Here are my final thoughts of the series because I am not sure if I’ll read the goal:

Ok so the content it self is a solid 4. It was an enjoyable easy read that’s hard to put down. However, I cannot look past the blatant lack of diversity in these books. There’s like one side character who is black and I’m pretty sure that was it... Seriously, why is it so hard to include BIPOCs in your books? Elle Kennedy idealized each one of her characters so it makes me feel like if I am not white, I am not ideal (if that made sense). Like the way the gorgeous popular boys were describing there most desirable girls looked nothing like me because I am not skinny, and white. And the way she described “curvy” girls made me feel even worse because they were still skinny, they just had a wider waste and bigger boobs. Just because someone doesn’t have fair skin it doesn’t make them less worthy of praise/affection. I’m sick of the beauty standard being flat tummies, fair skin, light eyes, etc. because I’m literally none of those things, nor is the majority of the population. Also the way Hannah needs Garrett to “fix her” was so off putting... Calling Hannah broken because she was SAed is so problematic. Like WHAT😀. She went through this deeply emotional and traumatic experience. She is a survivor, not something that needs to be fixed. The amount of stereotypes in these books makes me so frustrated because these books could’ve been 5 stars had she decided to actually include characters that look like us.

Relectura, leido anteriormente en la antologia Quickies.

Esta relectura no cambio mi opinion, Allie y Dean no son malos personajes, sin embargo, a mi no me enamoraron en su momento y tampoco lo hicieron en esta segunda ocasion.

Esta escena introductoria es muy necesaria a la vez que directa y breve, nos ayuda a entender un poco mejor como empezo su historia de amor, ademas, se lee en nada de tiempo. Lo recomiendo.

Dit is het grappigste audioboek dat ik ooit gelezen heb. Bizarre vertaling, bizar verhaal. Ik ben hier te aseksueel voor, haha. (Voor je denkt, Eline hoezo lees je dit dan. Dit is onderdeel van de off campus serie waarvan ik deel 1 en 2 gelezen heb. 1 was leuk, 2 heel stom, en dit is een kort verhaal bij de derde geloof ik? Ik wist dat het hilarisch vertaald en ingesproken ging zijn en ik had GELIJK. Uitstekende twintig minuten, haha)

Giving this the same rating I gave the whole book. It doesn’t add anything to the story or plotline, but it’s a fun scene and definitely could have been included in the original story.

I loved dean’s and Allie’s story in the score, so I will take anything Elle Kennedy has to offer when it comes to them. It is an extra scene of the sexy time that happened before they slept with each other for the first time. It was sexy, and I just loved seeing dean’s confidence once again. However, I felt this could have been included in the book.

Jak se spolu poprve vyspali Allie s Deanem a nebylo to tam? Tak tady je aspon ten zacateek jak k tomu dosloo (neni to cela noc bohuzel) al je to jen tak 10/15 stranek a urco stoji za precteni protoze to je bozi😂😂😂 (kdyby ta noc byla cela je to 5 hvezdicek)

Ukázalo mi to jak mi chybí Dean a Allie a vlastně všichni. Čekala jsem, že to možná bude trochu delší ale not gonna lie, kinda hot though.
Nebylo to vlastně nic nového ani přínosného ale to jsem ani nečekala. I tak bych si to přečetla znova a znova a znova❤️

This is Ali and Dean’s infamous first sex scene. Not sure why it wasn’t in the actual book, but it does exist and you can grab it free from the author’s website. It doesn’t add much to the story, but it’s kind of a backstage pass.
