If you ever wonder about the sister in stalking in winter wonderland here you go. This was meh okay nothing to exciting and just okay.
Jillian married some guy to make her family happy her father mostly, she hated the guy and every second and on her honeymoon she well met a random guy who walked into her room and well they slept together little did she know that was her husband step-brother (yes she cheated with the Hero lol) and our hero Isaac but before anywords were spoken be was taken away and tossed into jail.
Now years later shes with her brother and trying to raise her 6 year old daughter not knowing Isaac is now free wanting his woman back. Lots of tension and im surprised he did not know that was his daughter.. and they had to deal with the ex husband.
No ow drama slight om drama (the ex hub), kinda cheating (not the MC), drama, slight secondary character, Sexy times, virgin gal no manwhore

"Santa’s Secret Baby" is the story of Jillian and Isaac.
A very strange plot lool.
Heroine marries evil man for the sake of her family. Sleeps with sexy hero on her wedding day, only for her husband to find out and hero to disappear. Story moves a few years later, where heroine and her daughter and living with her brother after her divorce. The hero returns, some drama happens, and the book ends in a HEA.
Tienen sexo, blah, blah, blah.
The book description made me confused so I didn't think I'd enjoy this book as much, but I did enjoy reading it. Most of all, they were faithful during their separation.
Alexa Riley whoever the both of you are, DO YOU EVEN READ YOUR OWN BOOKS?
In stalking in a winter wonderland Jillian descends the stairs looking as beautiful as she did yesterday. Her blonde hair is down in soft waves. Rae is a mini version of her mother, except for her eyes. Rae’s are green like her fathers.
Then in Santa's secret baby the authors do a very convenient plot twist which got on my last nerve-
She looks up at me with those big blue eyes that are every inch her father’s. (Jillian about Rae) Standing before me is my dark-haired beauty, my soul mate, exactly as I remember her. ( Issac about Jillian)
Like is Eve color blind or something? That's the only reasonable explanation for this color switch up. LIKE FOR FUCK'S SAKE - HOW DO YOU CONFUSE BLONDE FOR BLACK? HOW?
P.s- There is cheating, Jillian cheats on her wedding night with Issac (i.e. the hero, i.e.- her husband's brother and no he didn't know she was married.
Alexa Riley Are the queens of over the top Alpha’s and instant love.
Though super fast reads I devour them. I know I’m going to get a hot steamy read that has no cheating, no drama, just fun hilariously funny at times and a heat factor that’ll have you blushing.
Jillian and Isaac crossed paths on her wedding day -- instazing!! She later finds out that Isaac is her brother-in-law. Fast-forward a few years. With Dasher's help, Jillian has escaped her loveless marriage. She and her daughter have moved into the family home with Dasher. She wants to put the past away and get on with her life... if only she could forget Isaac and the short time they shared.
Through no fault of his, Isaac has been away from Jillian for far too long. The memory of her and what they shared has sustained him. Now that he's able, he's going to get her and fight for their happily ever after. But... what if Jillian has moved on??
Though I liked the previous story, Stalking in a Winter Wonderland, a bit better (4 stars for that; 3.5 for this), this was an enjoyable insta-love story. I really liked Isaac and Jillian and rooted for them to overcome the obstacles to their HEA.
Though the stories are standalones, they should be read in order -- Stalking in a Winter Wonderland then Santa's Secret Baby.
If you like Alexa Riley's books you know what to expect. A quick and hot read.... and that was provided. It seems to me that I used to enjoy more her previous books
Eh. I really wanted to say it was okay or nice but this story was so stupid that not even soap operas write this nonsense. On top of that, AR took my most favorite trope to write this ridiculousness in, secret baby, and slaughtered it! While the male lead came off as an extremely decent male character all the rest of the story in every way was utter garbage.
Ever since I started buying AR’s book from her website the stories have been lacking and or crap. I get that people change and grow and I get that muses change but honestly I feel that AR’s muses have quit. This book was so incredibly bad that I really can’t find anything to recommend it, nothing positive about it at all.
If you want to waste your time, waste your money and be mind boggled trying to figure out who would approve this story as sellable, then enjoy.
°2nd chance °Virgin heroine °Experienced hero °Switching POVs °Insta love/lust °They were apart for several years - both celibate °No OW drama °No cheating between the MCs °No push/pull °Intimate scenes only between hero and heroine °Epilogue: 1 year later
First things first; I love the cover of this book! This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters loveable and the storyline enjoyable. This story is Jillian’s story who we met in Dasher and Eve’s story. In order to make her dying father happy, Jillian married an evil man. What she didn’t expect was to meet someone on her wedding night and fall so quickly. Isaac only got a short time with Jillian before his brother sent him away. Years later and he is back for his woman. The chemistry between Jillian and Isaac is clear to see and I liked them together. I love Rae, she is adorable! I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story. The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read.
Short, sweet and hot. I love these Christmas stories by Alexa Riley. They are better than Hallmark. Yes, they are over the top but so worth the read.
We finally get Jillian’s story. Her and Isaac met on her wedding night and had an instant connection. She fell for him not knowing he was to her new husband. He was torn out of her life as quickly as he appeared. Now out of her marriage, she lives a quiet life with her daughter on her family estate until one Christmas when Isaac comes back for her. Where has he been? Does he still love her? You’ll have to read to find out. Have fun with it. It’s worth the read.
Quick read, quite unrealistic but was kinda sweet. It’s insta-love, like REALLY instant. And then there was a period of separation. Thought it does have plenty of plot holes, like how and why and when did the FMC divorced with her no-love husband, and the details as to how the MMC was imprisoned and therefore separated from the FMC. And then there’s the question of how FMC’s ex-husband, who also happened to be MMC’s brother, get removed from the scene entirely in the end.
But it was pretty sweet. If you read it without thinking of details, and just want that immediate hit of spice, romance and HEA, this will do. Spoiler though, no Santa was in the picture during baby making. Muahaha!!!

I loved this short read. The storyline was sweet and cute, and really entertaining. Isaac and Jillian had a tough time at the beginning of their relationship due to Jillian’s husband(it’s a bit of unusual story) but they find their way back to each other. Then their is little Rae who is absolutely adorable. It’s a love at first sight story, and a really enjoyable read. I would however definitely read the first book, Stalking iin a Winter Wonderland which is Dasher and Eve’s story, which just gives you a little insight into their stories.
I hated this couple. All they needed to do was talk but it took CHAPTERSSSS to have just one conversation. I understand it moved along the plot but it was so unrealistic and stupid.
And all Jillian did was cry. That girl doesn't need a man, she needs therapy. Therapy to work out why she married an abusive man just to make her dying Dad happy when there was literally NOTHING pushing her to marry other than her guilt that, "Dads gonna miss out on all the milestones. I gotta get them in before he dies, even if it makes me miserable." Like GIRL, work this trauma out somewhere else.
