Jenifer is an amazing poet and working as a nurse has given her a perception unknown to,most of us. She is very empathic and seeing so many patients and being unable to do,anything medically for them she has talked and listened to their thoughts and fears. Her poetry is very visceral and they must be read slowly and attentively. She has encapsulated many of our emotions these few months and her poems also have a darker hue in several of them, She and I exchanged poems some days and they were very similar in tone. Her writing always gives a tiny glimpse of hope,in all of her writing. Several are masterpieces and I hope everyone will read her book as you will see your feelings explained in her beautiful words and realize everyone is more connected than we realize. It’s just an amazing work of art and perfect for the times we are in now.
