I’m amazed that anyone has even given this more than one star.
This reads like someone involved in an MLM presenting themselves as a business expert.
The tips are outdated, even from when it was written. The advice is so woefully incorrect. It is verging on nonsensical.
The author now pushes “courses” on improving your business and states that if it doesn’t work, it’s something you’ve done as her methods are foolproof. This attitude is reflected throughout her book - somehow it’s your fault if these outdated tips don’t work, not taking into account other myriad factors such as clientele, staff ability, location, income of the area, etc. It worked for her because she knew her area and had connections.
I’m really disappointed in this book. Thankfully I was loaned it, otherwise I’d of been asking for a refund.
