*Warning* This book contains graphic materials that some may not find suitable. Neiko had ruled purgatory for thousands of years and was extremely bored. His job was to listen to the lost souls' stories of how they died. That was his only sort of thrill. After a while, however, those stories seemed to blur together. That is until his latest batch comes in. Suddenly he finds himself amidst a tangled web that has caught his attention. His job is thrown into darkness and nothing is the same. Everything he knew about life, death, heaven, hell is thrown into question as he journey's deeper into an abyss with a hidden agenda.
The starting of the book was a really good but then as you read kinda went down hill from there. It was very entertaining to read some gore, made me laugh and did have me wonder what in the hell? This story is about 7 people and how they are all tie together. Some of the characters she could have left out I felt they really played no part in the story. Then there is Travis I wish that she could have made it more understanding about who he is. The author states she is working on her next book more about him. What I enjoyed about the book was it was a page turner even though it was a little on the wild side it did work well. I think she could have went a different way with the story. I fell like she should have wrote more that would have made it better, she could have been more in depth of the story. She had amazing writing skills and I do enjoy her writing when I do read her stories. The ending of this story is what make's me mad. I feel it could of been written better like it made no sense to me. I feel like it was unfinished. Honestly it was a shitty ending. I am still glad I read it.
