When Hannah's new husband suggests they honeymoon and the Rest Easy Resort, his family's newest acquisition, how can she say no. It will take him away from her here and there but he promises that it will be worth it. She agrees, even though being that close to a large body of water makes her nervous as a bad childhood experience still haunts her. When things start to go bad and a curse rears its ugly head, and her husbands sunny disposition begins to darken, will her marriage survive? Will she?

A nice quick read, perfect for curling up on the couch and snuggling down with. Just the right amount of chills without being straight up horror. Well written with a good flow.

This is a brilliant read.
Wonderful well written plot and story line that had me engaged from the start.
Love the well fleshed out characters and found them believable.
Great suspense and action with wonderful world building.
Can't wait to read what the author brings out next.

Loved it. It usually takes me forever to read a book but this one I couldn’t put down😊. Everything was so well described it was like a movie in my head and it took me back to the islands. Note to self because of that and me being such a sook don’t read when your home alone on a stormy night lol. Can’t wait for the next one.

What a fantastic love story amid the backdrop of a
cursed land and a resort that is suppose to allow those staying there to “rest easy”. Such is not the case!

Jo has written a beautiful story of fated love and the lives of two people who came there for their honeymoon but unfortunately they meet with one thing after the other that turns their time into anything but idyllic! Beware of building anything on cursed land! Mike is bound and determined to get the
resort open on time despite the constant problems and legends about the land it sits on. Hannah has demon’s of another kind she has fought for 20 some odd years watching her parents drown and now she finds herself on an island surrounded by water! Her exploring leads her to find scenes and experiences she just can’t explain. She wants to leave but will she be able to is the question!

This is a must read that I highly recommend for you are going to be drawn in to it from the moment you start it and you’ll be hard pressed to put it down because of what you’re reading and the feelings you experience while doing so!

Those who believe in the paranormal will especially love this book and will want to read more from this author who has blazed onto the scene with such a great work

I felt I was there witnessing the storms and drama that unfolds in this novel! I could easily picture it happening in my minds eye!

By all means pick up this book today and be prepared to read a love story that you weren’t expecting and characters you are going to love!
You will experience the good , bad, happy and sad of
a relationship when other forces enter into the picture with surprising results!
