. Awesome job Cherice.

I thought this book was just ok and they could’ve kept the scene with the brother bringing heat to his house. It just did seem to fit in the story. It was like I was snatched out this book and thrown into another. Overall once it got back on track it was good. There really was only one secret and it didn’t even involve the main characters. The parents were a trip and the Mother was what kept the book interesting. The rest of the book was bland. 3.5 stars.

This is an entertaining Christmas story with very lovable characters. Theory & Journee's relationship is so beautiful. The way he loved and went hard for her is admirable. Good job. These characters are so enjoyable I would love a series about them, especially to find out why Mrs.Taylor is so bitter.

Loved it
This book was something else. Journee's mom is a piece of work. She is bougee but can hold her own on a fight. I am just happy that Journee and Theory made it down the aisle. Their parents was going at it every chance they got. It was a lot to deal with but love won in the end. Great Read

Listen! At want point I wanted Theory and Journee to throw the whole family away and charter a jet to Vegas and get married. LOL! This may have been a novella, but Theory and Journee's story had everything you needed! Love, hot sex, crazy family, and happily ever after! I absolutely loved it!

This book was everything I really enjoyed reading I laughed from the beginning to the end. I was happy that they were able to get married. I really thought that Trisha was going to stop that wedding though she was something else.
