This book tells you everything your doctor does not when first diagnosed with Graves Disease. It offers support in dealing with physical and mental change, food adjustments, excercise, rest and so much more. Being 7 months in, my journey to acceptance has only just begun, but throughout the book I felt heard and hopeful. Good sized chapters written in easy to follow language.
The only thing missing is a proper editor to give this beauty a decent format.

Had some good points, but the grammar left a bit to be desired. Sometimes contradictory points, though the jargon explanation was helpful.
