Another fantastic book full of good ole workout tips and tricks.

I've read everyone of Matt's fitness books and each one is full of valuble resources to improve anyone's workouts. His Red Delta Project is the best Youtube Fitness channel around, being informative, realistic and to the point. Like a good friend helping you out feel with the vids.

Micro Workouts gives the extra tips and tricks to simplify and streamline your workouts and diets. Great info for beginners to advanced trainers. Compliments his Youtube playlist of Micro Workouts very nicely.

Micro workouts are doable

I've started my new mindset for my golden years. Micro mini workouts have been working for me and my spouse. I suppose the best thing I can see myself doing the program until my nineties. If I had known this years ago I would have enjoyed my gym time much more instead of dreading it. Good luck. Stick with it. It really works!!

Excellent, as usual from Matt.

Another excellent book about fottness and training. Matt even includes information about diet and lifestyle. Matt's best book in my opinion, followed closely by his overcoming isometrics book.

Loved the book

Simple to understand yet it covers all aspects of training. All of my questions about building muscle through micro workouts were covered. Thank you Matt for this amazing book!

Interesting and useful!

Why do people exercise? Many reasons Mr. Schifferle tries to dispel several myths, his credo could be resumed as: Do what works, be careful, and try not to be a fanatic.

If you move a bit more during your day it will have an impact, if you can't do a six hours workout a little bit is better than nothing. Don't be a slave to diets. Elementary, yes but always forgotten.

I do fencing for fun, got a coach "Y" did what I was supposed to do and my fitness actually diminished, and really I didn't improve. What is right for a full time athlete might not be the ticket for most people.

Read the book and you will get several very good ideas. My only complain is the (to me) high price ($ 9.99).
