The evidence points to Candice's current boyfriend, John, as the murderer but Stacy does not agree that he did it. Determined to expose the truth, Stacy begins her own investigation which lead her to an abusive ex-boyfriend, angry family members, and church members with scandalous secrets. Can Stacy figure out who killed Candice so she can get serious about developing a relationship with her former high school best friend, Marques?

The book was poorly written and edited. The writing did not flow well and was difficult to read. I ended up skimming the last 40 pages because I just wanted it to be over.
I really enjoyed this book! I learned a lot about New Thought and got great suggestions for new music and books to read all while enjoying a story line that kept me interested. I was happily surprised at where the story went. I’m thankful for a story line that I didn’t have figured out in the first chapter, this one kept me curious all the way til the end!
I like a tale with lots of twist, turn arounds and dead ends. It was twisty till the very end. I liked it very much. I did, however, wish that there was another one or two pages. The ending left me hanging, but then, there may be another book coming. I won this book from Goodreads giveaways, thank you, Goodreads.
