I like the layout of this book. There's some background history of Nikola Tesla (not much) and numerology, the numerological concept of 3-6-9, and exercises to write. The rest of the book intersperses the journal entry pages with affirmations, more numerology, and prompts.
What I don't like:
1. Why is the text font so large and bold? I get that for the journal page prompts, but the text itself?
2. There is no source information. No footnotes, no bibliography, no index. Where did the information about frequencies come from? Where can I read more about Tesla and 3-6-9?
3. There isn't much in the way of instruction. How do you choose which goal to work on? When do you switch to other goals? Do you write the same affirmation for each line? Each time of day? Each day? What about the I AM prompts? Do you write the same thing or different things on each line?
I ended up seeking out some videos on YouTube. Nothing great there, but at least I could see what other people were doing.
Oh, Project369 has a YouTube page! It is full of cosmic vibes videos with Solfeggio frequency music and affirmations. They are nice. But why not have some tutorial or journal demo videos there, too?
This is going to sound very corny and cheesy, but you cannot fault a book which from the very first page and throughout its entirety speaks to you like the imaginary friend we all wanted as children feeding you doses of positive reinforcement, encouragement, self belief, self-realisation, self-trust, faith, positivity, optimism, gratitude, comfort, consolation, inspiration and somehow this book grants you with the deepest and most pure realisation that these tasteful ingredients mentioned above have always been the core of the loving cocktail that is YOU! Gratitude, discipline, patience, passion every day. Period. All dreams do come true! Let’s get this!
The ultimate result of reading this has yet to be seen, but it has made me mindful of daily journaling, meditation, and positive vibrations. I am creating the life of my dreams and I have to let go of what isn’t serving me.
I didn't technically finish this book, my digital checkout was due before I was able to get it done. But, I think I got the gist of it. It was all right. Self-help book through and through. But a good reminder, motivating. Enjoyable. I appreciated the references to some other enlightening things.
Good info, mathematics a bit hard to understand but generally a guide to recruiting your subconscious to do work for you and get you on the right track.
One of my favorite books. This book helped me and healed me during a very difficult time in my life. Currently reading Project 369~ The Key to Prosperity
