Thankfully this book was brought back into print. The original hardcover was so coveted it would trade hands for $300 on eBay. I was ready to begin searching for the production artist who worked on it, hoping I could finagle the original Quark Xpress layout files and print my own.... but then I saw it available in paperback and I scotched that idea. If you are interested in the DS (the goddess) for its vanguard beauty, its years-ahead-of-everyone-else engineering innovation, you must have a copy of this book. Has an excellent section on the UK Slough-built DSes - how rare they are now! I guess the limeys in the spray booth were too tipsy to apply rustproofing as the goddesses snailed on by...
