Looved. Start to finish. Noelle and Nico had an insta-love kinda thing and neither were looking for love. Their chemistry was off the charts. This story came to a full circle. Even through the healing of the presented grief.

Ma'am, if writing a letter to Santa get instantaneous results like this, I need to jump on the letter writing bandwagon! 😂 While Noelle was drowning her sorrows in liquor, and swearing off men for life, her bestie Joy suggests writing a letter to Santa about her perfect man. I know right? But, the very next day she meets Nico, and that's all she wrote!
Nico is intentional in everything he does and understands all too well that tomorrow isn't promised. He spoke life into Noelle, validated her, and taught her that she deserved everything her heart desired. Noelle couldn't believe this man appeared into her life, but the vibe with him was so easy, that she was willing to take a chance with her heart. She showed Nico that he could honor the past, and enjoy the present simultaneously, and won him over with her kind and giving spirit. A sweet and heartfelt story. Enjoyed it!

Oh I loved this one!
Noelle and Nico were too cute. This is an instalove story and their chemistry was felt immediately. Noelle was a little hesitant after her last relationship ended up being a complete waste of time. Nico, however realized tomorrow was not promised. Despite his grief he was open and willing to love. They didn't waste time playing, they were connected emotionally and physically even more than couples that had been together for years.

Loved it!
I absolutely LOVED this debut short and sexy read!
There was an instant connection and chemistry between the two main characters and I adored the family dynamic. Fir this to have been a short, it was very well told. Sevyn is an author to look out for, I'm sure this is only the beginning of amazing books!

This is my first glimpse of this author and it is a good one, I totally enjoyed this. I give it 4.3 stars based on my own averaging system. This is pretty short but still managed to make the characters feel fully alive and living in the world with me. There were a few hiccups as far as sentence construction but they were small compared to the whole. Other than telling you where they are there was no need to really break down the location which would be familiar to some and maybe make others want to find out more about the city.
After getting out of a long-term relationship Noelle Price was just getting back to being who she was before the breakup. On Christmas Eve as she and her best friend are about to start celebrating she is told that her ex has gotten engaged after only six months, which is a setback to her recovery. After many cocktails, her friend suggests she make a list for Santa as they did as kids, a list of her perfect man. Then Nico Drake walks into her life, tall, dark, and handsome ready to turn her world on its head.
I really liked this and the fact that it was told from both of their point of view so you knew what and how they felt at all times. Short but sweet.

I love insta_love stories...because its not hard to love. I enjoyed the journey and growth of Noelle. She definitely deserved Nick to restore her faith in loving someone. Nico was great for living after a loss. More would not have been too much for this couple.

Good first read.
The good:
- I liked Noelle. She seemed to be smart and competent after the unexpected news is dropped on here.
- I liked Nico. He seemed to be at peace with his past. And a good fit for Noelle.
- The ending was really cute.
The not so good
- Connection felt too quick. There wasn't enough time to see the build up and pay off. I wanted more dates before the epilogue.

I enjoyed this book so much! This book was recommended to me by Author Kema, and I have to give her thanks for this gem! A quick yet sweet and sexy read. Insta-love is not always my tea, but this story was everything. Sevyn made me fall in love with Noelle and Nico. They were so organic in their fast-paced love connection. The words that Nico dropped on Noelle gave me all the feels. These two definitely needed each other, and Santa was right on time. I need more from this author and definitely a story for Joy because that’s the kind of best friend that needs a HEA as well!

I was not expecting this novella to be so heartwarming. Both MMCs dropped some serious gems throughout and I was going to upload all my highlights, but I realize I can't do that without spoiling the whole story lol.

Swoon-worthy Hero Alert!!!!!
Now THIS is how you write two characters with great chemistry. I just loved them together. The vibes were beautiful.
On to the star of the story:
Nico. To me, he was the star. It was beautiful seeing a male character that was emotionally mature. I also love that while he was very much attracted to Noelle, he still saw her as a human being, and treated her as such. I find that in a lot of romances the male protagonist becomes a bit high-handed, a bit overzealous when it comes to getting the girl. Nico, however, was so thoughtful towards her, and extremely respectful of her boundaries, and I think that was the biggest thing that made him so alluring.

Beautiful story!!!
Noelle had been out of her previous relationship for 6 months and when she found out her ex was engage, she was hurt. With help of her best friend she wrote a list for her next man. Volunteering at her mother church on Christmas she meet Nick and they hit it off.
Nick and Noelle were made for each other. Nick was perfect for Noelle and she was what he wanted. Their chemistry was through the roof and it was so beautiful to watch them fall in love. This was my first book by this author and she left me wanting more. I'm so excited to see what is next from her!!!

Dang, how did I miss this Christmas short⁉️ “The List: A Sexy Christmas Story was a great read. Foremost, although the holiday season slated to be “the most wonderful time of the year” conversely this season can simultaneously be difficult to navigate emotions, loneliness, depression, anxiety etc. Nicolas (Nico) & Noelle became the joy, hope & miracle they both needed to transcend from self loathe & despondency. Who suspected a personal transformation would arrive via a Christmas wish list & a day of servitude with the local church!…😊☺️🥰👏🏿👏🏾👏🏽💐‼️

Healing
Mrs. Sevyn this was a great introduction to the literary community. I enjoyed this Christmas novella. The way Nico spoke to Noelle spirit was powerful. He was able to help her heal in multiple ways. I am hoping as you write more those two will make a cameo in upcoming works. I would love to read Joy finding her forever as well. Hopefully, a wedding and babies are in the future for Nico and Noelle and we as readers get to experience it.

This is my first read from this author and I really enjoyed it!! I love a short story that feels like a full length. There was angst, chemistry, spice, healing and even a little grief but each element was featured in the most perfect way. Nico was intentional and that’s exactly what Noelle needed. I almost want to write a list to see if I can meet my own Nico in real life! I look forward to reading more from this author and secretly hoping we get a book about Joy!! Definitely check this out!!

I was in the mood for a quick love story. I wasn’t familiar with this author, but I’m glad that I decided to take a chance. This turned out to be such a fun read. The vibe was perfect. The frenzied pace of their courtship could’ve been overwhelming, but somehow it felt authentic. Both of the main characters were super likable. Their chemistry was dope. Their path to finding love again was inspiring. Nico was a top tier Book Bae. I wanna put him on my Christmas list now. I loved the super sweet ending. This book gave me just what I needed.

Someone should of told me that Santa was delivering men like Nico under the tree....I'm definitely going to be prepared next year. This was an truly amazing read I loved it...I'm prepared for do much more I loved the growth that I seen in Noelle over a short period of time and I loved everything Nico had to offer he's definitely#bookbae...this was my first read from this author and I will be looking forward to more

my heart is full
This was a very sweet and emotional story that had my heart full of love. Nico and Noelle were everything as they navigated their feelings for each other. I loved their conversations with each other because that’s what a healthy relationship looks like. Noelle being there for Nico and his grief was also very beautiful.

Perfect romance novella
This was a very cute short story. I loved how Nico was so uplifting, even though he was still adjusting to his wife's passing. My favorite part was when Noelle gave him ideas on how to celebrate his deceased wife's birthday. That was so sweet and thoughtful of her.

Writing a letter in list format to Santa will make the one person meant for me appear in my life? Alright. Regardless of how that may work for me, it did work out for Noelle! I liked their instant interest in each other and Nico telling Noelle that it is about being intentional. Then came the good stuff. Seeing Noelle and Nico together even more than before his statement 👏🏽💃🏽

Brown Girl Book Geek Review
This was short and sweet. Something you could read on your lunch break. The author gave us just enough background info about both main characters to care about them as individuals as much as we cared about their coupling. However, I wish there was a little bit more of a buildup to their relationship. Some more dates, more of the get to know you type of situations. My biggest takeaway from the story was to speak positive things into your life. This was the author's first novel and I'm looking forward to seeing how she progresses in her writing. This was a good debut though.

The List
Making a list will always allow you to put things in perspective. Noelle had no idea that that “childish” activity would lead to a forever love. I loved how she encouraged Nico to remember and honor Renee.
