Disjointed; More about Goals

According to the title and subtitle, this book is supposed to be about habit stacking, but I found it more to be about goal-setting, and SMART goals in particular. In fact, two of the seven days were about SMART goals, with some overlapping information. In fact, I found the entire book to be repetitious, with the same things being talked about over and over on all the different days. One end chapter was about self-discipline. Because of the way the author only talked about habit stacking occasionally, it was hard to draw parallels with the other topics; the author didn't do it for us, so I found the book somewhat disjointed. If you have an interest in habit stacking, you can probably find a better book.

I received a free copy of this book, but that did not affect my review.

Good book

This is a good book. However there are a few grammatical errors that I noticed. The one big take away from the book is something that everyone should know and that is we set our own goals.

I read this book for the Hpootp flourish and blots reading challenge. I used 2022 reading challenge propt read a short book. It contained some useful information but i found it to be a little statistically heavy. While their were some gems hidden among its pages, I found it hard going at times.

Motivation to get something done is always a problem especially when life gets in the way.
The suggestion for habit stacking has made an impact and here's hoping it will continue

It felt like there was nothing new in here and it was just catchphrases coined elsewhere regurgitated. That said, it was useful to read whilst half asleep on the train to work
