Can Will's heart be rehabbed or is he just my newest failed project?
When Will asks me to produce a show for him, I laugh in his face. I don’t want to waste my time on some vanity project reality show when I could be pounding the pavement finding a new opportunity. But it turns out my boss didn’t just fire me; he salted the earth. Looks like I’m going to have to work with Will Williams, former Duke and Lord of the a-holes if I want to have any chance of saving my career.
He’s my forbidden fruit, luscious and tempting, but completely off-limits. Even if my best friend thinks he’s changed, I'm not ready to believe he can go from villain to hero in just a few years. No matter how handsome and charming and damn delicious he is, I need to keep my head and stay professional.
At least, that’s what I keep telling myself…

A condition is that Will is not the host but he is happy working under Calla as assistant producer. I enjoyed reading this book but I did have a hard time liking his character initially. The author makes great strides to show that he is not the same person he was who caused so much strife in so many peoples lives. I just didn’t feel he was totally understanding of just how much others suffered because of him and that he was truly remorseful, especially to the main character. I liked this story but it wasn’t a favorite of mine.

When Calls met Will she was working as a producer for a reality show that he was negotiating to be a part of. He was not a very nice guy then and his actions negatively impact her career. He does try to make amends by hiring her to work on a project for him. They had chemistry from the start but he needed to rehab his behavior to convince nervousness worth her time. It is good to follow his progress to better behavior.

This was my first read from this author. I loved the dual, first person point of view of the story, which is always a deal breaker for me. I liked both characters, Calla and William. If you like drama, this one is for you.
