7 super steamy, super swoony and sweet novellas that will leave you wanting for more! Each story has an entertaining, heat-filled plot with swoony heroes and lovable heroines. I really enjoyed the different storytelling and writing styles of each author, it made me stick to my Kindle and flipping the pages non-stop.

💕𝐀𝐬𝐤 𝐦𝐞 𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐛𝐲 Dania Voss .- Harper and Spencer. This was the most intense of all. Their journey was a heavy emotional roller coaster, but their happy ending was well deserved and satisfying to read, especially because of Harper’s backstory.

💕𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐙𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 Olivia Peters and Marlo Lanz .- Tucker and Antonia. These two gave me the chills since the first encounter (a very original and peculiar first encounter). The chemistry and connection was off the charts and the situations that brought them together made the journey the swooniest!

These 7 novellas were my perfect outside read! It was my first time reading most of the authors and I sure will be reading more of them in the future.

Summer Heat is an anthology that has all types of vacation stories that definitely entertained me a great deal. I have to say that I've never come across a book where an octopus has stolen the show, but it's a brave new world LOL! There are young ones, a couple more my age, and everything in between with all different types of careers to boot. I've only read one of these authors, and now I have a new list of authors to meet which I'm always happy about. I do so wish these stories were full length as I couldn't get enough of them, as I was transported to a lovely vacation that I had to return from way too quickly. So do yourselves a solid & hit those one click buttons to enjoy a vacation for yourselves! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Each of these stories brings you a little something you never knew you needed. Some stories are from authors that could be new to you. All have a little something to bring you in and keeps you turning the pages. You will have some alpha tendencies, a cute creature that steal the book limelight, older couple, shy love (with outgoing grandparents), and blogger and chef, couple that meets on vacation but are from the same town, two people that have a ton of obstacles to overcome (contains lots of triggers for some people so be aware), and one that was a disaster (I could not connect with either of the characters and the book felt drawn out definitely not for me). So bottom line is each should maybe contain what you want to read.

I recommend these stories.

Summer is heating up and it is a scorcher. After reading this anthology, I am ready to grab my passport and book my flight to a tropical destination. Summer Heat is not to be missed!

I enjoyed these short stories. They were filled with tons of steamy, sex scenes and hot chemistry. Romance readers will enjoy these stories. While, I did like all of the stories; there were a few that were my favorites. They are Lover's Influence by Tori Alvarez, Better Together by Callie James, and Friend Zoned by Olivia Peters and Marlo Lanz.

7 Steamy novellas are here to heat up your summer. Many of these authors were first time reads for me and really enjoyed them. Varied, likable characters are found in the stories along with some heat that will make you want to break out the fan. This is the perfect read to pack on vacation. The stories are the perfect length and have something for everyone. I recommend readers grab this to sit by the pool, then they can jump in and cool off as needed.

This book was filled with multiple short stories that made me wanna travel for the summer! Great authors came together to heat up your summer, and they knew exactly how to do it! These books were steamy, fun, and full of excitement. Who doesn’t love a summer fling? Especially ones that may last even longer😉

Some of my faves were Love’s Influence by Tori Alvarez, Better Together by Callie James and The Octopus in Question by Hannah Morse.

The Octopus in Question

Elodie “Elly” Martin, known octopus expert, is racing to complete her doctorate before her advisor retires. She doesn’t have time for much else, especially not a love life. Between working on her thesis and her job at the aquarium, she’s swamped. But when a local diver asks for her assistance to save a wayward octopus, Elly can’t say no to rescuing the cephalopod. The self-proclaimed black sheep of his large family, ex-Coast Guard diver Craig Ryan is content with making a home and living on his sailboat, or so he thinks. He loves the Pacific Northwest and Puget Sound, it’s in his blood. When he needs a specialist to get an octopus out from under a client’s dock, he’s pointed in Elly’s direction. Here is another antho with some amazing stories. Most of them are short except for a few of them. I did enjoy all of them. I had a few favorites that I loved and so I will be looking more into those authors. Most of these authors are new to me. Each story brought a different element and happy endings. If you are looking for a variety of everything then you need to check this antho out. You may just find some new authors to stalk. I know I did.

The best thing of this anthology is I have a chance to read novellas of authors I have never read and decide that I like their writing styles or not... and that is why I give the book 3 stars. I have read Tori's books before and I think I enjoy reading her Love's Influence the most but I am still annoyed with "Lorenzo's dropping an octave" which she used it often. I totally understand that she want to tell us that Lorenzo is flirting with Olivia but still. Other than Tori, they are all new to me and I think I enjoy reading stories of Callie James and Hannah Morse too. The cruise ship and the scuba diving both are my passions so I relate to those stories somehow but other than that I am not impressed much. Well, they are not that bad that make me want to skim reading through the book but they are easily predictable and have nothing intriguing.
