Where she goes I go...
I loved this friends to lovers and more story. Talon is the tenth book in the Wylder Mountain Heroes series and is the story of Talon and Autumn Hart. They have been best friends since they were ten years old and Autumn moved into a house three doors down from Talon in the suburbs of Stanbury, Idaho. But when Talon came back home about six months ago after being away in the Army for the last four years something changed. They were still buddies and friends but Autumn has been acting differently. What Talon did not know is that when he came back he was a man and Autumn saw him that way, with some feelings that should not be felt for her best friend. When Autumn's father passes he had one last request, he wanted his ashes to be scattered in the prettiest place in the Starry Night Preserve. Autumn is determined to take the two day hike to the perfect location and wants to do it by herself, as she needs some time alone and away from everyone. But when Talon catches wind of her plan, and given the fact that it is the hottest summer on record, he is not having it. Unable to talk her out of it he instead takes matters into his own hands and goes with her. Long story short: Where she goes I go. This trip is going to be an experience for both of them in different ways. But in the end these two blood buds end up being tied together forever in a deeper way, through pure love.
This is a really sweet, funny, intense, romantic and sexy short story. The story-line is engaging and the characters are very lovable and so sweet together, even when they are a bit prickly with each other. This was a really enjoyable book to read.

Autumn and Talon´s story was sexy, sweet, funny, with just a touch of melancholy thrown in... it´s got so many feelings covered in one short story! Autumn and Talon have been best friends pretty much their entire lives... they were inseparable... and after some years Autumn knew she felt more for Talon than he did for her. But when Autumn feels the need to go on a hiking trip after her father passes, Talon just couldn´t let her go alone. They have an amazing and sweet adventure in the wilderness... an eye-opening and heart-opening adventure. I loved their sweet and funny banter as best friends, and I simply adored their chemistry as a couple! As with all of Tarin Lex´s books - the story is short and easy to read, but incredibly well developed... with amazing and well-rounded characters.

It's a well-written fast-paced standalone novella, the storyline is a sweet and steamy friends to lovers romance. Autumn aka Bug has held Talons heart since she stormed into his life years ago and never left it, now Talon goes with Autumn to release her fathers ashes and they realized that the friendly feelings that they have are actually much deeper stronger ones.

Talon and Autumn have been best friends since they were young. Now with them being in adulthood, Autumn has stronger feelings but is to afraid to tell Talon. When Talon learns that Autumn is going to hike to Starry Night in the Wylder Bluffs Mountains, he goes with her to make sure sure she doesn't hurt herself. What happens in Starry Night doesn't stay in Starry Night as their relationship blooms and grows. This is book #10 of the "Wylder Mountain Heroes" series.

This book goes down a multitude of emotional trails before it reaches its destination. But the beauty of the journey is the relationship that blossoms between life king friends Talon and Autumn. I really loved how their story played out. I was surprised when the book was done, time flew while I was voraciously inhaling every word of their story.

Talon and Autumn stole my heart. It’s a sweet and heartwarming friends to lovers story where I had a big smile on my face practically the whole time reading. There’s no drama, no second guessing, no confusion. Just friends realizing they mean more for each other and going for it.

I love the Wylder Mountain Heroes series. This book is about Talon and Autumn. The characters are well-developed and have chemistry. The story is interesting, well-written, with a happily ever after.

Autumn needed to get away. She has been grieving for her father and needs to get away to the Preserve to scatter his ashes. She is stubborn, feisty, and on her own. She is loading up her vehicle for the trip but when she turns around her best friend is there to go with her. Talon is her best friend and they have known each other since they were kids. He understands her. He is going with her because it is a 4 day hike and it is in the heat of the summer. She is not equipped to go it alone. She is angry at Talon because she has had different feelings since he returned from the military and she is having a hard time dealing with him. She is in love with him. Maybe she has loved him from the beginning. She needs to figure it out. What will happen on this hike? Will she be able to tell him? What will happen to their BFF? What will Talon want? This is a short, sweet, heartwarming, sexy story with characters that are lovable. It is a great read!

Talon and Autumn had been best friends ever since Autumn's family moved to Stanbery, Idaho, when she was in grade school. They did everything together until Talon joined the military. Then Autumn was very upset with him and waited for him to return home. Shortly after he returned home, Autumn's father passed away, and he requested his ashes be spreading off Wylder Mountain. It had been excessively hot so far that summer, but Autumn was not waiting for cooler weather, she was going now. She had planned to go alone, but Talon found her before she left and went with her. She was not happy about it, because she realized when Talon got home that she was in love with him, and going hiking on the mountain alone with him for four to five days did not sound like a lot fun trying to hide her feelings. This was a very special story, where these two just seemed to be on the same wave length with each other. A real fun story to read.

The tenth title in Tarin Lex's Wylder Mountain Heroes series, Talon, is a beautifully sweet best friends-to-lovers romance. Talon and Autumn have been best friends since they were little kids. After a stint in the army, Talon has become an EMT, but the dynamic has been different between Talon and Autumn now that they are all grown up. When Autumn's beloved father passes away, she decides she needs space and heads out on a four-day hike to scatter his ashes. Talon refuses to let his best friend go alone and unceremoniously invites himself along. Despite Autumn's initial displeasure, the trip turns out to be the catalyst for both of them to give into the feelings that have been simmering under the surface between them. These two have lots of chemistry, entertaining banter, and Talon is absolutely swoon-worthy in how he treats Autumn. Five ***** and definitely a recommended title in this fabulous series.

When her father passes away, he’s there to support her, even when she thinks he doesn’t really want anyone around. A hike up to the spot where she wants to spread her father’s ashes, turns out to be more than special. They might finally reveal their true feelings for each other, and give in to something special they’ve both been holding on to.

Best friends for a long time. Talon leaves for the Army for four years to return to his best friend Autumn acting all weird. He has no clue why. Autumn has feelings now for Talon on his return as he has grown into one gorgeous man now. He is no longer the boy she knew. Her father passed away, and she is going to spread his ashes where he wanted them that is a two-day hike. Talon was not about to let her do this alone even if she wants to. It is too hot, and he is not going to let her do this alone, so he goes with her against her protest. While on this journey things happen and these two become even closer than BFF's

Autumn and Talon have been best friends for years. When Talon hears that she's going for a hike during a bad time he isn't about to let her go alone. Autumn wants to take her father's ashes to The Starry Night Preserve to scatter them which is the reason for the hike. Things between her and Talon heat up during the trip and she worries if she would lose his friendship. Can Talon show her that he is in it for the long haul?
This is a great quick read that will draw you in from the first chapter and leave you wanting more with the last one. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

First things first; I like the cover of this book!
Talon is the tenth book in the ‘’Wylder mountain heroes’’ series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Autumn and Talon are best friends but could they be more?
The chemistry between Talon and Autumn is clear to see and I liked them together. I loved that Talon and Autumn started as best friends and progressed it to love.
I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read. I cannot wait for more books from this series.

Tallon is a sweet romance of best friends admitting to their feelings and finding their happiness. I got lost in the story as it pulled me in as Tallon does everything to be for Autumn, especially when he realizes he never was falling in and out of love with her, Tallon was just falling deeper in love with Autumn every day. Autumn feeling for Tallon where just as strong for him, so the trip to the preserve was more her trying to move on, but he was not making it easy since he invited himself to go with her.
Beautiful story to read.

Talon just returned home after serving four years as an Army Medic and now he's helping Autumn with her important mission to spread her dads ashes on the mountain.
But what Talon found out about Autumn feeling where more then just her sorrow for the lost of her father, he also learned that she is in love him, just as much as Talon is in love with Autumn.

Best friends forever! I love this short story – it is about Talon and Autumn. They have been best friends since kids and the story starts off with her trying to go to Starry Night to release her dad’s ashes as that is what he would have wanted. Instead, Talon finds out that she intends on going alone which he doesn’t approve and tags along. It was a sweet and endearing story about their lives as kids and then adults, but what happens when she sees spiders is where the story takes a turn to the meaning of “I got you”! Love it.

A beautiful love story
This was a touching love story. Autumn feels alone in the world when her father passed away. He requested his ashes be spread at a beautiful spot they used to hike to. It was the hottest time of the year, she packs her backpack and starts off in a hurry. Her best friend since childhood shows up to go with her. She actually wanted to be alone but Talon knew she shouldn't. During this hike, Talon realizes how important they are together. Read what they go through when he realised she wanted to be alone, or so she thought that's what she wanted. Hope you enjoy the book as much as I have. Written by Cindy :)

Autumn decides to take her fathers ashes to Starry Night to spread his ashes. Talon her best friend decides to go with her but he's noticed that things are different between them. He went into the Army for 4 years and his best friends is acting strange. Great fast sweet read. It takes Talon some time to figure out what's going on with himself and Autumn. They have been first for each other for years it's only natural that they are firsts now. Love the dialogue between them. They are a cute couple. Autumn has been sad since e her father passed away. All she has wanted was to be left alone and have time to think about her dad. Nobody would lea e her alone so she decided to leave, go camping, and release his ashes in the mountains. Her beast friend decides to tag along. Will she be able to overcome her sorrow? Will she be able to finally confess to Talon jer feelings for him? I enjoyed this emotional roller coaster with a HEA.

Talon and Autumn have been friends for years and she secretly loves him. When he gets back to town after doing his stint for being a military medic it becomes more clearer. After her father passes she goes to spread his ashes but Talon won’t let her go alone. The two are remarkably adorable and you will instantly fall in love with them. Definitely a book you’re not going to want to miss out on.

BFFs to Forever joined
Taking has been best friends with Autumn for years. Autumn has has a major crush on him but never said anything and when he enlisted she was crushed. After her dad died Autumn is overwhelmed by all the sympathy calls. She heads out to the Mountain for a break but Talon invites himself along and they argue and he finally realised what's been there all along.
