A lot of good dietary information is in this book. We liked some of the recipes and have a few others we're going to try. A lot of the recipes use spices and ingredients such as onions and chipotle and fresh ginger that we would not use, but many other people probably would try them also.

I'm on week 4 and I love this book. It is opening my palate to new flavor profiles (still not a fan of Bleu Cheese though lol) and I am NOT bored with my food. Definitely recommend giving this cookbook a try!
This book has several recipes I can’t wait to try, being dairy free, many options, with some you can just swap out the milk with almond milk,more any dairy free milk! Perfect!
