A.M. Myers lives in Cody, Wyoming – a little town about an hour away from Yellowstone National Park – with her husband and their two boys. She has been writing for most of her life and even had a poem nationally published in the sixth grade but the idea of writing an entire book always seemed so daunting until a certain story got stuck in her head and wouldn’t leave her alone until she started typing. Now, she can’t imagine a time when she won’t be letting all of the stories in her head spill out onto paper.
A.M. Myers writes emotional, gripping romantic suspense novels that will leave you swooning and hanging off the edge of your seat from start until finish. When she is not writing, you can usually find her up in the mountains with her boys, camping, fishing and taking photos of the beautiful landscape she is lucky enough to call home.

Disturbing

Regretfully, I skipped all the stories after the 3 rd one with Lincoln and Tate because although I thought the author had potential after the 1st one, not only were there awful triggers that the author should have warned her readers about; rape and violence being a major one for me, but the plots were not just OTT but literally ridiculous with holes in them as well. Spoiler Alert! Do not continue reading my review, if you’re still curious to read this awful story.

First off, even if the author didn’t want to keep with tradition where each of the main characters were paired with each-other, for instance, Izzy and Kodiak/Lincoln and not this random woman named Tate, who had to live her life training like she was some kind of ninja or a spy because her mom gets involved with a mafia kingpin who she runs away from??? Not to mention, Tate has a twin named Theo and this same mother was formerly involved with the Bayou Devil Prez, Blaze who she also had twins with but because one of them dies, she goes nuts and runs away where she meets a sociopathic nutcase mobster who also impregnates her with these current twins??? (Sorry I have to catch my breath here, this is so ridiculous)

And what really makes me mad is that we actually do get a guest appearance from Izzy in the beginning of his story and Lincoln explains how they became such great friends after their one night stand a year ago, so he asks her advice about Tate because Izzy is someone who he’s now close with . However, after this meet up, she suddenly disappears from the rest of the story without any explanation and doesn’t even get an invite to his wedding at the end. Wtf? That was rude. Especially since she was an integral part of the first 2 stories and bff’s with the 2 heroines.

Finally, where the hell was Tate’s twin’s spidey senses when she was getting tortured and raped? He sensed everything else throughout the story? And then suddenly the author pulls a ‘deus ex machina’ like some Greek tragedy and her mafia dad appears like magic out of nowhere, rescues Tate, leaves her on the floor on the outside of a hospital and goes to the MC only to antagonize the bikers with the horrible video of his poor daughter getting abused so he could invite and incite them to defend her!?? What??? Also, in a true entertaining biker story, the men just don’t sit back and ever let their ladies get touched; especially if they are claimed! That’s a law among them no matter how ‘civilized’ their club may be. Their women go untouched or all bets are off! They would NOT ALLOW that kind of abuse to go unpunished because their old ladies would simply “prefer it”!!! Hell no! After seeing that awful video, Lincoln should have alpha-manned up and defended his woman as well as be by her side afterward. But he left it to her Kingpin dad instead 🧐.

In fact, even though he swore he wouldn’t be Tate’s punching bag throughout the story, that’s all he was! I mean her behavior towards him was constantly appalling! She literally abused him by tasing him, cursing at him, assaulting him and finally SHOOTING him in the leg!! I get she was freaked out but that was some psychotic behavior. And what exactly is the message there for readers; the more mentally unhinged and nasty a partner behaves, the more likely there will be everlasting love??? I. DON’T. THINK. SOOO. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤢

Bayou Devil's MC: Complete Series

Wow!! Where do I start? I have read a lot of MC books, one of my favourite genres. This series is not like any of them. Although still an MC the guys in it are different to others. The are strictly legit 'ish. They spend their time moving battered women around. Taking them from a dangerous situation to somewhere safe. Then things start going very wrong

This MC Family has quickly risen to my top 5 favorites. I love how this author set up every story arch. I also love how she made each relationship have their own thing. It's not the same story wrote differently. Such a refreshing read. The MC is about being on the right side of the law and more about how they can help others and I love that. Don't get me wrong I love a questionable group too but this has been refreshing. This is my first series from this author and I will be definitely going into her back log. Can not wait to see what else she has for me!

Easy to read, easy to fall in love with characters, fantastic world building, whitty banter, just all around A+

I enjoyed this on the whole. The first time I reviewed this series I only got as far as book 3 and I was considering leaving it there. Why, because at that stage there was only a loose connection to the MC and in the second book a large percentage was pages repeating in verbatim from the first book. After a break I decided to finish the series and I have to say they were pretty good. The underlying plot that runs through all the books is pretty complicated and intriguing and that becomes more apparent in the fourth book. There are some tense moments and a few tear jerking events and I did feel a connection to the characters.
Generally this is not a bad series, however it could do with some decent editing and proof reading.

INTENSE

This series is very intense. I fell in love with the clean cut bikers because they were doing good and giving back to the community. They saved people. Drama, murder, torture, blackmail are just some of the things going againt the guys and their clients. If you can stand all this dark crime and you love a good motorcycle story, you must get this set. Thank you for a very good reading

The complete Bayou Devils MC Series; Hopelessly Devoted, Addicted to Love, Every Breath you Take, It Ends Tonight, Little do you Know, Never Let Me Go, Every Little Thing, and Wicked Games.)
Book eight is the last in the Bayou Devils series, but the author has decided to write a second generation series.

Hopelessly Devoted, book one, follows Alison James and Logan “Storm” Chambers. Alison is a reporter who has been hurt in the past. Storm has also been hurt before, having been forced to watch his fiance murderer before his eyes, he isn’t looking for anything other than some lonely nights until one day his dog barrels through the fence and knocks down his sexy neighbor. Sparks fly between the pair when he offers to help her, only both are too stubborn to say anything, but when Ali starts getting mysterious packages and gifts on her doorstep, it’s up to Storm to help rescue her. Will the pair be able to work through their pasts and see that they can have a future? Or will their different heartbreaks keep them from trying again?

Addicted to Love, book two, follows Carly Mills and Chance Turner. Carly learned a long time ago how cruel people are, but then she meets Chance, the bad boy biker who doesn’t take no for an answer. Though she is attracted to him, she doesn’t do relationships, but when she has no choice but to turn to Chance for help, will she be able to keep her feelings to herself? Or will he win his way into her heart?

Every Breath you Take, book three, follows Tatum “Tate” Carter and Lincoln “Kodiak” Archer. Tate is a young woman, struggling to make ends meet when she gets a call that her mother Sarah was killed in an accident. Lincoln has dealt with loss before, having lost his father at a young age and then his sister a few years ago. When the MC prez, Blaze, asks Kodiak to watch Tate and report everything back to him, at first he seems hesitant, but he does what his prez asks and begins watching her. It isn’t until the pair meet, at her shop at the local diner, when Kodiak realizes that Tate could be the one he’s been looking for his whole life. With each day that they grow closer, Kodiak begins to question the job Blaze has assigned him. Will he be able to win over the sexy waitress? Or will the fact that he has been watching her come out and keep them apart forever?

It Ends Tonight, book four, follows Quinn Dawson and Lucas “Smith” Smith. Quinn is a single mom, working as an event planner for a company she inherits from her grandmother and is on her way home one night with her daughter Brooklyn when a truck runs into her car. Lucas is out looking for his stoner brother Clay when he finds himself the witness to a hit-and-run where he stops to see if the person in the car needs help and that’s where he meets Quinn. As Lucas vows to stay by her side, little does Quinn know that that is exactly what he means and the two can’t help but find themselves drawn to one another. But when fate decides to bring Quinn’s past back into her life, will the new relationship she has with Lucas be able to survive? Or will the couple be torn apart forever?

Little do you Know, book five, follows Kady Sinclair and Noah “Fuzz” LeBlanc. When Noah and Kady met in grade school, he knew she was the one that he was going to spend his life with, and they were happily engaged when his life changed forever and he found himself behind bars for seven years. Now he’s finally free, and the one thing he wants is to reconnect with Kady and build their dream future together, the only problem is that no one knows where she is. When Noah makes it his mission to find her, will he get the life he always wanted? Or will he somehow manage to only make things worse?

Never Let Me Go, book six, follows the story of Juliette Shaw and Sawyer “Moose” Michelson. When Juliette wakes up in the hospital, she is surprised to find out that she lives in Miami, has a fiance named Gavin, and amnesia which has made her forget the last five years of her life. Sawyer is on a run to Miami for his MC when he gets a call to pick up Juliette and bring her back to Baton Rouge. With the attraction is instant, Sawyer keeps his feelings to himself, but once they get to Baton Rouge, he asks Juliette on a date. When the pair grow closer, and bad things start happening around them, Juliette struggles to try to remember something from her past before it’s too late. Will the pair be able to stay together when everything seems to be trying to pull them apart?

Every Little Thing, book seven, follows Piper (Robichaud) Landry and Wyatt “Fuzz” Landry. Wyatt and Piper married young, and in order to have some financial stability, Wyatt joins the military and is sent overseas. During their time apart, Piper decides to leave Wyatt thinking he is better off without her. Now it’s been ten long years, and though they don’t speak to one another, they still love each other and when a chance meeting puts them back in each others, the truth Wyatt’s been searching for finally comes to light. Now back together, and with the threat of more injured and dead women coming closer to their clubhouse than ever before, Wyatt will stop at nothing to keep Piper safe and back in his life. Will Wyatt be able to protect his wife, and the club? And when all the other brothers start bringing their wives in for protection, will they really be safe from the threat that haunts them?

Wicked Games, book eight, follows the last remaining member, Travis “Streak” Broussard and Rowan Archer. Rowan is going through a rough time with the passing of her mother, so when she returns home to find her boyfriend sleeping with one of her co-workers, she’s had enough and decides it’s time for a change. Calling her big brother Lincoln (Kodiak from book three), he tells her to come stay with the club in Baton Rouge. During her first night at the clubhouse, she meets Streak and the sparks fly between the pair, but they both decide to keep things casual. Meanwhile, the threat that has been chasing them for months is beginning to amp up, and when someone they love is murdered once more, the club must come together to keep everyone safe. But when things hit a little too close to home for Streak, he finds himself in a race against time to find Rowan before it’s too late. Will Streak find her in time? And will they finally admit their feelings for one another?

I know even know where to begin with this one.
.
I love the convenience of these box sets. I had seen these books on my recommendation list a few times and had the first on my tbr for the longest. I’m glad I was finally able to get stuck into it with the complete set!
.
I have never devoured a series as much as I have this one! I’m surprised I managed to get through them in the time span I did. This series was awesome! I love the dark, gritty, dangerous feel and the steam, wowsers it was intense and hot as hell! I love the characters. They were everything I imagine when it comes to a gritty MC. I could of happily continued reading more of this world and characters. I’m hooked!
.
So much packed into these books, which surprised me. I thought it was going to be your standard MC book but it has its own uniqueness which made it more enthralling and captivating to read. It certainly keeps you interested which is what you want when reading a complete set. A couple of the books I did enjoy more than the others, but the over all story line and plot of the books was compelling and amazing to read.
.
Definitely a MC series worthy of sinking your teeth into!

The world-building is absolutely amazing in these books. The characters are all unique in their own way but together they make one hell of a family. I love how in each story we get to see the other characters and how they all interact with each other. The stories have the perfect mix of romance, suspense and drama. I highly recommend this series. I thought Tate and Kodiak would always be my favorite but book 8 Wicked Games, Streak and Rowan’s story was hands down my favorite. The last book in the series is emotionally charged and just amazing. Streak was always my favorite with his grumpiness in the morning but seeing the new side of him in his book was perfect. A great way to end an amazing series. I can’t wait for the second generation!

I really loved this series! Some of the books I enjoyed more than others but I feel like each couple had their own issues to deal with and we’re not cookie cutter boy meets girl romances. This was a slightly different take on an MC as they were really helping the community, and I really hated how much the community turned on them in the end. As sad as it was, it unfortunately is also completely believable. I did feel like Streaks book was rushed as far as his relationship with Rowan, it seemed more attention was paid to the mystery of who was going after the club, and the quick tie up of who it was and catching them just fell a little flat, which is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I sobbed at the end of book 2 with Chance and Carly so have tissues handy 😭❤️

Bayou Devils MC is a brilliant series, and now you can get it all together in one big ol' boxset. 🤣 Anyway, enough of the advertisement spiel that just popped out.

So. To start with, we get a declaration of love, and who doesn't love that?
Plus you've got some kickbutt characters, a great friend to save from terrible dates, and it's 8 books. 8 books, right there at your fingertips! There's so much more I could gush about, but I think the best thing is for you to check it out yourself.

So go get Bayou Devils MC the complete series by A.M. Myers, and prepare yourself for a world of greatness. 😘

This is one of the best series I have ever read. The storylines were well thought out and the characters were well developed. They were some complex characters that is for sure. I kept waiting for a certain characters book but kept getting this horrible feeling he would never get one. As the story morphed I new he wasn’t long for this world. The relationships between the brothers and their old lady’s was epic in some ways, hello tasers anyone, but others were brutally sad. I hope with the second generation books they original characters will still be around. I hope we will find out about all the babies these guys created!

Incredible!!

The Bayou Devils books are absolutely phenomenal. I was completely addicted to every single book and found myself reading into the early hours of the mornings as I couldn’t put them down ! It’s so easy to fall in love with the main character’s in the books and become spellbound with their lives and backstories. I’ve burst into fits of giggles and wiped tears from my eyes with each book. I’m quite sad that I’ve finished reading them all now, but so glad that I found them. These books will definitely be read again in the future.

Thank you for writing these amazing books,, I have really enjoyed being enraptured with the Bayou Devils.

Absolutely amazing ride!!!

These books are super steamy, funny and sad. I really love a romance with more than sex. Believe though, these books have plenty of sex....but they have so much more. The heart and souls of these characters is off the chart. I am.so.glad I read them all. I don't do spoilers but stop reading now if you haven't read these yet....Blaze!!!! That's all I'm saying. If you are on the fence about any of these Bayou Devils books - hop down and read them starting with book one.

I don't know what's going on, but my reviews keep getting deleted! I had this beautiful review written now it's gone bye bye. So I'll make this one short and sweet.

A.M. Myers know how to write MC romance. From the men dripping with just the right amount of masculinity to the heroines who won't back down when pushed. If you love MC romances, give this set a try. You won't regret it!

Wonderful Series

I am so glad I had all the books on my iPad before I started the first one...I could not wait to grab the next one. I wanted to know all the guys in the club, and all their women. I was so caught up in their lives, I needed to know everything about everyone. The characters jump off the page, all their hopes and dreams, and their struggles to keep the club together.

Bloody Fantastic Read

I bloody loved this series, it's the second time I've read it, but the first time rating the series.
I love MC books, so bought the series. Once I started the first book, I knew I'd read the series but was happy to read it again.
I do not remember reading the last3-4 books, but they were fantastic. I love all of the characters, some storylines were similar, but I didn't care, was so worth a second read.

Lots of triggers, but a good read

Wow.

Soo many triggers in this series. So so many. You are warned. Some of the images linger...

The stories are good, and kept me flipping pages. I did not see how this was going to end.

I am glad I read this series as it was a good read.

Emotional, danger with HEA

“It’s okay. You can let go,” I whisper in her ear, hoping wherever she is she can hear me. “I don’t want to let you go but I know this is what you’d want. I always knew I was lucky to have you as a sister and I’ll carry you with me always.” Awesome emotional happy and sad stories with HEA. 8 stars

Decent stories...however,

If I wanted to read porn, I would have purposely bought it. Maybe there was a heads up somewhere that I missed, but honestly...all the graphic sex was a little over the top. As I said, I continued to read the series because I actually enjoyed the story line, but your sex scenes were wasted on me.
