330 Love Ln by Mika Jolie is the thirteenth book in the Cherry Falls Romance series. Several authors collaborated on this series; therefore, each book can be read as a standalone.
Tyler is the lead singer and songwriter of a popular band in Cherry Falls, who dreams of making it to Nashville. Falling in love was not on his agenda, but it all changed the day he laid eyes on Millie. What he didn’t know and would discover later was their connection to each other long before they met.

Millie dreams of one day becoming a singing sensation, but her feelings of obligation towards her brothers for raising her held her back. (Having lost their parents in a motor vehicle accident, her brothers took on the role of raising her). Meeting Tyler and given the chance to sing with his band provided the opportunity of a lifetime. However, a tragic event from their past threatened to tear them apart and destroy their dreams.

Millie and Tyler both suffered losses at an early age, but with the help of loving relatives they adjusted, though the pain remains raw. I admired how Millie stood up to her overprotective brothers. She knew her mind and what she wanted and was determined to pursue it. Another thing I admired was her relationship with her best friend and her brothers. Their attraction to each leapt off the pages and I enjoyed watching how their romance developed. They experienced challenges, but I loved how it worked out in the end.

I have yet to read a book by this author that I dislike be it a novella or a full-length novel, and 330 Love Ln was no different. Within the pages of this novella, the author delivered a story which have the power to wreak havoc with the reader’s emotions.

330 Love Ln is a story of hope, healing, survival and following one’s dreams. If you looking for a short, inspiring and entertaining read, then this would make a wonderful addition to your bookshelves.

This author really knows how to bring depth and emotion to her novellas. Millie and Tyler have immediate chemistry but this story isn’t based on insta anything. As this couple move forward, along with Millie’s issues with her family, it’s evident there are secrets which give this an ominous feel to what the repercussions will be. Together that ramped the angst up double time.

Both of these characters were likable and my heart hurt for them due to the losses they each had in their life. The steam level is pretty high although it does not consume this story. There is actually a series of strings that twist together to form this story and I was completely engaged with it from beginning to end.

This was an excellent fast read, perfect for any time you want a quick break with a great story.

Another great read in the Cherry Falls Series. Even though each book is a standalone story they each revolve around the the town of Cherry Falls. When Tyler and Millie meet in the hardware store that Millie co-owns with her brother there is an unexplainable pull towards each other. Tyler is part of an up and coming band. The more time Tyler and Millie spend together the more attracted they are to each other and the more the chemistry sizzles between them. Will they get their chance to be together or will everything be ripped apart before it even starts? This was an emotional read from both the hero’s side as well as the heroine. Millie was sheltered by her older brothers but wants to step out of her safe zone and do something that makes her happy. Tyler has had guilt over things that were out of his control and finally finds the love and relationship he was meant to have. I received an arc copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Millie is working with her brother in the family hardware store when she meets Tyler. Tyler is the lead singer in his band and they are pursuing their dreams of Nashville. Tyler convinces Millie to come to his concert and when she does he pulls her on stage to sing with him since he had heard her sing. The agency reps hear and want to sign but they want to include Millie in the agreement. Millie's brothers are against her being with Tyler and she doesn't understand why. Once they start talking Tyler learns that they have a shared past and that it could take Millie from him. Will he tell her about their shared past? Can they have a future together? Will the band let Millie in?

This is a great story that will captivate you from beginning to end. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Get On With It

Tyler and Millie’s whole deal was delivered in an overwrought, beige package. Her brothers are ridiculous (and where David’s place vis a vis *his* relationship?), and in general, no one talked to anyone, which indicated no one involved was mature enough to be building lives together.

Wow! I'm pretty sure I devoured this in less than an hour. Millie and Tyler's story just swept me in, and it took me on a beautiful, heartbreaking, roller-coaster of a ride. That twist- I did NOT see that coming so early in, but having that as their climax? Pure perfection! <3

it was a really nice story that started your usual way - a boy meets a girl, but then... some information is shared and nothing can be trusted here when past will come to knock on the doors of our main characters! What will come? I was in the mood for a really sweet story - and I got it!

WOW!! Fab*u*lous Absolutely love this one!! I couldn't put this one down. This was a nice quick, short read.

Tyler meets Millie when he goes to the hardware store she owns with her brother, Rueben. Millie is listening to her earbuds singing along with a song when she runs right into Tyler. Millie offers to buy Tyler a new shirt after the blueberries in her hand smash all over his shirt, but he tells her it's a old shirt and they'll wash out. Tyler goes back to his studio where his other band members are ready to practice, when he realizes why he went to the hardware store. Later Tyler heads back to the hardware store, he finds Millie listening to her earbuds and picks on up to listen. They introduce themselves, and then Tyler invites Millie to his concert that night. Millie's brother Rueben comes in and tells Tyler she's busy. After Tyler leaves Millie asks Rueben what his problem is, he tells her guys like that only want one thing. Millie gets mad and leaves, and calls her best friend Jess to invite her to come with her to the concert. Millie and Jess head to the concert, after a few songs, Tyler invites Millie up on stage to sing with him. After they sing together the crowd goes wild, Jess waits for Millie off stage and then tells her how good they were together. Tyler and the rest of the band join Millie and Jess, they make introductions. Tyler pulls Millie off to the side and asks her to go out to dinner with him, she tells him that's not a good idea. He takes her phone from her hands and she notices several missed calls from her brothers, Tyler tells her he wants to see her again. Millie gives Tyler he number then she heads home with Jess. Millie is all Tyler can think about all night, so he calls her the next day. He asks her if he can take her to dinner and Millie explains that she with her brothers own the hardware store so they are always working. Tyler suggest they met before she starts working or after, she finally agrees. They agree to met on Friday at the Holidaze Arcade & Bar, but Millie tells him she'll met him there. Tyler heads to his grandfather's home to have dinner with him. He was raised by his grandpa when his parents where killed in an accident they caused while drinking and driving. Tyler's grandpa wants him to come to the cemetery but he's never gone. Tyler's parents drank a lot when he was growing up, when they did they abused him. Millie meets her brother's Ruben and David 105 Desire Dr. at the diner for breakfast, she was raised by her brother's after her parents were killed in a car accident by a drunk driver. Millie's brothers tell her they don't want her seeing Tyler anymore, she finds out everyone in town is talking about her singing with him. Millie tells her brothers she's an adult and can make her own decisions. Millie walk out of the diner leaving her brothers there. When she heads into work her brother Rueben doesn't show up so she has to miss her date with Tyler. They decide to met up at the pub after she is done with work, Tyler offer her food when she arrives but she tells him just some wine. Millie finds out that Tyler doesn't drink, as he shows her how to play a game of pool they talk about why she owns the hardware store with her brothers. Tyler finds out that Millie's parents were killed in a car accident off Route 220, in the same spot his parents caused an accident. As they talk they get to know one another, Millie notices a few missed calls from her brothers so she tells Tyler she needs to get going. Tyler walks her to her car then leans in to kiss her cheek, he tells her he had a good time. When Millie climbs into her car it doesn't start so he offers to take her home. When they get to Millie's apartment she invites him up, he tells her he hasn't stopped thinking about her. She leans in and pulls him close then kisses him, he then deepens the kiss. Tyler tells her he should go, when he leaves he has so many questions. He heads to his grandpa's home, he's asleep in his chair. Tyler wakes him telling him he has some questions. Tyler asks him if anyone else was killed the night his parents were, his grandpa tells him yes and they left behind three children, they live in Cherry Falls. Guilt washes over Tyler, as he thinks of Millie's brother's having to raise her without their parents. Tyler knows he has to push Millie away, he'll be busy with his concerts the next week then he'll never see her. His grandpa asks him why so many questions and Tyler tells him he met a girl, his parents killed hers that night. Over the next week Tyler can't focus, his bandmates worry about him. When he sings he sings for Millie, when he heads offstage he is swarmed by woman. Tyler pushes past them, one of his bandmates grabs him and pulls him aside. They head to the dressing room and she asks him what is wrong with him, although they all know his past he doesn't want them to have to deal with anymore. Tyler finally confesses what he found out about Millie and his parents. He confesses that Millie doesn't know, but he wants to stay away from her. Millie doesn't hear from Tyler all week, her brothers come to the hardwares store and David gives her a cup with French toast as a peace offering. Millie gets back to work, she puts in her earbuds and starts singing along dusting off the shelves. When she hears the bell over the door ring she turns to offer some help it's Tyler standing inside the door with a bouquet of daisies. Millie asks him if he's still alive, she hasn't heard from him all week. He tells her she's been on his mind, he thought staying away was the right thing to do. He tells her he wants to get to know her, take her out, she deserves better. Rueben comes from the back and asks Tyler what he's doing there, Tyler introduces himself and tells him he's there to see Millie. Rueben tells Tyler that he's watching him, Millie tells Tyler that her brothers are overprotected of her. After Rueben goes to the back Tyler ask Millie if he can take her out for lunch, Millie grabs her purse and yells back to Rueben she'll be back in an hour. When Tyler suggest they head to the Virgin Street Diner Millie tells him no, it's where her brother David works. As they eat Millie asks him how his tour was, if he met any interesting people. Tyler ask Millie if she wants to sing, but she tells him she doesn't want to leave her brothers, they raised her. After they talk a while, Tyler asks her to come out on the road with him, it'll only be for two days. Millie hesitate, Tyler tells her he can't stay away from her, he wants her there with him. Millie should say no but she she opens her mouth she says yes. Tyler and Millie head out on a hike, he tells her they are headed for Wildflower Falls in case she needs to get back to her brothers. Then head to a small picnic table and Millie asks Tyler what he's has in his backpack. He tells her he brought fluffernutter sandwiches and animal crackers. Tyler asks her question about how she began singing. He tells her she can sing with them when they go out on the road, she tells him that would be amazing. Millie tells him she doesn't know any of the bands song, then Tyler pulls out his notebook. He tells her he wrote a song for her, for them to sing together. The next day when Millie leaves her apartment her brothers are waiting for her outside. She asks them what they are doing here, they tells her she's isn't answering their calls or text and she didn't come home until late last night. Millie asks them if they are stalking her now, and tells them she was home at seven last night. They tells her Tyler isn't who she thinks he is and to stay away from him, she tells them to give her a reason he can't be trusted. They can't, so she tells them they can't comment on her dating life, or she'll leave and be gone for good. They tell her she wouldn't leave because she's part owner of the hardware store, she tells them she would, not for some guy but to maintain her freedom. Mille tells them she'll be going out of town with Tyler for two day, they tell her she can't. She tells them she needs a moment and she not coming into work, Rueben tells her she can't do that. Millie digs out her phone and calls Rueben, when he doesn't answer she calls him again. When he does answers she tells him she's not coming into work today and to get away from her apartment. Millie walks off down the sidewalk, she keeps walking. When her feet start to hurt she calls her best friend Jess to come and pick her up. When they arrive at Jess's apartment she tells Millie to tell her everything. When Tyler and Millie stand in their hotel room he's shocked she is with him, his room has two beds. He tells her he wanted her to be comfortable and not force her into his bed. She tells him she doesn't know what she wants yet, she tells him all her life her brothers have told her what to do. Tyler tells her they are just being protected of her, they all suffered such a loss at a young age. When the band head out on stage Millie stands off into the wings watching. Tyler soon calls her out to sing the last song together, the one he wrote for her. The curtain falls and they begin kissing as the crowd cheers on, all the band members come together in a group hug. They head back to their room, and Tyler asks her what she wants, she tells him she wants him. He tells her if at anytime she wants him to stop to just tell him. Millie takes off her shirt, he removes her bra, then he strips off his clothes. Soon Tyler is on his knees in front of Millie, when her body shakes and shutters he climbs on top of her. He asks her if she still wants this, she nods to him, he slides into her and sinks deeper. They both come together, Tyler pulls her close to him and they settle together. Millie wakes the next day and has never felt this way, Tyler's alarms soon goes off and he wakes. Millie helps the band pack up and they soon hit the road back to Cherry Falls. When Millie arrives home her brother David is waiting for her, he tells her he was worried about her she didn't come home last night and was gone all day. Millie tells him she told him she was going out of town with Tyler. David tells her they were all right with her doing her own thing until they found out she was sharing a room with a total stranger. Millie tells David to go home and get some rest, they'll talk later when he's calmed down. David tells her that musicians only care about one thing and once he's done with her what is she going to do. Millie tells David to get out, Tyler pulls her in for a hug and tells her her brothers are only trying to keep her safe. Millie tells Tyler she wishes she could go with them on the road, but she's not brave enough. Tyler tells her to come with them when they met the record execs tomorrow. He knows they'll be offered a contract and then head to Nashville. Millie tells him she would have to think about it, he tells her to do what she feels comfortable with. When the band mets with the record execs they want to know where the new girl is that sings the last song of their concert. Tyler tells them she is his girlfriend, and she's not in the band. The record execs tell them they've been on their radar for some time but it wasn't until Millie came that they decided to offer them a contract. They tell Tyler they would like to met with Millie, if she doesn't want to join the band they want to offer her a label of her own. The record execs give them a few minutes to talk, the band doesn't want their decision to come down on if Millie is joining them. Tyler tells his bandmates it's not just sex, he's falling in love with her, they asks him if he's told her about his parents, he tells them he's planning to. They all tell him he should have told her the minute he figures it out himself. Tyler tells them when he tells her his parents killed hers he might lose her forever. After her brothers leave her alone for a day she comes home from work to find them waiting in her apartment. Rueben tells her if she doesn't stop seeing Tyler he'll stop giving her hours at the store. Mille tells Rueben she still will own fifty percent of the store so he'll still have to pay her. They asks her if she'd give up the store, she tells them they're trying to take it from her. She tells them she'd give up her unsupportive, judgmental family, because they pushed her out of their lives. They tells her they only want her safe, she tells them to let her live her life then. After they leave she tries to call Tyler but when he doesn't' answer she calls Jess and asks her to met her at the bar. Millie tells Jess just about everything that has happened, without going into to much detail. After Millie gets a little tipsy Jess drives her to Tyler's home. Millie tells her she'll be fine, and walks up to knock on his door, he answers shirtless. Tyler answers and asks Millie if she's okay, she tells him Jess drove her. He figures out she is drunk, he tells her she needs to drink some water and he's taking her home. Millie wants to know why all the men in her life keep telling he what to do. As he drives her home he tells her she of all people should know the dangers of driving drunk. When they get to her apartment,, he tells her he's sorry she's an adult. They tells him talk to her instead of to them. When he arrives he knocks and she answers, he tells her he needs to say something. Tyler tells her how he felt when his parents died, and what they did to him but he's sorry they took her happiness with them. Millie leads Tyler into her living room and sits on the couch, she turns to her brothers and tells them, she was given an incredible opportunity she can't turn down. They asks her how she know it will work out, she tells them she doesn't. She tells them if it doesn't Cherry Falls will still be here, they'll be here and they love her. She tells them they need to let her do this or they'll lose her and she'll never be able to trust them again. Rueben asks Tyler what he has to say about this. She has to practice with the band, and working on finding a replacement at the hardware store. When she arrives at the studio there is only a table left with silver confetti all over the floor, on the table is a stack of papers. Millie walks to the table and picks up a pen telling Tyler to sign the rest of the band follows. They all celebrate, Tyler pulls her to a corner and tells her he found a place in Nashville for them, he also set up Jess to come for some visits. Millie's brothers show up and tells her they like a moment with her. They had her a gift, when she opens it she finds her favorite syrup, he tells her he'll send Tyler his recipe for his French toast.

This was a cute story in the Cherry Falls series. It felt like it had a bit more substance to it. Tyler and Millie were connected by their pasts, the description even said so, so the moment the book started hinting at what it was I guessed the whole situation. Maybe because I’ve read so many books it’s easy to anticipate? I dunno.

Tyler and Millie didn’t really know each other. Neither of them knew they were connected at first. But the moment Tyler figured it out he decided to try and avoid her... until that didn’t work. Kinda dick move on his part, really. Then he kept the truth from her because he thought he’d lose her. I mean, the dude only spent time with her twice beforehand. Not sure why it was so hard for him, but fine. Obviously the lesson to take from this is not to fucking lie or omit the truth. Yep.

The connection between Tyler and Millie felt pretty sizzling at first. When they sang together? The author did such an amazing job showing the reader the connection between them then... So why was the sex so damn underwhelming? It felt a bit like fumbling awkward teenagers. Millie was a virgin but pretty sure Tyler was not. Pretty meh to me for both of the times they had sex, honestly.

Even so, I enjoyed this. We got David in this back from book 1 since he is one of Millie’s brothers, though I’m assuming this is before he met his girl because she’s not mentioned in this book whatsoever. Oh well. He was kind of an asshole to his sister, anyway. Along with her other brother Reuben. Kinda mad at them tbh. They lied to her about the whole situation too.

If the sex was better I’d have probably rated this higher.

3.5⭐️

This is my first read of the Cherry Falls series, though it is book #13. Each book is a standalone. This book tells the story of Millie and Tyler and it is written in first person from a dual POV.

This is a fairly short book at just over 120 pages, yet this author always amazes me with the depth of character development she can create within a shorter novel. I absolutely adored Millie and Tyler. Millie is a young woman who has dreams but holds herself back from pursuing them. She is smart, feisty, loyal, and loving. I loved her relationship with her two older brothers and her best friend, Jess. Tyler has been through a lot, but he is pursuing his dream with the support of his friends and his grandfather. They have both experienced devastating loss yet have an optimistic mindset. I felt connected to both characters and their HEA. I loved the ending of this book; such a sweet happily ever after with room to be even happier.

I read this in one nearly uninterrupted sitting, and I cannot say enough how much I enjoyed it. This may be a quicker read, but it still delivers the emotional punch of developed characters and story that is rarely found in a book of this length. Love, emotion, steam, and hope are delivered in this book and I definitely want to spend more time in Cherry Falls.

I am voluntarily leaving this honest review after receiving an advance reader copy of the book.

They have a connection which neither could have dreamed of...

330 Love Ln. by Mika Jolie is the thirteenth book in the multi-author A Cherry Falls Romance series which is about the inhabitants of the fictional town of Cherry Falls. This series has been fabulous and the story of Tyler and Millie is also a wonderful read. Tyler is the lead singer and songwriter of a band who has always dreamed of going to Nashville and making it big. Millie and her two brothers inherited the local hardware store which they run. Her parents were killed when she was eleven and she was raised by her two older brothers. Millie is tied to the town of Cherry Falls even though she has her own dreams to become a singer. When Tyler and Millie meet they are not only attracted to each other but they also feel something deeper. Little do they know that their connection is much darker and full of pain and heartbreak. When it is uncovered will they be able to overcome it or will it tear them apart forever?

Mika Jolie has written a story that is complex and very multi-faceted and emotional. This book is well written and had me sucked in from the beginning when you think the story is going to go one way and then it takes a turn I did not see coming until it smacked me upside the head and hurt my heart for both Millie and Tyler. This is a book that I really enjoyed, even after needing more than a couple tissues.

This book is awesome! I really enjoyed it! 330 LOVE LN is a story about surviving through pain, overcoming difficulties and having the courage to pursue one’s dreams. It has a few angst, super hot moments and a compelling plot. I love the character development and the steady pace of the story.

Tyler is the lead singer in an up-and-coming band. He is kind, attentive focus and driven. Millie works alongside her brother at a store owned by her family. She is fierce and opinionated but a little bit timid. She has an amazing voice and dreams of moving to the city to pursue a career in the music industry. Millie and Tyler are good together; their chemistry is automatic. They have a connection that bound them together.

This is a story I quickly became invested in. I love the spin the author used to connect the couple together. It is gritty and will pull at your heart-string. I am not at all surprised that Mika Jolie delivered another gripping novel. Loved it!!!

Mika Jolie is a favorite author of mine so when one of her books comes out, it is an automatic one-click for me! This sweet story in Cherry Falls is no exception, just proving again how awesome a writer Mika is!

Tyler and Millie meet with a smash of blueberries and sparks fly! Neither can get the other out of their head and despite her overprotective brothers, Millie wants to see where this goes. She has always dreamed of leaving this small town and making it big as a singer, but she feels trapped here by the family hardware business with her brothers since the death of her parents.

The chemistry between Tyler and Millie is palpable, and his band and singing career are very appealing to Millie. They both feel an instant connection, but have no idea how deep and twisted that connection really is!

This wonderfully angsty book is the perfect Springtime Waiting For Quarantine To Be Over read! Grab this Five Star Treasure today!

Tyler is the lead singer and a writer in a band. His dream is to travel to Nashville to further his career. He wants to get away from memories of a tortured past. However, now a light has shown through the eyes of a young lady and he wants her.
Millie is surprised to see Tyler the next day, but he is determined to get to know her. She agrees to meet him and her life changes on two fronts. Maybe she can find her dream to sing. However, Tyler and Millie are connected in an area that angers her brothers beyond their knowledge. Will secrets destroy this budding relationship or will it pull them together even more..Good read..love Millie's innocence and Tyler's determiniation..

This is my first book in the Cherry Falls series with this being the 13th. It is a stand alone.

Tyler is the lead singer in his band with dreams of going to Nashville and breaking into the business. He loves songwriting and hopes to do more with it but for now this works.
Tyler goes to the local hardware store where he bumps into Millie. Millie and her brothers own and work at the store after the death of her parents from an automobile accident when she was 11. She's 24 and has dreams of her own but her 2 brothers treat her like a child and hold her back, wanting to protect her and keep her safe.
She and Tyler hit it off but she's tentative. They have a connection but is it enough?
There are some twists you don't see coming. Tyler is sweet and caring but can he get past the secrets?
It's emotional and the side characters are great.

Thank you Cherry Falls for introducing me to Mika Jolie! Somehow I have missed reading this wonderful author, but the awesome Cherry Falls multi-author series brought her into my life with her beautifully-written 330 Love Ln. This is an incredible, lyrical romance that grabs at your emotions with two authentic, well-developed characters. Tyler and Millie both have such beautiful souls, and instant chemistry from the moment they meet. Both have tragic pasts that powerfully play into their presents, but at its heart this is a love story that has you turning its pages and leaving you sad to reach the end. It is steamy, sweet and un-put-downable. If Cherry Falls were real, I'd move there in a heartbeat - and I'm so glad Mika Jolie got to play in the sandbox so I could stumble upon her!

Sugary Sweet!

After Millie loses her parents years earlier, her two overprotective brothers have taken on the roles of parents to her. They keep her at arm’s length and feel that everything they do for her is in her best interest. But when she meets Tyler for the first time, she is ready to let loose and take a chance on life. Her best friend, Jess is supportive and encouraging. Tyler has been raised by his grandfather and is loyal, loving, and grateful for all he has done. I love how Tyler encourages Millie to follow her dreams and wants to be a part of that if she will let him. The connection these two shares broke my heart, and you must wonder if forgiveness is even possible. Loved this short and sweet love story.

I just love Mika Jolie's storytelling. She has strong characters that you can relate with no matter your age.
Millie has always wanted to be a singer but when her parents were killed when she was 11 years old her older brothers raised her.
Tyler is the lead singer for a band called "Devil in the Highway" He is not your typical rocker type, he doesn't drink or go wild like others. His parents were drunks and abused him as a child ergo no drinking for him. They decided to get in their car and killed themselves and 2 other people in a car accident and Tyler was raised by his grandfather.
This book gives you all the "feels" and I was in love with it right from the start. A great book and a great storyline.

I'll preface this by saying I'm not a fan of the rock star or music trope but love this author and decided to give this a try. I think Millie was cute, small town girl trapped by her past and her family to stay in Cherry Falls. She dreams of something bigger. Tyler is lead singer in a band with his own dreams of making it big in Nashville. These two being tied together unknowingly by a painful past causes some heartache and tears. I feel like these two go through so much before they are able to get their HEA and it was 127 pages! I love how all of these books are so separate but connected by this wonderful town. Sort of a sad read but give this one a try.

I thought that this was a deep and emotional read. Tyler and Millie were really sweet together. These two are more connected than they originally thought and when the truth comes out, these two have some sad and hard decisions to make. I really liked the connection and chemistry between these two. These two are really sweet together and they support each other dreams. I thought that this book fit really well with the rest of the series. I really enjoyed this book and I would recommend it and Ms. Mika as a great author.

This week's Cherry Falls book is angsty (something I wasn't all that prepared for) and I think also needs a content warning: CW for discussion of parental death(s). We met our heroine briefly in the first book, as the H in that one is one of her brothers. Well, she's the baby sister of two overprotective older brothers and has secret dreams of singing, of getting away from Cherry Falls to see if she can make it. But her responsibilities and her brothers keep her in place... but when she literally bumps into a handsome guy who's a songwriter with a band and a dream to go to Nashville... yeah, you can see where this is going. Yes, there's a secret that's being kept from her by the H and her brothers - I figured it out in 30 seconds, but I love how our h handled it. All in all, like the other offerings, it's cute - I don't know that it needed as much angst as it had, though.

Such a sweet romance! Millie is a sweet young woman full of dreams... yet she feels stuck in Cherry Falls. She feels like a bird in a guilded cage. She`s a beautiful soul ready to love and ready to sing. Tyler is a musician with a sad past. Their story is oh so sweet and tender. Their connection is immediate, but their love simmers slow and steady. With a sadness in both of their pasts, they become each other`s light and hope. This is a beautifully written story, filled with tenderness, love, and hope. I loved it so much!

This is Book 13 in A Cherry Falls Romance Series. It is a heartwarming romance between Tyler and Millie. These flawed characters are likeable, the connection strong, the chemistry hot, and the unique plot makes for an entertaining read. It is an emotional love story with enough drama, humor, frustrating moments, sweetness, family dynamic, some twists and engaging secondary characters to keep the reader interested. A page turner with a happy ending. It can be read as a standalone but you enhance your reading pleasure if you read the other books in the series.

I received an Advance Reader Copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving my honest review.

I absolutely loved 330 Love Ln! I loved the instant connection Tyler and Millie shared. Tyler was a singer-songwriter in an up and coming band, and Millie runs a hardware store with one of her brothers, but she has always dreamed of being a singer, but didn't want to leave her brothers. Millie loves her brothers, even though they are overprotective. When a chance at her dream is offered, will she take it, or will a secret make her turn her back on her dream, and have her push away Tyler and her brothers?

Millie has her own dreams and questions that need to be answered. Is Tyler the answer to her dreams or the beginning of a journey she doesn’t want to take? Is it destiny of life truly playing unfair?
I read this book in one sitting. I don’t do spoilers. It’s not fair to the author and you should enjoy the story for yourself.
This is a story that will grab every heartstring and emotion you own. It’s a story you wish would go on and on. Let’s just say if I could I’d live in this lovely town if I could meet these beautiful people.
