Jessica Mills loves the HEA found in a Hallmark movie, must have coffee first thing in the morning, and a homebody that loves living in the country. She’s definitely family-oriented and an animal lover at heart except for snakes….nope! She recently relocated back to East Tennessee with her husband and daughter to be closer to family, she has a son that lives in Florida, and three furbabies that complete her everyday life. She’s always wanted to be a writer and put the stories from her head to paper. She never thought that would come to fruition until she met Ali Parker.
Ehh, this wasn't anything to write home about honestly. Thought the concept was good, felt like there was some really strong scene. But it wasn't like amazing.
Feel like I should say more, but not sure there's much else to say! LOL
Jane is a cultured girl who appreciates the finer things in life so a trip to a dude ranch to celebrate her father’s birthday is not her idea of a get away.
Being a cowboy is who Sawyer is and he can’t imagine any other lifestyle than the one he is living. Jane is exactly the type of woman he doesn’t want so why can’t he stop thinking about her?
Jane and Sawyer couldn’t be more different or more perfect for each other as they give each other exactly what they weren’t looking for.
This was a good read. Jane's dad wants to come to the ranch for his birthday. Here she meets Sawyer. Everything was going good until her cousin almost ruined it all. Thankfully everything worked out for them in the end.
This is the fourth book in the Montgomery Boys Series and might be the best one yet. I loved Jane and Sawyer's story and know you will. She's a pampered princess hidden under coats of makeup and he's a rugged cowboy. But you know what they say opposites attract. This was a time of reflection for the city girl as she uncovers the makeup and the real her. the chemistry between the two is explosive. The characters are well developed, likable and interesting. The story will keep you guessing and page turning. A great read that I read as an advance copy via the author and voluntarily chose to review it.

Going to Montana and a dude ranch to show them where his roots are...seriously... A what!!! I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book and purchased a copy for my favorites collection.
A whole lot of self-discovery and romance in this one
Jane, pampered princess from California, meets Sawyer, the laid-back dude ranch experience Montgomery brother, when her family goes to the ranch for her father’s birthday to get in touch with the way he grew up. As the story progresses a change in perspective is needed, a silent challenge is issued, and things get more complicated than they need to be. Jessica Mills put a whole lot of self-discovery and romance in this one. The interactions between Jane and Sawyer draw you in and keep you engaged. The last three brothers don’t stand a chance.
I received a free copy of the book from the author. I had the opportunity to review or not.
I don't know how I started reading this cause cowboys aren't my thing. It was a decent read though, about a rich girl and a cowboy, forced together and eventually falling in love but it was a slow burn for sure. Then it's like, smut, smut, smut, epilogue which is really just the POV of the next brother's story (so NOT an epilogue).
The writing is fine, minus a few times when the horse's name changed (or was the name of her sister's horse) nothing really took you out of it. The smut was decent tho was kinda hard to picture the positions but whatever.
There was actually a plot that was pretty realistic so kudos for that, but minus this being a pretty easy read, it wasn't as quick as you'd expect. Just kinda struggled to hold my interest but I was already committed to the book.
The Montgomery boys are back in a new novel. I loved Jane and Sawyer’s story. Sawyer is a hard working rancher who values people and animals. Jane has always been coddled and given anything she ever wanted or needed. An unlikely couple find exactly what they need, when they need it. I loved His Fierce Possession and the previous novels in the Montgomery Boys series. The love, unity, and camaraderie the brothers share and the friendship the women in the family have with each other makes the reader feel part of the family. Jessica Mills has created yet another captivating must read novel and I can’t wait to see what happens next with Colton, Wade, and Cassidy, and Boone. “I voluntarily reviewed an ARC copy of this novel.”
This is book 4 and I couldn't put it down the story is about Sawyer and his life on the ranch. He works hard not only on the family ranch but had his own Dude experience where he takes tours and shows people what is like to live on a ranch. It's on one of these tours he meets Jane and her sister Both are in for a huge culture shock. Jane and Sawyer soon find love but what will happen when her family tour is over. Highly recommend this series of books
It was a great story but did leave unanswered questions. Not a cliff hanger but just questions of what is going on between Sawyer & Jane? How long do we live together before making it forever? And maybe it is a little cliff hanger as we start off on another brother! Sorry if I ruined it for anyone but there it is.
I love cowboy books and this one did it again. The FMC had a super super quick character arc that was really interesting to be a part of and adapted to change probably a little quick for me but the whole book was really fun to read! The challengers and the development the FMC makes is crazy awesome and empowering to read and the outcome is super adorable and romantic.
This was my favorite book so far in this series!! Sawyer and Jane meet during one of his dude ranch turors. We get a closer look at Sawyer's days on the ranch as well as his compation and love for every part of it. Watching Jane change and find her self and her connection with both Sawyer and the ranch was awesome.
I enjoyed the story, but the author REALLY needs to check her work. First 3 books there's 8 brothers, now there's 6 for about 85% of this book before she remembers there's another two.
Big inconsistencies like this, and forgetting/changing the names of the horses are niggling.
Not to mention, apparently she's never heard of a condom.
Oh I just loved Sawyer and Jane story!! They had such a instant pull to each other!! This book will make you laugh out loud at time and will warm your heart and keep you on the edge of your seat!! I would recommend this book to everyone!!
I wanted a cowboy story and that's definitely what I got! Such a sweet story about a snobby rich girl who came into her own with the help of a sexy, patient cowboy.
Loved this book. Sawyer leads the tours for the dude ranch and when he meets Jane on this tour everything changes for this Montgomery brother. Can he convince Jane to stay with him in Montana or will she go back home?
I have fallen in love with this series and I have loved Sawyer all along but I think this was just so much better then I anticipated Jane was so much more than a Princess it was a must read book
I enjoyed this book immensely! The setting in Montana was perfect, and the descriptions of life on the ranch was great. The characters and their dialogue was well written, and the descriptions of the characters and the plot kept me reading!
I enjoyed reading this story but it was just a little too long for the subject. I also think that it needs an epilogue for the characters. It just starts a new character life. We never know what became of the family. Did they come visit, just let her leave and it's over.
So far each Montgomery is well-developed and entirely different from the others. I'm enjoying see this family branching out in this many different directions.
I do love my cowboy romances. This one did not disappoint. I love Wyoming settings, since I have been to Wyoming many times. I would recommend this book.
Who doesn’t love a hot cowboy and even hotter chemistry? I do indeed!! This story comes to life from the pages so you have a front row seat. I have really enjoyed this series!
