The suspense was killer, the plot was perfect, and the world building was satisfyingly realistic. As if that wasn’t enough, the romance was wholesome, faith filled, and swoon worthy. I enjoyed this novel as an audiobook, and can honestly say that Lisa Lynn Sandlin’s narration was flawless. I am definitely a new fan of Ms. Curtis and can’t wait to read/listen to more of her work!
WOW! Jack and Bryn are enveloped in a murder mystery that binds two families together -- and only Faith, Hope, and Love will ensure them the answers sought. Brynnan lost her parents in, what she was told, a bit and run car accident. While the other driver checked on the victims and fled the scene, not anyone in authority led her to believe that her parents had been targeted.
Jack, hired as Chief of Security for her Uncle Marsden, began to connect the dots as he sought to keep his boss and Brynn safe. Throughout the story, danger lurks and more questions are raised. Everything comes to head and the final showdown leads Brynn and Jack to face a future either together, or apart. Only God can lead them together through any uncertainty they may face.
I loved this story as it was filled with faith, a family's uncertainty and tension, hope, loss, and love. This book proved that faith in God can lead us to hope eternal and a fulfilled life. Both main characters faced loss and trauma, yet their faith has set them free. I give this story, Wealth of Secrets, by Stacy Angel Curtis, 5 out of 5 stars ... This story faces danger, loss, and emotions that are out of control. Throughout the danger, the ties and bond between Jack and Bryn grow stronger until they have to face the depth, as well as the truth, of what they are feeling.
Audiobook: This was my first experience with this author's work. I was entertained by the complexity of the mystery. I liked the characters, Brynnan Marsh and Jack McKerrick. I enjoyed the slow revelations regarding Brynnan's and Jack's respective pasts. My attention was captured by all the twists and turns and spine-tingling moments which kept me on the edge of my seat. I'm looking forward to the next book in the series. I thought Lisa Lynn Sandlin's narration was great as her performance enhanced the story's entertainment. I was given a copy of the audiobook. I volunteered, without financial gain, to post this review which reflected my honest opinions regarding this audiobook.
This book pleasantly surprised me. The author only has two books out, and has not written anything since 2022, and I never heard of her. But this was an excellent read. Great characters, plot, and suspense. I liked the style of writing, and though the book did come to a great end, the second takes up with the same characters and some of the same plot and bad guys.
Wow, the suspense!! This book kept me on my toes the whole time. So creative and different (in a good way) than the other books I’ve read in this genre. I genuinely enjoyed this book and it kept me totally hooked until the end. I didn’t want it to be over! I loved the characters so much. 😍 I can’t wait to start book 2! Highly recommend.
Part of an interconnected series with characters that overlap with other books. Reason in order recommended but can be read as a standalone. Forced proximity Deadly family secrets Murder Kidnapping Struggling with grief and trauma.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

OH! MY! WORD! Curtis has crafted an edge of your seat suspense novel. I was immediately immersed into the drama. Twists and turns kept me turning the pages. This novel is hard to put down. I'm looking forward to reading the next installment in this series.
Recommend to readers who enjoy romantic suspense.
I was gifted a copy from a friend. I have expressed my honest view.
In spite of shoot-em-up bang bang, this was a good Christian story. Prayers abound and slowly but surely they put God where He wanted to be in their eyes. If this sounds a bit confusing, you'll have to read it too understand.
With many twists and turns in this suspense, the author has developed the main characters beautifully. They are flawed, compassionate, and steadfast I. Their love of the Lord. Will be reading more in this series
While it took a few pages to get hooked, I really enjoyed the plot line. By the end, I couldn’t wait to see what happened next. I’ve already downloaded book 2!
This book kept me intrigued the whole way through, in my opinion they do a little too much kissing before even being in an official relationship, but other than that its a good book.
This story had me on the edge of my seat nearly the entire time! There were a lot more secrets than I had anticipated, and narrator Lisa Lynn Sandlin did a wonderful job providing so much emotion into those scenes. I loved how both Jack and Brynnan were people of faith, and how we were able to hear their inner monologue continually leaning on Christ throughout the book. Their insta-attraction was done in a believable way. There were some side characters I would love to see more of in future installments of this series. This was my first Christian romantic suspense, but it certainly won't be my last.
