This story is a good representation of what happens when instead of collectively working on a problem (or a mystery), individuals are pushing their own agendas with catastrophic results. With a great setting and believable characters, this novel will keep you in suspenders from beginning to end. Highly recommended!
This book draws you in from the very beginning. Each persons story is woven into the chapters as you progress and it makes you feel that you know the characters personally. I could genuinely see the events unfolding as I was reading. I will certainly look for more from this author.
4 1/2 stars for the stunning, cinematic, fast paced, thriller. The amazing setting, characters and sheer believability of our region, is spot on. Such fun!
