No more childish pranks and elaborate stunts for him. No, this year he plans to take out the Chief of SICK … and I don’t mean for dinner! He wants to finish him off. Eliminate, eradicate and exterminate. RIP the Big Cheese.
Hugo is soon on the case. His instructions are simple. Stop the Rascal before it’s too late. Easy-peasy. With any luck he might even be home in time for breakfast.

Going round
Ok, so I spotted the villain right away and the story went in classic circles. A rip roaring ride though.
Who is the Rascal? Why does he want to kill the Big Cheese? What is his plan? Is there a plan? Yes, but the Rascal will realize Hugo Dare is more stubborn than the highest agent.
