I have read very few science fiction books but this one was eye opening!

Captivate Tech has taken over the world with its immersive technical games of fine graphics and reality altering simulations and clone experience. The company has garnered a huge swooning customer base. The latest tech games are so addictive it is hard to differentiate between the real and the virtual world. Genie, the mastermind behind the giant tech company hides behind the wall of virtuality. But there has been a rise in attacks in the city and to Ahmed, a professor familiar with Captivate Tech's culture, the reason behind the attacks is clear. With the world gripped with addiction, will Ahmed be able to break the wall and uncover the person behind the avatar?

The plot is thrilling with twists and turns and a good ending. It is fast paced and kept me hooked till the end. I could totally visualise a future which is more virtual than real. All the advanced science technologies are very well detailed. I loved the concept of Genie, the mastermind, the craftsperson in the dark, building appealing webs to catch its prey. Ahmed's character is very well portrayed. He is smart and saw through the layers of Genie's evil intentions. I wasn't satisfied with the rest of the characters especially Sharon. The language is simple but captivating. I could guess the ending slowly, however, it was an amazing experience reading this book.

Tech lovers, gamers and science fiction fans - this book is a blast!

Sci-fi that makes your day

I just finished this gem and oh my Lord, it was amazing.
A few days back I heard a kid say that a book is a movie for your head, one that you can turn on any time you want to and that's what I got with this book. All the characters were well formed and so life like, wink*wink, see what I did there, play of words me so good at it.
Reading this book felt like watching science fiction movies where you needed to spin a latto to see if it's all real or if you are in a stimulation...
Cue in the goosebumps...
Trust me when I say this, I am so coming back to read this one again.
Ps eagerly waiting for book 2 though.

Intense yet beautiful! Watch out for this novel – Exit Game by Vidit Chopra. An amazing science fiction that takes us to the near possibility that we may see in coming decades. The novel is laced with technological landscape: immersive games, reality-altering VR and AR, simulation, and clone.

The novel features the story of one professor named Ahmed, he wants to stop a tech company called Captivate Tech from making dangerous immersive games that are not only harmful but also initiating shooting or killing in the real world. Ahmed finds out that there is someone as Genie – he is the mastermind – but he is hidden and untraceable.

Ahmed races against time to stop him…to hunt him down…but he is as tough as an incredible character from one of the computer games. What will happen…if Ahmed and his team fail to stop him? Will the real world run into the hands of chaos as people will never find out which the game ambience is and what’s happening in the real world?

Laced with technical backdrop, the novel is a great read for both tech and non-tech people. Written in simple yet engaging way, Vidit has delivered a novel that people will find most relatable as their lives will begin getting changed by the surrounding technologies. Overall, a powerful novel with incredible characters at the façade and in the backend!

'Exit game' by Vidit Chopra is a distinctive read especially for the teachnological era. The book is written in a lucid language and is very engaging. It talks about Captivate Tech, a company known to have created a perfectly stimulated reality. Everybody is known to have known the logo of the company from a child learning a language to an old man in his death bed. The voice behind the company , Genie hides behind a digital Avatar. No-one doubts his intentions even when a 14 year old breaks into school with a gun confusing fictional VR with reality. It is upto Ahmed to unravel the conundrum.
Exit Game holds a message for all the people engaged it the Virtual world. People cannot go on mixing facts with fiction or there is no exit in this game of life.
The novella is engaging and deals with scientific fiction. It provides a vision of a world wherein we are all controlled by machines we ourselves created. Tech companies proclaim to take humanity to the future but all they claim is our health and our lives. Recommend this novella for a short evening read!

Exit Game by Author Vidit Chopra is the perfect read if you're looking for an interesting science-fiction thriller with a riveting plot.

This book is set in a futuristic world that revolves around artificial intelligence and advanced technology.

The story revolves around Genie, an unidentified character living in his avatar who develops an evil game where the users lose consciousness in the present world and is virtually transported to a simulated reality.

Ahmed, the protagonist of the story takes it in his hand to rescue the world from this disastrous game.

The basic theme of the book is the good old battle between evil and good which is beautifully shown.

This book reminded me a lot of the movie Megamind, the lead character with a big brian who has evil plans for the world and how he carries out with the aid of technology, is very similar to this book too!

The writing style of the author is simple and engaging and is definetely worth reading!

Frames&Pages Verdict : I was initially skeptical about reading this book, but it definetely made me change my perspective and I would recommend this book to all to all Science-Fiction readers and especially beginners!

I am still getting a hang of the Sci-fi genre, and Exit Game is a great book to dive in to explore this genre. The book explores the contrasting world of real and virtual life, obviously as the name suggests, through a game.
.
The book is devoted to virtual reality. It actually tells how the game is addictive. The plot is well executed and slightly predicatable. The writing style is great. The book was planned beautifully in terms of characterization and narration.
.
Overall, a great addition to the genre of Sci-fi by an Indian author.

Exit Game is such an amazingly written science fiction / thriller by author Vidit Chopra, that it can be considered as an one of its kind among the Indian market. Reading this book was one hell of a ride from the start to its end. It was unputdownable. I was so immersed in the story that leaving my kindle just to sleep was hard for me, only to pick it up again next morning. I finished this book in two days. One of the best books I have read. Keeps you hooked till the end.

Exit game

The story revolves around a tech company and their work of producing immersive games, games that provide a better illusion of reality than reality itself. It’s evil founder genie who has invented a game where users lost complete consciousness in the material world and made you believe that the stimulated world was the only world there was.

This was quite a different concept. The concept and storyline were so original. The author is indeed very imaginative. The writing style is engaging, very descriptive and it is a page-turner. The plot is carefully crafted and has so many twists. The story is quite consuming, fast-paced and will keep you hooked throughout. I surprisingly love how the author presented the story, indicating in the readers a strong sense of creativity and expertise. I enjoyed the book, congrats to the author for giving such worthy work. I strongly recommend this to all the Sci-Fi thriller readers.

An immersive story about immersive technology.

The story revolves around a tech company and their work of producing immersive games, games that provide a better illusion of reality than reality itself. On the other side of the war, a group of people is working against companies that produce life-altering but evil technology.
The protagonist— Ahmed works as the head of the ‘Collective’ against evil technology, but the main goal of the Collective is to take down ‘Genie’.

The man who doesn’t have a face, but is well known by the avatar of a djinn, Genie is the man behind Captivate Tech and their immersive technology products. Supporting characters are also main characters as the story is carried on by all characters and their individual POVs. Ahmad and another Collective’s agent, Sharon risk their lives to enter Genie’s pet project, ‘The Genesis’ to fight from the inside.

The real question is, ‘Is this a war that can be fought and won by the good side?’ one would only find out when they read it.

The main theme of the book is clear as day. It is man versus technology, and in a war to see who wins, lives are lost; sacrifices made. We have come across so many movies and books about the war between technology and humans. But, Exit Game is something entirely unique in this regard.

The book really tests a reader’s morals and plays so well with emotions. The identity of Genie is so well hidden, and in Ahmed’s quest of finding his identity, the reader goes deep into a quest of their own.

Personally, I tried to predict what would happen next, I felt I knew where the story was going. But every chapter is so unexpected, it takes me by surprise. The story is thus unpredictable, intriguing, and has vivid imagery.

I don’t emphasize much on things I didn’t like in the book because the pros definitely outweigh the cons. But, two that were really prominent are the story started on a boring note and immediately changed POVs. the other negative was the frequently changing POV, which was a little confusing. I had a hard time grasping at the meaning of everything as there was so much going on simultaneously. Other than that, I will readily take up this book for a good read.

Exit Game is a science fiction novel in which the distinction between the real and the virtual gets blurred, thanks to a game that becomes a worldwide sensation. However, the producers of the game as well as its mastermind have different plans altogether. Thus, it all comes to Ahmed, the protagonist of the novel, to unearth the truth behind the facade of technological amusement. While the concept was no doubt promising, the conclusion seemed a tad bit too predictable.
Before I dive in, I would like to clarify one point. Yes, Exit Game seems quite similar to Ready Player One by Ernest Cline, as far as the context is concerned. However, both the books are quite different in terms of execution. The main storyline of Exit Game seems engrossed with what happens beyond the world of virtual reality and video games, while the latter cyberpunk classic is devoted entirely to the game itself.
The first reason I actually liked reading Exit Game is the genre. I am a big fan of science fiction novels, although this fact remains invisible on my Instagram feed. I started reading with adventure novels, and then proceeded with science fiction, to which I will remain forever in debt. My love for reading was strengthened by alien invasions (The war of the Worlds), talking automobiles (“Sally” by Isaac Asimov) and the list goes on. So, when I finished reading Exit Game after a week or so, I was actually happy to have read something wholesome as a sci-fi novel, especially by a contemporary Indian author. It is actually difficult to come across decent Indian sci-fi novels these days. Exit Game has the relevant themes to accompany the plot, and a diverse cast to navigate the storyline.
However, the only drawback I noticed was that in most parts, Exit Game seemed predictable. At some point, you could foresee how the story was to conclude, and stealing the thunder of a sci-fi book is something that I do not really like. Yet, judging by the overall concept, Exit Game is indeed a decent sci-fi read which could have become better with more plot twists and suspense! I convey my best wishes to the author for his future endeavours.

Exit game is a scientific thriller written by Vidit Chopra. The story depicts the life in future with the new innovations in artificial intelligence and how they can affect human race.
**
As the name of the story suggests the book is about a game made by captive technology group whose head is an unknown person . With the help of Artificial intelligence, they made a game which can be considered as a mix of hologram and virtual reality with Zen percent perfection in animation as in real world. The problem starts with the inabilty of gamers to differentiate between real world and gaming atmosphere . Later the company introduces a new game in which at the end the winner will get to see the identity of the company head and how this single game affects the entire human race.
The cover or the book itself describes the entire story. Story indeed is a escape game for survival and at the middle they are reaching to the brain of the entire project..Love whoever made this cover. Its so apt .
Prof Ahmad, who understood all the wrong doings of captive tech from the begining itself tries his best to stop them.Even though he is considered as the main among the characters , i loved that the author never made him a super hero solving everything.. His weakness and blind trust towards his loved ones failed him. I want to consider Sharon as the hero , even though it's her simulated form was with him in major part .
There were no loop holes in the entire plot . As the story contains so many layers it could have easily messed up. But it was so gripping and thrilling . In the entire part, the villian/ the head was winning and the person who considered to stop him was a puppet in his hands . The twist was so amazing and unimaginable .
The book is a fast pace scientific thriller written and organized well .. will recommend with out a doubt

Scenic and amazing simultaneously!
Exit Game is actually an eye-catching book by Vidit Chopra. An unbelievable piece of Science Fiction which takes us all to a situation that can be experienced in the next century. Divine sports, VR and AR changing reality, emulation and emulation, all are part of the new and knowledgeable technology.
Exit Game is about a technological business named Captive Tech and it is an evil founder who designed an unpleasant game where the people lose awareness in the current world. Ahmed, our book hero must learn about the terrible game and rescue the planet. The tale is intensifying, and it's a time-trial to unveil the reality and imagination!
The way characters are designed, the riveting tale and the science world is what captivates me as a reader. I was overwhelmed with the dramatic and lovely narrative. This book proved me incorrect and astonished me. I'm not so much in Sci-Fi but the hands down.
The storyline draws you in step by step. You have reservations about any character you've been reading about before the ultimate revelation. A fast turning page that might appeal to fans of science and suspense. The world of Genie will terrify you and impress you.
As I realised I needed a narrative, I started wondering what else may grow next. Each section is so surprising, though, that it takes me away. The storey is therefore unpredictable, intriguing and full of dynamic sequences. The portions of the book that I did not care about are not discussed, because the benefits are considerably more than the disadvantages. The crescendo and pace of the novel, however, will probably thrill lovers of R.L Stein and G.H. Wells. You're a must reading if you loved the Invisible Man.

Exit Game is a thriller story based totally on science fiction which is written by Vidit Chopra. This story offers us an insight of the lifestyles in the future with Artificial Intelligence and how synthetic Genius affect human being. This book is about a game made by using Captivate Technology under consideration of an unknown person. The recreation developed by using artificial intelligence which is a type of combination of actual world and a synthetic animated world. All the problems, and twist and turns are begun when the gamer is not capable to contradict between Real world and gaming world. The whole community is converting closer to Artificial Intelligence and artificial talent is slowly capturing our brain. The creator presented us a gorgeous story through which we can imagine that with the aid of artificial Genius what is going to appear in the future with humanity. Artificial talent is demand of future however we have to take care that we will now not completely exhausted by means of synthetic intelligence. Coming to the book, as the title is perfect for the story that defines the entire book, the cover is additionally intriguing and extraordinary in accordance to the story. The plotting of the story is organized very nicely and the thriller contact of this story makes it fascinating. Obviously the e-book is encouraged for all but who are interested in artificial Genius will must study this book, no doubt this book will delve all and sundry into the imaginary world of synthetic intelligence.

"Humans aren't made of 0s and 1s. They don't perform tasks like code - they don't always do what they are asked to. Humans - they think, they change their perspectives and their dicisions. Most importantly they betray."

The plot is set in the future, where the artificial intelligence has been advanced beyond the imagination.
Captivate Tech, under its anonymous mastermind Genie, has developed a virtual reality, which led to huge confusions among the users to differentiate between the real and virtual world.

Prof. Ahmed and his team - Anonymous Collective - are the few who have sensed the danger. By the time as the Captivate Tech has launched the end game, the only option left in front of Ahmed is to enter the game and race against the time.

Who is Genie? What are his true intentions? Can Ahmed complete the end game to save the human race? Grab your copy to find it out!

What I loved the most is the twists, that kept on folding and unfolding throughout the read. The mixed narration of reality and virtuality, was so good, and it helped me to get into the skin of the characters.

Another important point is that the main protagonist, Ahmed, is not portrayed as a superhero. He is a normal man with all emotions and drawbacks, that made it more enjoyable and gripping.

Overall the story is quiet engaging and unpredictable, and I really loved it, especially the game parts - the challenges and fights for survival, though the ending was a bit down.

📍 Exit Game is a Sci-fi thrill ride and a splendid one at that. The creator has made a modern world which simply astonishes you at each mark of the story and furthermore makes you can't help thinking about what is coming up for us later on.

📍The epic highlights the account of one educator named Ahmed, he needs to stop a tech organization Captivate Tech from making perilous vivid games that are destructive as well as starting shooting or murdering in reality.

📍 It is now up to Ahmed, the most prominent voice against Captivate Tech's technologies, to figure out Genie's truth and Captivate Tech's plans. Ahmed finds himself facing challenges that make him sway unpredictably between facts and fiction. With every layer he tries to peel and uncover, he finds himself facing more uncertainty and danger. As the clock ticks by and in this race against time, will Ahmed be able to figure out the complicated maze? Will he be able to unmask the real Genie and learn what is he up to?

Captive Tech is a technological company that has created a simulation that perfectly matches the real world. Over the years, the company has released many products and each one drags the people more and more into the digital world. With incidents bringing out the evil effects of such products, Genie, the mastermind behind Captive Tech, shifts the blame and keeps introducing more attractive products. Will Ahmed and his team succeed in their mission by finding Genie and stopping the evil from spreading?
.
The book cover is nice. Initially, the book title seemed too ordinary, but after reading the book, I understood that it suits the book perfectly. At the beginning of the book, a world with advanced technology is introduced. They seem very attractive and I'm sure such technology will be available for us in the future. And the same time, the negative side of their innovations, lack of privacy, dependency on technology and lack of differentiation between simulation and reality struck a chord in me. The author has built a really amazing sci-fi world and a mind-blowing story in it. The coherence of the story is nice, and the author has beautifully expressed the story in this book. This book surely will make the readers think a lot about our present situation and the future too. I surely recommend this to all readers, and I'm sure sci-fi readers will love this!

Dramatic and stunning at the same time!
Exit Game by Vidit Chopra is indeed a novel to keep an eye on. An incredible work of sci-fi that transports us all to a near-future scenario that we could witness in the future century. Immersive sports, reality-altering VR and AR, emulation, and emulation are all part of the novel's tech-savvy environment.
The plot gradually draws you in. Before the final reveal, you have doubts about any character you've read about. A swift page-turner that could appeal to sci-fi and suspense fans alike. Genie's world will impress and intimidate you.

The plot follows a professor identified as Ahmed who is attempting to prevent a tech company named Captiva.
I started wondering what else would develop next as I thought I needed where even the tale was heading. But each paragraph is so unpredictable that it catches me off guard. As a result, the plot is unexpected, fascinating, and full of vibrant scenes. I don't dwell on the aspects of the book that I didn't care about because the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks.  Nonetheless, the story's crescendo and rhythm are likely to impress R.L Stein and G.H. Wells fans. If you liked The Invisible Man, then this is a must-read. Vidit Chopra

Stripping people away from the truth isn’t progress but an illusion of progress.

This was the first Science Fiction that had me captivated. Exit game reveals to us the power of the technology in the future. It reveals to us how this ever growing technology can lead towards the doom of the mankind if they do not stop it’s over usage. Everything that is too much will always lead to an end.

Captivate Tech is a renowned company that is been making simulated games and is owned by Genie and his stallions. The motive of this story is to find who Genie really is and stop him from bringing an end to the humanity. The first part will keep you engrossed as the characters enter the mission of finding who this Genie really is? The second part where the protagonists enter the simulation will lead to very intense confusion as to what is real and what is simulation and the end will give you a surprise.

Though the plot still needs to be worked on in terms of clarity as well as duality of words and scenes. The book was well edited however there were mistakes which were left unattended but it can be overlooked.

I rarely enjoy Science fiction but I did enjoy it and there are still chances of improvement on the part of the Author which the Author will surely cope up on.

The title and cover may get you believe it's all about a game (video game much?) But behold for the suspense to deepen and shock you to the core. It's very tough to write this review without any spoilers but if you've been updated of technological advancements in the world, you might figure out something in the book essential to the main characters running for a very deep secret that's about to change "history of the mankind".

The book takes you through the VR games intensively and interestingly out of it whenever you get scared of it. Nobody knows who's behind the technology everyone's in love with and the little routine things have gotten easier through it. But there are few people suspicious about it and motive behind the advancements.
The book covers current pandemic in a subtle but rhetoric manner. It doesn't sound good but when you focus on the story it doesn't even matter because you'll know one day if or when it comes true. Till then we can only enjoy this book and hope for the current situation to get better.

The book is recommended to people between 15-45 who would be interested in VR Games, technology and AI. You can doubt in every character for the better but there's a surprise at the end which is irritating yet sweet.

Exit Game
By Vidit Chopra

This gripping suspense novel with criminal conspiracy at its essence, is sure to pamper the readers with a constant engagement. It's a chilling science fiction and an enthralling thriller pertaining to technology and management and the protagonist as Ahmad and villain as Genie.

The author has done a wonderful job in narration and has utilised all his storytelling capacity in crafting a plot that engulfs us into a state of surpriese and twists. Each of the pages has a certain kind of unusual aura to it that makes you want to go on and on. The writing is heavy with reflective elements that upholds the dense web of conspiracy. The plot, the climax and the storyline- all seem to be screaming into our ears the shrills of mystery and intentions. The plot is set up in with the relavance of today's context and one can expect such complicated case.

The book has some crazy twists and turns to let the readers delve into its expressions completely! ⁣

The writing of the book is lovely, the tone assured and the touch just right. The twist come as hard and fast as a slap accross the face and yet it's so shimmering that it's difficult to keep the book down.

My take:
What will happen if you aren’t able to differentiate between reality and virtual things? Trust me, it'll be a mess. This Sci-Fi thriller book encloses an ultimate ride of virtual reality that will make you question your reality. The influence of VR on people and how they aren’t able to differentiate between the real world and the virtual is something that grabbed my attention. So our protagonist Prof. Ahmed has to come up with a plan to stop all this and brawl the mastermind behind all this chaos. So that everything can get back to normal.

Wow. An ultimate level read. This book is something for people like me. It’s amazing, the increasing use and effects of technology are well represented and I loved all the meticulous and tiny details shown in this book (The author truly did some research). The concept was interesting and a pretty not-so-regular concept. I loved the storyline and at some points, I thought that this book can be the next sci-fi Indian movie. The story went a little boring and slow at the end but it was worth waiting for. To all the suckers of thrillers out there, this book is for you. And just look at this well-depicted and agape cover. 😍😍

Happy reading! 🤗🤗

Exit Game is a wonderful scientific which depicts the way the earth future looks like in the midst of the new innovations in artificial intelligence. The story is based on a game that is designed and operated by a captive technology group with an anonymous head. The game is based on artificial intelligence, and it’s designed with a mix of a hologram and virtual reality where it is very difficult for them to differentiate between the real world and gaming atmosphere where only the winner will get to see the identity of the company head.

I appreciate the author’s efforts and the level of creativity that is brought inside this book. The story very well depicts the way AI can affect the human race in the future. The entire plot is amazing and very gripping till the end. It was so fun to read and the twists are so amazing and unimaginable.

The writing style is lucid and the book is structured well across different chapters. I loved the cover illustration and it very well describes the story contained in it. At an outset, it’s a fast pace scientific and it was an amazing read and I would rate this with 4 out of 5 stars.
