A collection of rather interesting short stories from Lucy. For all the years I have been reading I very rarely read 'short' short stories. Some in this collection would just about cover two pages of A4 if written out and some are a few chapters long - but what each gives you is a story - wether it is solo, with BOB, the sexy handyman, the cleaning lady or even hubbies despised best friend. There are stories from the male and female POV.
A great book to dip into or read in a few sittings (which I did - it left me slightly flustered!)

Multi-Orgasmic indeed! This book has a little something for everyone. If you love short stories that are right to the point than this is perfect for you. There were a few I would have wished were longer but isn’t that how it is with any god story? Lucy is so talented. She has so many stories with so many new ideas. If you have never heard of Lucy Felthouse this would be a great way to start reading her work. I can’t really put a finger on which one would be my favorite. How about you check it out and tell me which one is yours and we will compare notes. I received this book as a gift from the author.

Writing a short story is an art – not every author can do it: characters need to arrive developed and with a purpose, and they have to have a solidity that completely fits with their actions in the story. There isn’t a ton of time for growth or development, and each word needs to count and serve a purpose, usually several purposes. Well-crafted short stories are complete entities to themselves, leaving the reader satisfied and understanding the intention of the author. Of course, when done well, they are like potato chips – you always want more. Lucy Felthouse has created a collection here that combines cleverly crafted and well-written short stories that pack a punch of eroticism and imagery bound to fuel the fantasies.
Felthouse has a unique talent: her ability to convincingly write from both the male and female POV, and have both ‘feel’ appropriate and honest is a rarity: her men are men with the often more simplistic approach to emotion and relations, while her women are working on several levels of emotional and physical reactions. This is not said to be controversial – there is a particular single-mindedness in all of her characters that holds the sensuality hostage and brings it forward for readers to understand and be intrigued by.
Twenty stories, ranging from short flash to more lengthy stories touch on a variety of M/F interactions: menagé, BDSM, spanking, voyeurism, solo and even some more fetish-styled scenarios, opening readers’ eyes to a variety of scenes and tastes. While not a how-to manual in terms of graphic description, each brings a sense of the scene and enough detail and imagery to fuel anyone’s furnace. A nice mix of new and previously published stories in a collection that is perfect for sharing with your partner as you discuss the different scenes and moments. Another winner from one of my favorite erotic writers!

With over 20 short stories, Multi-Orgasmic has all your kinks covered and then some. They range in length and in fetish (everything from spanking, to bondage and threesomes) but they were all well written and entertaining to read. I took notes on each one, but I have to say that my favorite one was titled, Belle and the Beasts. I am a sucker for a good threesome and this one was loosely based on one of my favorite fairy tales so it was an easy one for me to get into and enjoy. There were a few that were just too short and I didn’t feel like they got to the “good” part for me to really enjoy them though they were intriguing enough that they never lost my attention. Overall, Multi-Orgasmic was worth the read. Not as graphic and taboo as many other erotic shorts, but it definitely makes for good foreplay if you need to get your blood flowing.

If you are looking for some ideas for the bedroom, this is the book for you. If you are looking for in-depth characters or story lines, skip this one. I did like knowing that I could pick this book up pretty much at any point and start reading. There is a new story line every couple of pages.
Since these are all just little quips of stories, there are no technical HEA's or cliffhangers.

This collection of erotic short stories is perfect for just about anyone looking for a quick read. While you may not enjoy all of the stories within, you'll probably find at least 1-2. Most of the stories are one chapter in length, but there are a couple of surprises! Definitely grab this collection of short stories, curl up, and enjoy!!!

Usually I'm not a fan of short stories however this book changed my mind. There is something for everyone in this book. It certainly did what it said on the tin. It was down and dirty and well written. Would thorough recommend this to anyone who likes erotica. it was a full 5 stars of pleasure.

My favorite story in Lucy Felthouse’s collection is the one in which nobody comes. “The Only Bitch for Me” is told from the perspective of a vet returned from Afghanistan, who meets up with his former lover in a pub.
It soon becomes clear that what he wants—what they both want—is for him to be her worshipful slave. There’s no explicit sex in this brief tale, just a long, slow, agonizing tease, but it definitely got my motor running in a way most of the stories in this book did not. In retrospect, I believe I was reacting to the erotic tension in the piece, the steady and unrelenting build-up of unconsummated desire.
That tells you something about me and my tastes in erotica.
Most of the other tales in Multi-Orgasmic are less nuanced and more direct. They get right down to the sex, which frequently has a mildly kinky bent. For instance, in “Naughty Delivery”, a couple receives a long-awaited shipment of sex toys ordered on-line, only to discover that due to some error, their package includes a spanking paddle and bondage equipment rather than the vanilla toys they’d timidly requested. Needless to say, Ben and Sonia take this in stride, discovering that orgasms can be a lot more intense when prefaced by some bottom-walloping.
In a similar vein, “Her Majesty’s Back Garden” zeroes in on an exhibitionist couple having sex behind the bushes on a tour of Buckingham Palace. “It Takes All Sorts” shows the delightful changes that can happen to a marriage when the wife starts reading BDSM erotic romance. In “Heat Upon Heat”, a woman fantasizes about the handsome, well-hung young handyman she watches in the yard, then promptly brings those fantasies to fruition. “The Not-So-Blushing-Bride” features a limo chauffeur who meets a bride-to-be as eager to fuck as he is. Hot, shirtless employees and a vibrator help the heroine get off inside her sudsy vehicle in “At the Car Wash”.
These are all perfectly fine stories, but they didn’t push my personal buttons at all. I’m more interested in the emotional and psychological dimensions of sex than the physical ones. Ms. Felthouse’s tales, as suggested by her title, lavish their attention on the delightful activities leading up to orgasms. Her characters’ motivations are more or less taken for granted. There’s no suspense, no complexity, no guilt or confusion. It’s all about pleasure.
Don’t get me wrong—I have nothing against pleasure. I’m just one of those people who like a bit of mystery in my erotica, the intensity of wondering whether those forbidden desires will satisfied, or remain cherished but unrealized.
The characters from “The Only Bitch for Me” return in a later story, “Without Question”. It’s a delicious femdom scene, but it didn’t affect me nearly as strongly as the prelude. I did like “Why I Love Her”, though, which has a neat twist and also features one of my favorite fantasies. (I won’t tell you what it is, because I don’t want to spoil the surprise.) I also enjoyed “The Unexpected Submissive”, in which a man comes back exhausted from a business trip to find his cleaning woman masturbating in the bathtub. I know I’m predictable, but I’m always aroused by the tacit complicity between serious dominants and submissives.
Erotica is a big tent. If your tastes run to naughty stories full of fellation, cunnilingus, spanking and fucking, you’ll definitely enjoy this book. There are more than enough orgasms to go around. If, like me, you believe eroticism begins in the mind—if you’re more aroused by the experience of desire than its physical gratification—you might be a bit disappointed.

Payback, toys, threesomes, voyeurism, and other dirty subjects are covered within this collection. The characters are a mix of young and older. There's a little bit for pretty much everyone inside. I read and listened to these stories. The narrator is good.

An exciting collection of well-written short stories, mainly 'vanilla' at the beginning but with increasing light BDSM action as the collection progresses. Nothing over-heavy in the BDSM but still good reading and refreshing that there were no typos in the Kindle version, which seem to be prolific in this genre - 8/10.

I had a bit of trouble staying focused, in a sense, to this as some of the stories could be a little repetitive. Lucy has amazing writing abilities that makes you feel like your there, but this one book just didn't render me speechless or captivate my mind. The erotica stories are different every couple of pages and I soon grew a little bored of reading the same things over and over. But I love the writing style and look forward to reading more from this fantastic author.

Multi-Orgasmic: a Collection of Erotic Short Stories by Lucy Felthouse is a collection of erotic flash fiction and short stories.
One of the things I enjoyed most about this book is how unpretentious it is. Like all Felthouse's saucy stories they're honest and unpolished. Not gritty, exactly, but unaffected; they don't pretend that every sensual encounter is a slick Hollywood fantasy. The language is very colloquial, and unapologetically British. You won't find a protagonist with an 'awesome ass' in one of Felthouse's books unless the person making the observation is American. I always find that refreshing, though it can take a moment to settle into the books' unflinching bluntness!
They also contain a lot of humour, awkwardness, and uncertainty. The characters aren't all uber-confident playboys and bunnies; they feel like real people, often plagued by insecurity as well as overwhelming desire!
The other brilliant thing about this book is that all the characters have agency over their own bodies, desires, and fantasies. The stories are about pleasure not control; even the dominant ones. This is a real antidote to the more exploitative '50 Shades of Grey' approach to the kinkier tales. As with many of Felthouse's books, many of her characters practice safe sex, and she doesn't shy away from including condoms in the scenes that require them. I really admire her writing on that score, as I think the way we represent 'sexiness' in the media needs to become more realistic, and (where appropriate) more responsible.
The narrator Deryn Oliver was warm, enthusiastic, down to earth, and performed each of the stories very well. I'd definitely listen to her again and can imagine her voice being suited to all sorts of genres besides this one.
Not all the stories were to my tastes as I wasn't keen on the flash fiction pieces, but the collection covers a broad range with something for everyone, exploring both male and female wants and perspectives. The first half of the book contains some 'menage a trois' style intimacy, but it is all distinctly heterosexual in nature. This wasn't a problem for me, but I know other readers might be looking for greater diversity. There may be more variety in the latter half of the book, but I can't discuss that yet...
I would never normally review an audiobook without reaching the end, but I'm half-way-through and I'm saving the rest! These aren't stories that are meant to be rushed through. They're at their best when enjoyed individually when you're in the mood to escape into a saucy fantasy. It would feel wasteful to binge them like a steamy box-set, and they're much better when they are allowed to linger. I'll update the post when I've listened to them all, but like Felthouse's characters I understand that some things are better enjoyed if they aren't a race to the finish.
Unlike many genres, tastes in erotic fiction are often very personal, so hidden in spoiler tags below I've added a little info about each chapter which I will add to on my blog as I listen. The 'sizzle' rating is out of out of 3 and based on personal preference only. I do wish the chapters had proper titles so that I could navigate more easily to specific stories from within the audible app, but very few anthologies/collections actually utilise this feature. Stephen Fry's Mythos is the only one I can think of which uses the individual story titles as chapter headings in the list.

This is a superbly sexy collection of short stories. Ranging from menages, voyeurism, toys, BDSM and other heat inducing situations. If you can't find something in here to tickle your fancy you must be a robot! My personal favourite - Belle and the Beasts.
