I am an author, freelance writer, and book reviewer. I am also the granddaughter of Malayalam litterateur and children's writer V. Madhavan Nair 'Mali.'

My translation of one his books for children, 'Circus!' has been released by Hachette India, and my original high fantasy novel, 'The Grove of the Sun,' is available as an ebook.

I have also contributed to the short story anthology 'Tales from the Hearth.'

My work has been published in Deccan Herald, The Hindu, The New Indian Express, and the Sahitya Akademi journal IndianLiterature, among others.

Writing has always been, for me, an expression of the imagination. To be drawn into realms of magic and mystery, to bring to life characters and dreams of beauty and joy...add to that a sprinkling of the wondrous, a dash of the supernatural...the imagination is a powerful tool indeed, that can turn the mundane into the radiant.
