FATE HAS BEEN SET. Corruption now courses through Tsuske's veins after an experiment that tests his humanity is performed. It's either do or die, creating a new era for the empire and our unwanted heros. After weeks of recovery, Tsuske and his team begin to redefine their purpose. With the power of the heaven's and the shadow's twist, they're now able to take on any enemy--or so they think!

AS AN UNKNOWN ENEMY FROM THE WEST MOVE'S IN, Tsuske and his team have to double their efforts as events unfold. Gangsters down in the Grotto are tossing their cards in, a western terrorist has abducted a person of interest and the dead are eating at the power supply to the heart of the city.

CONFLICTS OF THE PAST AND MURDEROUS CONSPIRACIES rise to the surface. There is a rift between powers. Old scores and blackmail, truth and lies. The line between light and darkness is not as clear as it once was.

Yet again I was not disappointed with this book. The series has been amazing, and it makes me want to read, and want more! It happened again! Another Sci-Fi that delivered! Made me think of a darker version of the game of thrones. Which is one of my favorite books to read! It was well-formatted and easy to follow. I cannot wait for the next book! This author can keep you entertained with her book!

COBRA Files book three (Spirit of the Ancients 3) by Mercedez Rose is a great sci-fi yarn and a Brilliant third novel in the series. Once again it’s a sturdy, believable plot with good characterization and believable dialogue. It’s quietly complex but somehow beguiling too, so I enjoyed the ride. 5 stars.
