My attention span loves these short novellas but the romance reader in me hates how I'm always left wanting more. I need more of these two, I want to see how their relationship progresses past this Christmas vacation. Plus I want to meet the family!

Potent like a hot rocket in the pocket. The book is fun and a fast read. Main characters are sizzle sexy and gorgeous. Just go for it if you’re looking for a delicious holiday slice of down and dirty.

I very much appreciated that I got what I came here for: sapphic Santa smut with no plot. This was probably my favorite Christmas read of the season because I appreciated that Adriana Herrera didn't try to do more than what was needed here—the characters met, they hunched, and their story ended with a happy for now. No notes, actually.

after santa claus is going to town on me, i had to balance out my spicy holiday reading with something sapphic. butch lesbian santa claus? yes please.
this is festive and fun, but it's such a short book! i would have loved some deeper character development. and maybe i'm way too demi (and way too new to smut), but it's always baffling when characters are able to enjoy having sex with total strangers. at least in this case some romance blossoms from there. short and sweet!

How can I feel like I miss her if she's still here? How can she feel so essential if I've only known her for a few hours?
REREAD 2024. 3.5 stars. This isn't something that I'd ever thought I would reread, buuuuut then I saw that Vico Ortiz narrates the audiobook, and I love their voice. I'm shallow, what can I say!! Brooke Hayden is the other narrator, and she was great as well. This was just as sexy and fun and plotless as the last time. Kinda silly, but it doesn't pretend to be anything more or less than that. Ho ho ho, merry Christmas one and all, etc.

3.5 stars. I mean... it's what it says on the tin: an erotic novelette about a sex-toy entreprenuer spending a night with sexy Santa in the Dominican Republic. 😂 It's festive, ridiculous, and 70% smut. For what it was, I enjoyed it. It's shorter than the listed page count, as the ebook includes excerpts from other books. I wish with all my heart that Herrera writes a follow up to these characters, because I actually really liked them. A fun way to pass some time.
(Seriously, 70%. Maye 75%. It's sweet, but there's no depth here except... no, I'll behave.)

Apparently butch lesbian Santa could not save this one for me. I like seeing different gender swaps and interpretations but the short story format caused the lore to feel rushed and underemphasized. There were lots of steamy scenes but the meet cute required a degree of suspension of belief I couldn't muster. The connection relied mostly on the steamy bits which was a lot of responsibility.
A short quick read to help crush those reading goals. If you're not a fan of lots of steamy scenes you may want to skip this one.

What if the current Santa was a butch lesbian named Kris who's into winged liner and red lipstick? I saw that pitch and had to give this a try. Her Night With Santa is a super steamy (seriously, it's like 70% sex) f/f erotic romance short that is exactly what you would expect but with great characters.
Farnaz is the (bisexual) niece of one of the Kings of the Magi, leaving the family toy business to start her own ADULT toy company. Her uncle has hooked her up with a night of relaxation at Santa's super secret beach house in the Dominican Republic. She's supposed to be alone, so she's got a suitcase full of product samples of her own designs. Little does she know Kris will arrive after a long night of delivering toys....
Adriana Herrera always pushes the boundaries of things I usually like to read in terms of types of sexual activity, but she writes great characters, diverse story lines with depth, and is always very sex-positive and inclusive which I appreciate. This is no exception.

This is smut and it's great smut. For such a short novella, Adriana Herrera manages to give us compelling characters, an instant connection and tons of chemistry between the characters, and a lot of very steamy scenes. This was a fast, fun and steamy read.

HER NIGHT WITH SANTA was hot hot hot and if you're looking for an erotic sapphic holiday short then look no further. On Christmas day all Kristina Kringle wants is to rest and relax at her father's beach house so the last thing she expects is to walk in on a beautiful naked woman already staying there.
Farnaz and Kris fall quickly for each other and while I'm not sure it ever moved from lust to actual love it's to be expected with the short page count. These two were definitely very hot together and if you're looking for an awesome female Santa, lots of sweaty sex, and no angst then you'll likely enjoy this one. My only small complaint is that both MC's "voices" sounded so similar, down to the endearments they used, that I sometimes forgot who's POV chapter I was reading.

The whole premise of this book is that this woman's flight gets delayed and so her uncle tells her she can stay in Santa's Dominican Villa for the night. Farnaz thinks that she's going to be alone and she is trying to start an adult toy company. So since she's alone in this villa she figures she'll put her toys to good use.
Enter Santa. Kristina is the first female Santa and just wanted to enjoy her villa for the week after Christmas but she walks into a stranger masturbating on her bed and instead of freaking out, she just decides to join her? This book just confused me because you're really going to tell me that you walk into your fancy ass vacation home and there's a stranger there with multiple sex toys and you don't even question it just jump right in? Everything that I already mentioned about the two MCs is all that we know about them. Like that's literally it. Then they just have sex for a few days and decide to go live in the North Pole.
I did not like this book. But I feel like I need to make a note that this is definitely a me thing as a sex repulsed asexual who has some body issues surrounding cisgender women bodies. If you are into sapphic erotica You will probably enjoy this. From the other reviews this is apparently good smut and people seem to enjoy it. For me I was honestly just pretty uncomfy the entire time and I probably just shouldn't have read this at all knowing my aversion to sex scenes involving vaginas.

When Farnaz Castillo’s plane is delayed due to snow she finds herself borrowing Santa’s secret beach villa for a single night getaway. But her quiet is interrupted when Kristina Kringle shows up and sparks instantly fly between them.
This was a short but very steamy story. I was not expecting so much steam for such a short story. Kristina is the first female santa and alway goes 110%. She feels she has to work harder to prove that she is just as good as her father and the previous Santas. I really liked Kristina and her dedication to her job. I also love that she was a sexy butch Santa.
Farnaz is trying to start a new business making toys for adults. She knows she can do it but lacks confidence because of how her family treated her change of career. Kristina encourages her to be confident in her abilities, and enjoy the toys along the way. I really enjoyed their steamy day together and the brief glimpse of how their future might be.
Overall, I really enjoyed this short holiday sapphic romance. My only complaint was that both of their voices were very similar and used a lot of the same endearments so I would sometimes forget who’s POV I was reading from.

3.5? This is difficult to rate because it is very short (it is tagged at 70 pages but it is really 38 pages, the rest is excerpts from other books). I don't usually read f/f but I love this author, she writes f/f, m/f and m/f, I just read everything she puts out. This was a good one, on the steamy and fantasy side of things (the fantastic elements are not in the foreground really). The story takes place over 1 day but that's fine given the length. I enjoyed it.

A quick F/F Christmas read that packs some emotion in amid all the naughty bits. The characters were fairly endearing and I would have been happy to get more time in their world. It was kind of fun to imagine a Santa such as this Kris!
