Smokey Moment

It all started one day in March of 2018. I was bored. There was nothing to watch on television. And the moment of silence prompted a memory. A flashback to a time I wrote movies in a notebook. Small scenes jotted down for no particular reason. Something compelled me to make a move. I jumped up and ran to my computer, anxious to tell a story of which I could see clearly. The scenes of my cleverly crafted idea so wildly vivid. A face. A name. And twisted plots that would rival any movie.

I began typing. The keystrokes were fervent. Soon one sentence gave way to twenty. One hundred words grew to seventeen thousand. And before I knew it, I had a short story. Proof that anything is possible. So, you might ask if I always wanted to be a writer? Was it somewhere in the back of my mind? No! It wasn’t. But I knew I was creative. And I knew I could tell a story. The rest is history. Now I can say I wrote a book that became a best seller. Downloaded for many book lovers to read and enjoy. And the journey is still fresh. There is so much more to write. I am just getting started!

It was ok

Good book. It reads like it could be the authors first book. The storyline was good and definitely unique but the execution was a little less than desirable. There were some parts that were rushed through while others were kind of drawn out and word. Also it seemed like the whole tone of the characters switched after Star got with Vic. I would really love to read this as a re-write with some minor adjustments. Btw I was team Rico from the first sentence!!!!

I want my one

This book took me through several emotions, the most being anger..... but it was a joy to see these characters rise to the occasion. I’m is in love child. The writing was good and it drew me in for real. I will say that I want to know more about the boy Phantom.... there were slight errors but nothing to major that takes away from the story.

Not your typical urban romance story

Yall this book. Urban Thriller Romance 😂I didn't see coming. Started this book thinking it was the usual wife of a drug dealer that gets cheated on and finds the love of her life, but Nope. This book had me taking off my headphones because I couldn't bare to listen to what's coming. I loved it! Must Read!!!

Wow

This sister can write her ass off, I did not expect that ending. Star went through so much and by no means was she a weak woman she was just trusting of the wrong people and a incredible forgiving heart.

Ow we I'm tried!!!

This is my first time reading this author's book and I wasn't disappointed. I went through so
many emotions that I'm tired now...LOL . I'm so happy she finally found her happiness. But there's no mention of Rico's other children. I would recommend this book.

Amazing

This book was good from start to finish. Even though Rico cheated and made kids on Star he changed his ways and life around. I’m glad they got there happily ever after. I wish the book had spoke about the other two children he had.

Well...

Good story. Needed to be edited for spelling, punctuation, grammar, and usage. Story moved along quickly and didn't drag, but did have a place or two of predictability.
