50 mg zinc 3 times a day – no effect – increase to 100 mg - improvement 87%
Foods – herring, wheat germ, sesame seeds, liver, soybeans, sunflower seeds, egg yolk, lamb
Seafoods rich in nutrients but full of pollutants – oysters, crab, clams….
4 oz portion has this much zinc:

Alcohol - If given a diet extremely high in raw food abstained from alcohol.
Placed on junk food diet with coffee – increased alcohol intake. Sugar increases alcohol use. L-glutamine decreases the craving for alcohol- also diminished anxiety, and improved sleep.

Cup of apple cider vinegar and a few quarts of warm water – soak feet for 15 mins. Every morning and night for a week. Killed athlete’s foot even under toenails. Others dab diluted vinegar between toes each morning and night.
Bad Breath
1. Take a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar before each meal. Or 500 mg tablets containing hydrocholoric acid, betaine, pepsin just before a meal….

Bedwetting
Deficiency in magnesium – small bladder capacity – train the bladder – greater bladder control by urinating only partially, stopping, starting again, stopping and then completely voiding.
Folk remedy – raw, unfiltered honey before bedtime – high in magnesium content…
