For my New Years resolution this is what I am trying. It seems to be a common sense approach and easily to accomplish. The recipes I have tried are good and the book is very informative. The format was easy to follow and it seems this is the way to go. I love carbs so if I do not have to give them up entirely than I am all in.

Really Important Item Missing

I didn’t go ahead and read this book because as I was flipping through to get a general idea of the content, I noticed not only are the recipes on 2 pages when they could clearly fit on 1 (maybe to make it look like a bigger book) but a book detailing carb counting should give Nutritional Info or, in the least, Carb details for each recipe!
Very disappointed.

This was an intriguing book. It seems to have easy enough recipes. I received a free copy of the book. And am voluntarily leaving my honest opinion.
