My husband has ADHD and I bought this book to read myself because we are transitioning out of a very stable environment (active-duty military) into a more entrepreneurial space. This book thoroughly, yet concisely, explores the vast potential that ADHD traits offer along with the limitations and drawbacks to look out for. Dr. Torrens writes from many perspectives, drawing from his experiences as an entrepreneur, academic, mentor, husband, and father. I appreciated the format and flow of the book, I easily read through it in a couple sittings. He offered recommendations I had not previously come across. Despite the variable nature of ADHD and how it presents itself in each individual, I guarantee every reader will walk away with specific lessons to apply at work and at home. I will certainly go back to re read as we progress further in our ventures.
