Interns Journey

A good read! I had worked several years as a hospice nurse and even though I worked close with chaplains in the home setting it was interesting to read about the hospital side of it. In the home setting death is expected and this is not necessarily true in the hospital setting. I do believe God leads us where we are supposed to be.

Quick and simple read. The author does a great job sharing their own emotions and development as a chaplain. If anyone is wondering what it’s like to begin in chaplaincy, or is curious if they would like this ministry, I would recommend this book.
