How would you describe yourself in one word?
The answer for Autumn... average.
She is just your average high school senior. Average style. Average physique. Average life. Average dreams.
Well, that is until Ben starts to consistently show up in them each night.
Now, everything has changed for her, and Autumn’s answer is far from average as she fights to understand this boy who has literally turned her dreams into a reality.

Feeling very special to be the FIRST one to review this book! I won’t say many things since it’s still in the works but I do want to say that I LOVED it! I fell in love with the characters and definitely shed a few tears. I never guessed the twist (I was WAY off might I add). This is such a sweet, unique YA romance and I can’t wait to have my hands on a physical copy!

Okay wow! I flew through this book (like seriously 16 hours- with sleep) I couldn’t get enough of Autumn and Ben! I was hooked from the very start.
This book is the epitome of when dreams become reality and I loved it!
As it is still in the manuscript stage I won’t say much but seriously… this one was both heartbreaking and fulfilling. I recommend to anyone- YA reader or not- it’s that good. Can’t wait to have a physical copy at some point in the near future

This is a well paced YA romance that had me turning the pages way after my bedtime! Once I got a taste of Autumn and Ben I was seriously invested (aka obsessed) with seeing what would happen next for them as they fought to turn their dreams into reality.

Short chapters, no lulls in the story, relatable characters and a rocky twist these lovebirds must overcome. What more could you want?

You won't regret this quick, fun read! I'll be the first to buy a copy when it hits shelves 😁

Thank you Katie for letting me read this!!

I really enjoyed reading this book. From the very beginning, it hooked me with the thought-provoking question "How would you describe yourself in one word?" Then it immediately dove into the main character's life and made me really feel like I was experiencing the events that took place as if I were her (even though I'm obviously not lol). I would definitely recommend reading it to anyone who gets the chance. :)

I wish I could give this book 10 stars! It truly is an incredible read. Here are my thoughts: (no spoilers, I promise!)

1. The characters are SO relatable. Autumn and Hannah are the cutest best friends. Sometimes when I’m reading a book, the friendships just don’t seem realistic, but it’s quite the opposite with this read! I felt the whole time reading about Autumn and Hannah’s friendship, were just like how my best friend and I are! Loved that so much!

2. I am a HUGE sucker for a good love story. My favorite genre of romance is the Hallmark Christmas movie kind of books/fantasy love story, but there is always one problem with this particular genre...the ending is always predictable. If you love a good YA romance novel without a predictable ending, THIS BOOK IS FOR YOU! The ending was shocking and made me wanting more!!! I hope this author decides to either write a sequel or write another book because her writing skills are phenomenal.

3. This book will have you cheering on the characters the whole time! I loved that through the entirety of the book, I wanted to see each character get what he/she wanted! It made the ending that much more satisfying!

4. Can you say hello to short chapters!?! One of the best parts of this book is the short chapters! They never dragged on and got straight to the point which I LOVED! I couldn’t put it down!

Long story short, this book is a must read that I think any girl who is a total sucker for the Twilight kind of teenage romance, will absolutely love!

This was such an great YA fiction and an amazing debut novel for Katie! It reminded me so much of teenage love and what it was like thinking I found my true love in high school and what I would do to keep that love. Mine personally did not work out lol but I definitely think Autumn and Ben are meant to be. They have a connection unlike any other. I laughed, I cried (quite literally), I was shocked. This book has the best of it all and is a great teen love novel, and I've read quite a few of those in my day.

I stayed up way to late last night to finish this book because I just had to know what happened!
Between Realms is a beautiful debut novel about sweet teenage love. Autumn reminded me of myself at 18, it was like walking through a time machine. I enjoyed every moment of this story and I am so thankful to have been given the opportunity to read an advanced copy.

Between Realms is a beautiful written piece of work, this novel is adorable in so many ways. The relationship between Autumn and Ben is loving and is what dreams are made of. You can feel the love between the characters develop and become something outside of a dream.

I really adore the character of Autumn, she gives herself a word to describe herself every day which I find to be relatable. I remember going to school thinking of the future, thinking that you're not good enough. But that all changes with someone who supports you and loves you, Autumn is so likeable and you cheer for her throughout the novel.

I found the writing to be easy to follow and I really enjoyed the surprise ending. There are small hints to the ending throughout which I personally love trying to figure out. I think Emper did a great job explaining the emotions of the characters, I would like more of Autumns world outside of her dreams.

Overall, I really enjoyed this light read! I gave this novel a ⭐⭐⭐⭐ review! Such a sweet, fun read!

Thank you Katie Emper for this advanced copy in exchanged for my honest review! 💙
