'LOYAL HEIR' is the fourth full length 'New Adult' book in Michelle Heard's 'The Heirs' series. Spoken in 'Dual Perspectives.'

Aria Chargill and Forest Reyes have been best friends as far back as their diaper days so when an
unsubstantiated rumour spreads about Forest and with Aria getting sick of turning down boys they device a plan of attack, operation fake relationship.

They even had a contract drawn up by Clara, Forests cousin and Aria's best girlfriend if things were to go pear shaped during this fiasco.



But it all starts to go awry as they act out a kiss striving to make it appear real in front of their peers, making it their undoing, both struck with how it made them feel, nothing like best friends should.

These two fast became my favourites, the feels hit me as soon as their fakeness turned to realness. The slow burn got those hooks into me and had me swooning at Forests feet, the way he handled Aria was perfection. I read this in one sitting never wanting it to end, relishing in their love bubble. This was such a beautiful friends to lovers story, the connection they had was everything it should've been, these two were just perfect for each other.

This author is becoming well known for those little twists she spins into her stories and this was no different, my heart rate spiked, my reading speed picked up, I couldn't put it down, praying, hoping with fingers crossed that they would both come out at the other end ok.

What's better than a fake romance that turns real...when they are best friends! I love best friend romances and this one hit all the buttons for me.

Aria and Forest have been friends forever, their parents are best of friends so it was only natural that they grew up close, but what happens when you decide to go into a fake relationship with your BFF? That's what happens here, Aria and Forest both need a break from everything and what better way to avoid dating and relationships but to pretend to be in one with your best friend.

FIVE LOYAL STARS FOR Aria and Forest 💙🖤💙🖤!!!

This is the first book that I've read by Michelle Heard and I remained utterly delighted with the book!

This is one of those books that I decided to read without having read the blurb and in the end, I was completely surprised at how much I loved this book.

Michelle has a simple yet interesting writing style that drew me into the plot and connected me to the characters right at the very beginning of the book.

"Loyal Heir" is a college romance with the best friends to lovers trope which will melt your heart with the sweet moments of the main characters.

Aria is a female character who stole my heart with her vulnerability and courage to overcome her insecurities.

Forest is a male character who has a golden heart and he is willing to do anything for his best friend even if it means pretending to be her boyfriend.

His behavior towards Aria completely won me over and I think that every girl deserves a boyfriend who will appreciate her as much as Forest appreciates Aria.

Aria and Forest's relationship is special and strong from the beginning, and as their feelings develop from friendly to loving, it becomes stronger.

If you're looking for a college romance with the best friends to lovers trope and you also love Michelle's writing style, then this is the book you should read next!!!

Highly recommended!!!

Plot Summary : Aria and Forest have been friends since they were in diapers. They have been the bestest of buddies and there is nothing they don't know about each other. That is until one day , a sudden turn of events forces them into a fake relationship.

Now They have to pretend to be a couple . They sign up for it and have a lot of rules put in place. It should be easy enough since they have been friends and can do this too!! But nope. Soon feelings get in between and it doesn't take them long to realise that somewhere along the way , they stopped pretending. Mistakes are made and their friendship is at risk now.

Overall Opinion : I always love how smoothly this author writes her contemporary Romances. The storyline was Cute and I loved the main characters!! Since this is a second generation series , I loved seeing a lot of older characters and many characters of this series too!

If you are in a mood for a cute friends to lovers contemporary romance , then I think you should definitely go for this book. It had a good amount of angst . Since this was a contemporary read , there were no major plot twists and suspense elements. The Story was slow paced and soothing. I enjoyed it however I must say that I wasn't totally hooked in it. But I did complete it and was satisfied with the ending and all the closure! Can't wait for more from this author and this series is a new addiction of mine.

Yep, it's crazy from one point that all the mating parts are running in the same circle since they were kids, but hell, I'm freaking love this "mating" suite at Trinity Academy very much and I'm craving more and more of these heirs...
This was a friends to lovers story and Forest with Aria had stolen my heart...

"It's always been you and me. Nothing will change that. Okay?"

Aria and Forest along with Carla were best friends since they were toddlers...
At the present, they are getting ready to start a new chapter in their lives as they are about to start their freshman year at Trinity Academy...
Aria and Forest's relationship is so easygoing but because of some nasty rumors about Forest and because Aria can not stand the boys that are hitting on her all the time, they are deciding to fake a relationship...

They are so sure of their friendship that they are 100% sure that it won't bite them back in their asses... Carla even formed a contract between then in the chance that things will go south...
Unfortunately, a fake kiss started their demise since its fakeness seemed so real and it got tingles deep down inside of them!!!
So what will they do after all??? Will their friendship stay intact or they will become more real than they were expecting???

Well, Michelle Heard's stories always seem easy, but hell, out of nowhere she is giving you something that can make you lose your mind and this is an intriguing ability for an author. Don't you think???
With each book, I'm waiting like crazy the time that she will bring a huge twist that will change everything that i thought of the story. And there wasn't an exception in here!!!
I really loved this couple and this sweet story that was leaving you with a bitter taste at moments!!!

"We never should've started with the fake relationship. It was begging for trouble."

Aria was such an adorable creature and honestly, I wanted to slap her some sense when she was doubting herself...
Forest was perfect... OMG!!! He was sooo perfect and so loyal to Aria... He was so considerate and he could do anything for her... Also he was soooo patient!!!
These two were so perfect for each other... Yep, they ruined a great friendship while they were faking it, but they gain so much more of this deal, even though the road ahead of them weren't paved only with roses, but also with thorns!!!

"You trust me, right?"
"Irrevocably."
"Then trust me with your heart as well, Aria... I won't break it."

And of course, I can not wait for Noah and Carla's story!!! I'm already losing my mind over them...
I believe that their story will be very intriguing and I'm anticipating their turn bacause of all this hating banter and sexually charged air that is surrounding them when they are in the same proximity!!!

“What if it turns out you’ve been the one all along?”

I just cannot get enough of this series. Each time I'm getting ready to start the first page I get a little nervous and lot excited because I know my feelings are going to be put through the ringer but that I can trust the author to make it completely worth it.

Loyal Heir, book four in The Heirs series, tells Aria and Forest's story. These two have been best friends their entire lives. A new year is upon them and they are starting as freshman at Trinity Academy. Tired of rumors and people coming on to them, Aria and Forest plot to make people believe they are in a relationship. Things go from 0 to 100 really quickly and they realize the feelings they have go way beyond platonic. When fear and doubt start creeping in, their new relationship might never get a chance to be real.

“Forest has shown me that tingles and toe-curling kisses can turn into a happily ever after with the right person.”

This book was full of angst. I really felt Aria's pain and insecurity. Some might be frustrated with the way she shuts down emotionally in response to affliction, but I got it and I liked how she turns it into art. I appreciated that Forest never gave up on her and never hid his feelings for her. Just when things are looking up again, something happens that will send readers' heart-rates skyrocketing. The romantic way it all played out strengthened relationships.

Loyal Heir is filled with amazing friendships, strong, kind characters, and swoon-worthy romance. I can't recommend it enough.

Ever since I finished the Trinity Academy series by Michelle, I have been so ready to read the spin off series starring their kids, and the kids from the Enemies To Lovers series. The crossover of these two worlds began in the final two books of the Trinity Academy series and I was excited to see all the kids grown up and ready to have their own HEAs. Loyal Heir is book 4 in the Heirs series but can be read as a standalone.

Aria Chargill and Forest Reyes have been best friends since they were in diapers. Having grown up together, with the third member of the trio Clara, Forest’s cousin, they know each other back to front, which is why when Aria’s in need of a fake relationship, she knows exactly who to go to. Forest is shocked at first but soon sees that it can benefit him too, so they agree during their first semester at Trinity Academy to fake date but let all their family know first before it gets out. But quickly, real feelings seem to develop, as they act in love with touches and kisses, and the line between fake and real begins to blur. They decide to give it a real shot when someone from Forest’s past returns, bringing up all of Aria’s insecurities. Will Forest be able to prove that the relationship they have developed is real?

I adore fake relationship romances, but this one was extra special because Aria and Forest were such good friends beforehand, making them falling in love seem so much more realistic. Aria had kept all guys at arm’s length since she was hurt by an ex but was really comparing them to Forest completely unknowingly. I felt for her, because it was clear how much she loved him, and he loved her, but her insecurities overshadowed that love. Forest quickly fell for Aria, and realised it was his chance to prove that they are meant for each other, that the man she’s meant to be with has been stood in front of her all along. It broke my heart when she began to pull away from him, thinking he wasn’t really interested, but wow did Forest pull out the big guns to prove his love. It took a life or death situation for them to come to their senses, and that whole scene had me on the edge of my seat, but I knew Michelle would give us a happy ending. I will say the scene where Mason, Kingsley, Falcon and Layla find out was everything I could’ve dreamed of and more, all three of them, including Lake, were so protective of Aria, I swooned for them all over again!

Overall, I adored all these characters, although I did have to draw a family tree to remember who everyone was because there was an overload of names at the beginning, but it set up all the future relationships between the offspring nicely. I am still so intrigued by Hana’s story, but the hints of Noah and Carla have made me so excited to see their love story play out next, especially with how much Noah seems to be fighting his feelings. This series is already so great from the first four books, I can’t wait for the rest of them coming so soon too!

Loyal Heir is the 4th book in The Heir series, its Aria and Forest story.

Damm this book . Aria and Forest are best friends they have such an amazing connection. This is one of the best Friend's to Lover's story ive read in a long while. Once again right from the first page Michelle pulls you in and takes you on a journey and makes you feel like its right in front of you, you feel every emotion (trust me there was alot) I loved we got to see the old crew .

When Best Friends Aria and Forest decide to pretend to be together things change from there, they have their ups and downs its really not an easy journey as they discover themselves and each other in a whole different light. Once these two discover what it can really be like to be together it really is magical watching it happen. But will they let it happen or will one of them be to afraid to move forward and give things a ago? Will one of them not want to lose the friendship they have so they hold back? Will outside forces stop them from being together? Well your going to have to read to find out. Trust me you won't regret it.

Loyal Heir is book 4 of The Heirs series. It can be read as a standalone, but know that this series is the next generation from Heard's Trinity Academy series and the Enemies to Lovers series. This story focuses on Aria Chargill and Forest Reyes.

Forest is sweet, genuine, loyal, attentive, and a natural protector. He's a straight shooter, direct and not afraid to express himself or what he's feeling. He's a great friend and family member, always supportive and willing to help. And that cover is 🔥! I think it represents Forest perfectly; well put together, confident, handsome, etc.

Aria is a talented artist. She's sensitive, caring, and can be emotional as well as stubborn. She's been burned in the past leaving her emotionally scarred and suffering from low self-esteem. She lacks in communicating her feelings which creates issues with those closest to her. She pushes people away and uses avoidance as a defense mechanism.

This is a best friends to lovers romance. This couple is by far the SWEETEST in the series so far. These two have a great bond and connection, it's unbreakable and their relationship was inevitable. It's not as emotionally charged as the previous books in the series, but holy plot twist, I didn't see that coming! The twist gave it an original edge and added a different element of emotion to the story line. I can't wait to see what's in store for Noah and Carla!

This author knows how to write a story that will have you stressed out from the start to the end.

Aria And Forest have been best friends forever. So it should be easy for them to fake a relationship? But a fake relationship brings out real feeling and real attraction. And they couldn't deny the attraction anymore.

But with best friends worrying if their friendship will be ruined or will it bring them so much closer

Like I said this author knows how to make you loose your mind. When you read the story it's like you holding your breath cause you know something is about to happen.I didn't think I could get hooked after the previous book but what can I say 🤷‍♀️

I loved Forest from the start and previous books. He was such a sweet good guy and just so perfect, #Sigh Aria on the other hand frustrated me to no end. But in the end you get what you want. A heart felt draw you in and make you root for them from the start sitting on the edge of your seat... I don't know how I'm going to survive the next story 😱😊💖

Synopsis:

That is when these best friends forever think of posing as a fake couple to shut everyone up, but what happens when those feelings get real…

Review:
One word I would use to describe Michelle Heard's writing is that it is addictive. This was an okay read for me but that doesn't mean I could let go of it.

Forest is the younger brother of Fallon, whose story we read in the previous book, Defiant Heir. And Aria is the younger sister of Hunter, the protagonist from Book One, Coldhearted Heir. It's time for the youngsters to start at Trinity Academy.

Loyal Heir is Forest and Aria's fake to a real love story. It's the classic 'best friend not wanting to risk their friendship for love' story.

It was hilarious to see someone else having fun due to a fake relationship between the protagonists. In this case, it was Carla Reyes, Forest's cousin. But then, as their fake or not so fake relationship progresses, Aria's past starts to unfold. A past from which stem her insecurities about herself, a bad relationship that crumbled her confidence in herself.

I sometimes wondered what the exact catch was because the story was pretty staid. There are only two situations that bring a spark to the story. One, when Forest's ex is introduced and two when the sweetest fake couple ever is caught up in events, not of their own making. Otherwise, the story is very wholesome, but with minimum conflict.

Aria is an art student, a promising one, and I loved the way her character is shaped up, especially the parts revolving around her art. The main takeaway from the entire series, though, is the close bond the entire group shares with each other. And I am going to repeat that in every book's review! Because I can never get enough of this group of friends who are like family, and who are really a family in some cases.

Best friends, Forest and Aria have been in each others lives since they were young. Forest is responsible, sweet, loyal, honest and also handsome as heck. Aria is a painter, an artist who is somewhat insecure but she has the same traits as Forest when it comes to friends and family. These two are heading to Trinity together, and have found themselves in a situation where they are faking a relationship. Lines, feelings are all getting crossed fast.

I really liked these two together, they really deeply cared for one another, there was so much history, friendship and love. I loved seeing the rest the crew and parents in their story. They all have a special bond and stop at nothing to be there for one another when needed. I can't wait for Noah and Carla!!!!

Here I am again utterly wrecked in the best way by Michelle Heard's writing. Loyal Heir is a friends to lovers read that will work its way not only into your heart but entirely become a piece of you. Aria and Forest are freaking magnificent together. Even as just friends the depth of their love is beautiful, but when they take that leap into being more than friends, be ready to have your breath stolen. Their relationship is simultaneously the most natural thing and an entirely new adventure.
I found myself so entirely invested in these two there was no way to stop the tears from flowing down my face through their ups, downs, and jaw dropping moments as they worked their way towards their own perfect HEA.

Ahhh the heirs will continue having a special place in my heart and I absolutely loved Forest and Aria’s story! It was so sweet and cute but definitely pulled out some emotions along the way!

I only got the ARC today and breezed through it because I didn’t want to put it down at all! I loved the fact that we saw more of the daddies 😍 in this book! Yeah i have a thing for all the guys as daddies 😂😂

Another amazing release from Michelle and now I cannot wait for the rest of the heirs!

This was another good book by this talented author. For me, wanting to shake the female main character for the first half, and less action till the second half made this one of the series not one of my favourites. But the second half definitely made up for the first and I started enjoying it more.
Was still a good addition to the series, with a couple I liked by the end.

Loyal Heir is the 4th book in The Heirs series. This story included both fake relationship and friends to lovers romance tropes into one tale. This is Forest and Aria's story and I while I liked these two there were times in the story when I just wanted to shake some sense into Aria, but I loved that Forest never gave up on her. The story was fast paced and had some emotional moments as well as some shocking ones. It was sweet and sexy, filled with love, friendship and family. I loved that we get to see our favorites from the Trinity Academy Series make an appearance. I enjoyed this novel and would recommend it to lovers of friend to lovers romance.

I loved Loyal Heir! 4 stars

I loved Loyal Heir! Forest and Aria were best friends since they were in diapers, and now they are adults at Trinity Academy. I loved Forest from the first chapter; he was just an all around good guy and perfect book boyfriend. Aria frustrated me while simultaneously breaking my heart which is the power of this author’s writing, but once her past (and past relationships) was revealed I understood her. Once they start their fake relationship, they realize there is an attraction and chemistry between them. Can their fake relationship turn real or will it ruin their friendship? Some shocking things happened in this book, and I was taken on a roller coaster of emotions when they did. Thank goodness for their friend/family member Carla, and that is all I will say! I think I said it before in another book review for this series, but I loved seeing my favorite characters from this author’s Trinity Academy series be amazing parents. It warmed my heart, just like this friends to lovers/fake relationship love story between Forest and Aria did. I am loyal to this book, series and author, and I definitely recommend it!

What an absolute cute best-friends-to-lovers story!!

Aria & Forest are best friends since they were in diapers and are about to start their lives at Trinity Academy.
Because Aria made some bad choices with former boyfriends, and Forest is not in the mood to date, they decide to start a fake relationship. But can they keep it up? What happens when one catches real feelings? Lines are going to be blurred...

Really enjoyed their story. You can totally feel the whole family-and-friends dynamic within everyone!
Can’t wait for Noah & Carla’s story!!

I love fake romance. I love that the characters are always so naive that they think they won’t fall in love. With Aria Chargill (daughter of Mason and Kingsley), and Forest Reyes (son of Falcon and Layla), starting a fake relationship just as they start Trinity seems to be the right thing for them to do. Aria is sick of getting hit on, and Forest wants to stop the gossip mill misconstruing his singledom. All is well, things are going great, they even try for more, everything’s peachy, until a blast from the past threatens their possible HEA. As if that’s not enough drama, Mother Nature has to go and interfere as well. I loved Aria and Forest, they were honest, they were true, and they were so so sweet. A wonderful college romance to really get lost in.

Michelle Heard shatters your heart in the best possible way with Forrest and Aria’s story!! I was BLOWN AWAY by the emotions I felt while reading this book. Michelle has this way of just dragging you into a story as if you’re the one experiencing everything.

I swear when things happened in this book I felt as if it were happening to me. (Not explaining what happens tho bc nobody likes spoilers lol) From the very beginning you can already feel the chemistry brewing between Aria and Forrest. It’s almost like this ticking time bomb that’s just waiting to explode and boy does it explode!!!!

Aria is this perfect mixture between Mason and Kingsley as Forrest is the perfect mix of Falcon and Layla. Their connection tho is mind blowing. And don’t get me started on seeing Mason as a dad!!! He was probably my favorite from the Trinity series and I swoon so hard seeing him with his baby girl.

All in all I just loved seeing these two blossom into a full on relationship. I loved seeing the old Trinity gang together with the kids. I just loved it all!!!! Y’all do not want to miss out of this book!!!

This series are amazing. And I'm getting more and more attached to these characters. And I need all these stories asap.
The moment, Aria and Forest agreed on fake relationship, I knew they are asking for trouble. Especially, how natural for them was to fall into it. Actually, it was magical to watch them. I was fascinated and worried. Worried, because they wouldn't accept, that they may be a real couple that easily. That they would be too worried about damaging their friendship and will hide theirs feelings.
But it didn't go, how I expected. It was a nice surprise. But my worry didn't go away. I was waiting for another shoe to drop.
I still had hoped, that at least this book in the series, wouldn't torn my heart. So much for hoping. Lol. I should had known, Michele would want to play with our emotions in this book too.

I just read this one in one sitting!

Aria and Forest's story did not go how I predicted it to at all. This just tells you it's no ordinary fake relationship story. When they decide to pursue a fake relationship, you just know things will definitely change between them. Or maybe they just come to realise their real feelings towards each other. I really enjoyed their interactions. You can just tell that while they are best friends, there is so much more between them. Their emotions and feelings are bursting at the seams. Their story will take you on an emotional roller coaster.

I am loving this series and I can't wait for Noah and Carla's story next! I'm really looking forward to it!

This book shattered my heart in the best way possible. Forest is the most Loyal person you will get, he is the definition of LOYAL.

Aria and Forest were best friends since birth. I was rooting for them since Arragont Heir. Aria and Forest started out as "Fake relationship " but with all those feelings that were always there came out there was no stopping them. Aria had a lot to work through and even when she tried to push Forest away...he stayed because that's what Loyal friends do.


Let's talk about Clara and Noah, I'm so EXCITED for their book!!! Noah is not going to know what to do with Clara.

The Heirs series just gets better with each book!! Michelle’s writing is amazing!

I absolutely loved Forest & Aria’s story. One of my favorite best friends to lovers story. What started out as fake dating, turned in to so much more than they ever expected. Their chemistry was great, and Michelle will definitely put your feelings to the test.

ARIA AND FOREST

This book pulled me right in and kept me glued to my seat not wanting it to end. Aria and Forest are now my favorite couple. It's sweet, romantic, heartbreaking, emotional, intense read that had me dazed and wanting more. I was floored with every emotion it pulled out in me. I laughed at some and cried at other times in this book. This author knows how to make see and feel it all as you read and you won't ever be disappointed when you read any of hers. I so can't wait to read the next.

Back to the roots!

This book made me feel reminiscent of the first time I read about Trinity and their parents. It had the banter, alpha male, strong female character and just the right amount of drama. The only negative thing I say maybe make them less poetic. They’re college kids. I love a good descriptive word, but sometimes it’s too much.
