They thought Earth was dead.

Captain Sass Collier can’t die. A century ago, the Colony Corps carried her away to the stars. Because Earth was doomed.

She returns with tech advances from the colonies, hoping to restore the one best planet for humanity, and save isolated pockets of desperate survivors.

Instead her motley crew from the boonies finds not one, but three surviving worlds — Earth, Luna, and Mars. And she’s with the invading aliens.

Her homecoming starts with a bang.

The Northern League tyrannizes Earth now. They capture Sass and her ship separately, to hold them hostage against each other.

Can Sass save her crew from its most powerful foe ever – the mother world?

After 14 years on walkabout to New York, Colorado, Texas and Tokyo, I swam home to spawn in shoreline Connecticut. A recovering computer programmer, I’ve worked in the seismic industry, semiconductor electronics, academic research in biology and environmental science, and online teaching simulators.

I live alone, and enjoy swimming, walking, and crafts. I grow vegetables indoors, until my crops spill outside and down the driveway. I read voraciously, curious about everything, especially how things work.

A new must read series!

Wow! What a great story with a great arc I did not see coming! The development of previous characters continues and now we have some new characters to follow. The fact we are dealing with a future earth makes it all the more fascinating. Can't wait for the next book!!

Excellent sci fi adventure

I have to admit I stopped reading Thrive Earth after I read chapter 4; Sass appeared to make another stupid decision that was going to get people killed, and I wasn't in the mood for the drama. But the world building is excellent, and I like the characters, so I finished the book today. This future is very dark and rather depressing. Ben has problems which need to be addressed, and I don't really like him sometimes. Fidget may be the best part of the book.

Sass and company are back!

On to earth and in trouble as usual. Love the cast of characters and was intrigued about what befell earth. Yes it’s a mess but Sass will try to save the day come hell or high water. And Ben, well he’s the smart one. Looking forward to how this new series plays out.

Started off promisingly. Unfortunately deteriorated as the book went on. I will not be reading the next in the series

Ginger has written a fantastic story that combines science and apocalyptic fiction. She has combined her Thrive and Calm Act series’ in a fashion that illustrates her mastery of both genres. I have enjoyed both series and am anxious to see where she takes this new set of books. If you haven’t read either one or the other series this is a great introduction to both.

Through the original Space Corps series, I’ve become invested in the fictional lives of the characters. Their adventures continue in this new series where Sass, Clay, Ben, and others return to Earth. While I enjoyed revisiting the crew, some things about the characters’ actions especially bugged me in this book, compounded by similar actions in previous stories.

At any rate, despite my frustrations with some characters, over the course of these connected series, I’ve grown attached to them and look forward to reading about what happens next with them.

The Thrive has hit Murphy’s Law if it can go wrong it will. Earth has life.

Earth, Mars, Luna have life. Ben is helping Mars who are about dead. Sass and Clay have been kidnapped and escaped then told their ship to run to Ben and his crew. They are to wait a year for her to contact them. Boy there has been so much happen in this story I don’t know where to start. Big thing people are alive both under dome and on land and in water. But are still not free to live. Sass and Clay at least are together with Elkna Ben’s grandmink. Things are crazy.. fantastic read.

Love the Thrive series. Sass and Clay return to Earth after being sent into space to colonise distant planets 95 years ago. Earth still has a draconian leadership determined to reduce Earth’s population and want any technology and knowledge they can seize from Clay, Sass and Thrive One. Ben takes Thrive Merchant to Mars and discovers it’s inhabitants are few in number and in distress.

entertaining but some rough parts

The world Booth imagines is interesting but there are a few too many characters. This makes it hard to keep the secondary characters straight and the B plot disappears or chapters at a time with no real resolution. I'm not sure if I will read more in the series

really entertaining and enjoyable series!!!!

Congratulation to Ginger Booth for this amazing series. It’s hard to find such an interesting and exciting author who not only writes intelligently but also provides top rated plots, characters and excitement in the stories. I’m really looking forward to the next book in the series.

Still people who can't follow orders

Well written, great ideas, good characters... And they wouldn't have HALF their problems if any one of them could follow the simple order "shut up". Especially the "super advanced AI". It's becoming a running joke with this author - which one will give away THIS super secret plan/info?

This is the best series I have found that is available with the Kindle Unlimited membership. A solid SciFi series that isn't the normal battle against aliens. It has well thought out technology, and a solid grasp of humanity.

Awesome Adventure

Fast-paced and full of intrigue, this book is hard to put down. The characters really grow on you as you watch their personalities develop. I really like this book and I highly recommend it.

One of the best books of the entire series. By moving the action to Earth a wealth of possible encounters, situations and personalities is unleashed. I just ordered the sequel.

I read 27 pages into this and had to quit. Life is too short to read books that make no sense.

This was about a dystopian scenario which is too depressing for entertainment purposes. I read a couple of chapters.
