I adore this book and have made and remade a lot of these recipes over the years. It even got me to try making pasta, which I wouldn't do everyday, but, yum.

I did find a mistake in the foccacia recipe, watch out for too much salt in the breads.

I wish the food network would re-air Biba's shows, she's a better cook and teacher than most hosts today.
