A fantastic and fast paced read about Oasis' two concerts at Knebworth in 1996. I learnt a lot about the preparations that the band had to undertake to deliver the two momentous shows that defined and cemented their place as Britain's biggest rock bands. In addition to that, Jill Furmanovsky's photographs were a delight to look at! Definitely inspired me as an amateur photographer in terms of the colour palette, angles and how the shots were photographed. Five stars!

Oasis brengt later dit jaar een opname uit van het legendarische Knebworth concert, daar waar Liam zijn stem beter was dan ooit tevoren, en waar Noel, nouja, er bij was. Dit boek geeft een ronduit fantastische achter de schermen ervaring wat er gebeurde tijdens de aanloop naar het concert, het concert, en de gekte achteraf. Over een week of wat komt Supersonic uit, het boek waar de band eindelijk zelf hun verhaal doet, dit was een ontzettend fantastisch voorpoefje.

This book is an absolute must on the shelf of an Oasis fan. A great photo story of how four lads from Manchester performed the biggest live gig in history at the time.
Also, upon finishing the book you should watch the documentary with the same to relieve the moments you read about.
