I am voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book.

Shannyn Timmons works in the reception of the Sheridan Building, she enjoys her job and meeting different people. So when Rust Hawkins walks in she is taken aback by the immediate attraction that she feels for him. She learns that he has been hired to help with the current renovations the building is undergoing. They start a tentative friendship and when he comes to her aid when a particular rude man refuses to leave she offers to make him lunch the next day. Could this be more than a friendship, does she dare believe it is something more?

Rust Hawkins has built a solid reputation as a carpenter, he knows that his work is top quality but he is shocked to get a call offering him work on the renovations being carried out at the Sheridan Building but it isn’t an opportunity he is willing to pass up. It is his first day on the job and walking into the reception gives him a whole new reason to make this job work when he spots Shannyn behind the desk. He is immediately smitten with her and recognises his other half straight away and he will do whatever it takes to show her that they have a future and one they can share together.

This was such a sweet story, there wasn’t loads of details but as always Jane Fox delivers an easy to read sweet quick read with characters that are easy to relate to and totally believable plus an ideal length for a lunch hour read. 3.75*

Oh. So. Sweet... and magnificently steamy. I love this short story about Rust and Shannyn. She's sweet, feisty, fierce, and a genuine person. He's smitten, sweet, protective, and the right amount of alpha. A very enjoyable quick read! I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this short.

This was cute and that’s not a bad thing. Rusty was the sweetest and nicest guy. I love his charm towards Shannyn. Shannyn was adorable.

Overall, this was a nice quickie read.

***I don’t equate these stories to real life. It’s about personal taste and what you would or want to tolerate with the books you read. I know we all have different opinions and preferences with what we read and hope this review was helpful.

This is a story from an absolutely wonderful series I never tire of reading. The books are short but pack so much into them! The premise of the stories is that sometimes fate needs a little help getting deserving people together. Welcome to the files of the Zaftig Dating Agency, where alpha men find the women of their dreams! This series gives the reader stories about all kinds of different people and topics, and you will love the people you meet here.

Rust Hawkins is a carpenter whose sister, Lorelei, says that Rust is cautious of dating ever since he broke up with his last girlfriend several years ago. She would like to see him find happiness and meet someone who can make him believe in love again. His potential match is Shannyn Timmons, a receptionist at the Sheridan Building.

Rust is hired as a subcontractor to help with the renovation of the lobby in the Sheridan Building, a little surprised to be asked for on this project since he usually works on residential houses. The building is 25 stories high, with luxury condos, shops, and office space. The receptionist greeted him and he almost forgot to speak! She contacted the foreman, Heck, who would be down to get Rust started. But the two of them chatted amiably while they waited. He asked about her worst visitor experience and she told him about an angry man trying to get to the upper office areas. The elevator has to be activated for those floors by Shannyn, and he had tried to by-pass her. He screamed at her and was obnoxious. He came back the next week and tried to flirt with her but Security escorted him out since he had no appointment.

Heck assigned Rust to take measurements on the main lobby floor, so Shannyn enjoyed the “view” while he worked. When he asked her about a good place to get lunch, she told him about the spicy chili hotdogs that she loved. So he invited her to join him. She loved how he made her laugh. Then back at work, she suddenly stood up as a man headed to the stairwell. She told him he was not permitted in the building, and he said she can stop the elevators, but cannot block the stairs, as he continued on! When she called Security, he cursed at her but Rust was already on his way toward the man. He demanded an apology to the receptionist and his immediate departure. The guy threatened to have him fired, but when Rust said, “Does it look like that matters to me right now?” the man quickly backed down, apologize, and hurried away. Rust was definitely hero material!

Shannyn made them a picnic lunch for the next day and they ate in a deserted to-be-renovated office. They shared their first kiss and decided to have dinner delivered at her place. And the two of them fell in love. Is there a HEA waiting for this perfectly matched couple who can’t get enough of each other? It looks like another success for Mona (even though Rust seems to think it was a guardian angel who managed this miracle)! Grab your copy and enjoy their wonderful story!

Well Built is the story of Rust Hawkins and Shannyn Timmons. This is another sweet, fun, entertaining, and dirty sexy short story by Jane Fox as part of her Zaftig Dating Agency series.
Rust is thirty-six years old and is a carpenter. But what he really wants to do is restore Italianate Victorians. His sister hires Zaftig Dating Agency to find Rust a woman who can make him believe in love again after breaking up with his last girlfriend several years ago.
Shannyn is twenty-seven years old and works as the receptionist at the Sheridan Building. This may not be what she really wants to do but she does enjoy her work, except for the few jerks that come in sometimes.
Rust usually works on residential houses for the company he works for but one day he is called to the Sheridan Building downtown by his foreman. When he walks in the front entrance he is out of his element but when he hears a sweet voice saying hello and then sees the woman that it belongs to he is instantly attracted to him. Lucky for him Shannyn is very attracted to the handsome, big and sexy carpenter. Even better is that Rust is assigned to work on some renovations to the bathrooms on the main floor so he and Shannyn are able to sneak looks at each other and also get to exchange a few words. But that quickly progresses to lunch and then dinner and then a whole lot of dessert, well really it is dessert before dinner.

I really enjoyed this well written and very entertaining book. The story is quick, fun, sexy and the characters are on point and perfect for each other. Plus they have a lot of fun and laughs together. This is yet another winning book in the Zaftig Dating Agency series.

The Zaftig Dating Agency sets up a match for a person whose name has been sent to them by a friend or relative and the person being matched does not know about the set up. Rust, 36, is a carpenter who has been leery of dating after a bad breakup and has been hired to help with renovations at the building where Shannyn, 27, is the receptionist. He meets her on his first day at work an is impressed by the smart, funny, gorgeous woman. Shannyn finds him hot, hilarious, and well built. After he helps her with a rude, pushy visitor they go out to lunch. Will Rust and Shannyn be another successful match for the Zaftig Agency?

I enjoyed this short instalove story where Rust and Shannyn connect while both are working in the same building. It was fun to see their connection and how quickly they came together. The epilogue was a perfect ending for their story.

I kind of loved this story. It was short but sweet. The story was entertaining and enjoyable as well. The characters were likable and relatable. I loved that the 10th-floor guy got the stuff scared out of him! The only thing better than that would have been if he'd been arrested for trespassing or something. Mona is the best matchmaker around. She is super sneaky about hooking people up without letting them know it's a hookup! Rust and Shannyn meet at work. He is working construction and she is working the receptionist desk. Rust and Shannyn are both drawn to each other immediately. Rust is very protective of Shannyn right away. They discover they have quite a bit in common. I loved their happy ever after. I recommend reading this book.

Rust Hawkins a carpenter broke up with his girlfriend several years ago and since then he has dated a few women, but is afraid to fall in love and have his heart broken again. So his sister asked the help of Mona Zaftig at Zaftig Dating Agency to help him find love.
Rust just started a new job working at the Sheridan Building, when he spots a beautiful woman at the reception deck and instantly was attracted to her.
Shannyn a receptionist for the Sheridan Building, has been working there for three years and has seen and talked to some rude people, but when Rust walked in all she could see was his muscular body. Later that morning Rust asked Shannyn to have lunch with him and that was the beginning if a wonderful relationship.

Like this series for a fun easy read...

I read them as they come, and when I find one that's got something I find adding extra goodness to its story, I leave a review, like this one. I enjoy them all but have only given 5 stars to a handful. Sometimes I can't pin point what made it stand out that little bit from the others, but in Rust and Shannon 's story , I can ( spoiler kinda following in next sentence)

I REALLY enjoyed the epilogue being two years out and describing them already married with a baby expected in their very near future. If love if we got more of the Zaftig story's with not only HEA s, cause they all have that, but a more extensive glimpse into each coupes future and where they are in that hea... ( I know these books fallow a specific format, but I can't help mentioning how awesome it'd be if we got a double epilogue in them ;-D )

Mona runs the Zaftig Dating Agency where she gets a request from his sister to help Rust find love! He’s a contractor that works nonstop and doesn’t make time for relationships! She has the perfect match with Shannyn a receptionist at the Sheraton building! Shannyn sees the gorgeous Rust and is instantly attracted to him! Rust goes for a job at the Sheraton building, but ends up falling for the beautiful curvy young receptionist! He knows immediately that she is his and he will do whatever it takes to make her his! Another great book in the series!

Rust is working on renovations in the building where Shannyn is the receptionist. He falls for her the moment they meet, and later rescues her from a verbally abusive intruder to the building. They've got great chemistry together, making a cute couple. But what I like best about Rust is that he doesn't treat Shannyn like her job isn't important. It's not a high-powered career, but she loves what she does, and she's good at it. I love the picnic lunch that she planned for them. They have the sweetest epilogue!

First things first; I like the cover of this book!
Well built is the lasted release in the ‘’zaftig dating agency’’ series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. When Rust starts doing construction work at a fancy building he never expects to fall for the receptionist.
The chemistry between Rust and Shanyn is clear to see and I liked them together.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read.

Rust is a hunky carpenter who has been asked to work on a building downtown, Shannyn is the beautiful receptionist for the building. She is the first person anyone entering the building sees, including Rust. He is a goner as soon as he sees her, she is equally attracted to him too. They both flirt a little and enjoy lunches together. There is a pushy guy Rust saves her from one day before security arrives. Their first time together is hot and steamy, I love yous and an epilogue with them painting a nursery and expecting their first child.

Well Built by Jane Fox. This is Book #38 in The Zaftig Dating Agency series and each story is a complete stand alone, but you may find yourself wanting to read more and more of them as you go (as was the case for me). I don’t think that I have ever been disappointed with a Jane Fox story. If anything I might just want more of a particular character because I fell in love with them myself and if I’m honest this happens with almost every story she releases and Well Built definitely falls into this category. I think it’s time for me to give this series a break. I’m feeling more and more disappointed as they come out. Same formula every time. And I don’t know what this author has against fore play but it’s getting ridiculous at this point. How come her h’s are always turning down oral sex because they need the D right now. Rust and Shannyn have an instant attraction at first sight. The author once again brings strong characters and a fast paced romance. It's a cute and sexy story with descriptive writing and detailed scenes. I love these short stories to the Zaftig Dating series and always watch for more.

This is my first "Zaftig Dating Agency" book and I truly enjoyed it.
Standalone with no cliffhangers.
Anyone can contact Zaftig on your behalf to find you love, even without you knowing.
Rust is a carpenter that's been burned by love and not willin to try again. Then a new job brings Shannyn into his life.
