HER Life hasn’t always been the easiest for me, yet I never gave up. I never lost my desire to survive. Not when my mother betrayed me. Nor when I was imprisoned for years by a Nazi extremist group to be experimented on. But Julian Forbes? He had the power to destroy me. The real question was, would he?
HIM There was one unwritten rule every employee knew by heart. Do. Not. Fall. For. Your. Boss’s. Daughter. But things aren’t always as easy as one might think. A fiery redhead. An illegal mental facility. An undercover job. A soul crushing connection. Add those and I was in a world of trouble

Wow, loved this story. Each of the books in Zeta Security get better and better, and although I loved them all this 4th book by B. P. Beth is my favorite so far. Lili is such an amazing young woman, after all the horrific torture and what her own mother did to her, she is still standing, strong, brave, enter Julian, the man who saved her and fell head over heels for Lili, they have such a rough and rocky road to travel. This book made me cry several times, it also made my heart sing, don't miss this amazing 5 ⭐ read, I cannot wait to read the next book in this series.
Lili's life hasn't been easy whatsoever, but her insane mother leveled up & this girl has been put through hell just because. Luckily, she's not going down without a fight which I absolutely LOVED LOVED LOVED! Julian is tasked with rescuing the target, and finally our resident playboy has been brought to his knees by a woman but it's very complicated so let the games begin. There are twists, heat, hilarious moments with the amazing women of Zeta Security, and I swear to all that's holy I could have cried as it just wasn't long enough for me (yes it's that good). I CANNOT get enough of this series, and hopefully there are many more stories to come because I NEED MORE IN MY LIFE! Everyone actually NEEDS this series in their lives so you know what to do! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!
Julian has become my favourite book of the series. I cringed, I cried and then I ended up laughing gleefully at the end of the book. What made me laugh? The last paragraph. “Best. Road. Trip. Ever. When can we do it again?” You will have to read the whole book to understand my mirth. Hope there will be more books in this series. Thanks for these stories, B.P. Beth!
julian and lili book was good, it was entertaining and I did not want to put it down until the end. The story kept me interested until the end. It was a good read, can't wait to find out who's next.
Wow, this was a very interesting book from beginning. I couldn't put it down once started.
I loved Julian and Lili together, they both helped each other. But also Julian changed his way and it was so sweet. They have such chemistry from beginning even with trying to resist. They went through a lot together. But it was all worth it in end.
This is the 4th book in this great series and is Julian and Lili’s story. Lili is strong and resilient and has endured horrific abuse by the hands of her mother, and Julian rescues her from a mental institution. There is an intense connection between these two, and their chemistry is sizzling and undeniable, but they have a tough and challenging road to be together. This is a well written story which is emotionally charged, intense, raw, gritty, entertaining, heartbreaking, and with action, suspense, mystery, and love. I was intrigued and hooked throughout this riveting and addictive page turner, and I highly recommend this talented author’s work. In my opinion, this is this author’s best work to date.
I enjoyed this book. Loved all the police drama and romance in this really well written love story. Loved the characters, the ups and downs and can't wait to read more by this author.
Julian met Lili when he rescued her from a mental hospital her mother put her in. Julian took her home with him when they finally were free of the hospital. It wasn't two weeks before the were lovers. Then one night she was kidnapped.
I am relieved. I knew this series had potential, and this book just proved it. Yes I would of like more detailing of her past, BUT the author has finally learnt to give us more than glimpses of things. Gives me hope for rest of series. Yet again loved the characters and plot hence I've been disappointed by the other books and gave this one 5 stars for improvement.
Y'all I have loved this series and Julian did not disappoint. Lili has been to hell and back and its all her mama's fault. She's still standing and so strong. Julian is determined to save her even before he realizes who she really is. I will say the side of Julian that Lili pulls out is amazing and so fun to see.
So I really liked this book but I felt it was a bit different from the previous in this series. It's a lot more fast paced basically an Insta love. I'd still say a must read!
3 1/2 stars I have been so keen to read Julian’s story, he was such a playboy jokester that he always grabbed your attention whether you wanted it or not. This story also captured your attention from the prologue. My heart started breaking for Lili pretty much straight away.
I really liked Julian in this book, not as much in the previous books, however, I suspect that was the author’s intention. We discover a different type of person in Julian and one who is more centered and responsible. Lili, although young, had to grow up fast with that beast of a mother of hers. Then combined with further intense trauma she shows an advanced maturity. She also displays incredible inner strength and resilience.
This insta love story has all the elements needed; an alpha male who is very protective of his woman, a sassy, strong female who somehow finds herself in a lot of strife, incredible chemistry between the two, and both feeling relaxed and reassured in each other’s company. This is one of the reasons for the extra half a star.
Something I didn’t like was that I found the repeated scenes, from a different person’s perspective, could have been really good if told in a different manner. Retelling it practically word for word was boring and a waste of an opportunity to show greater depth into the other character. And the author might like to review the fight scene between Lili and her abductor because she was tied to a chair with her hands and ankles tied with zip ties. Then told to get up and walk, no cutting or untying her to do so, plus she was able to walk with zip-tied ankles, throw a punch with her right hand, get up off the floor unaided? A little rewording would help.
The mystery and suspense element in the story takes this story up a level. I enjoyed the ‘whodunnit’ as well as the search and rescue of Lili. Another reason for the extra half a star.

Each book has more craziness than the last. Wow. A mental asylum operated by nazi extremists bent on torture and experiments. Wow. Just wow. Love Julian with his humor and quick wit. Always to joke and lighten the mood. Lily. Wow she is sure strong and resilient to survive so long with no hope. What a women. Loved them together they were adorable their youngness at heart and lightness despite the things they have seen and suffered made them perfect for one another. But unfortunately others stepped into their lives thinking they knew best. I loved how her father was trying to do what was best for her but that was not his place especially at being so new to her life. Julian for that matter did it with pure love with his intentions for her. And yes he shouldn’t have taken her choice away from her but she wouldn’t have made the hard choice. The only thing I didn’t like was the long time jump. They shouldn’t have been separated that long. Maybe 6 months I could reason with and be happy maybe a year not longer. Can’t wait for Luke’s book.
I was so looking forward to Julian‘s book! He was such a playboy jokester and captured the attention of everyone that was around him and the previous books. My heart really broke for Lili. She really had to grow up fast with her mother and she shows incredible strength and maturity. Julian is almost soft with her but he has that alpha protective streak down pat when it comes to Lili. Then there’s this who done it aspect to the story that I loved. The only downfall that I see to this book is the retelling of scenes from different character’s POV end it being the exact same words. I just skimmed over these parts in the story. Overall I would recommend this book.
This is my second book in the story, and I really enjoyed 😊 I loved Julian story, couldn't wait to read it after Luke's book.
Hero - Julian
Heroine -Lili
Holy shit, the things Lili, had to go through was damn heartbreaking. But her strength and courage to keep fighting was damn incredible. Loved Julian, and the way he loved and supported Lili.
Ok so this young girl was kidnapped and Held hostage in a Not see supposed to be Mental health Place In had her brain fried For 5Years And she's okay kind of sorta They no kind of sort of she's okay In the daddy all the daddy or I just can't oh I just came with the daddy and all rest of these people are stupid as hell I I can't with do you books
This story was so good it was a little different from the first couple of books in that while there was plenty of action it was more mental than physical . Can’t wait for more books with Julian and Loki to see how far they have come.
Julian’s story is the fourth book in this wonderful series. I’ve loved each and every one of these books. They are all packed with action and suspense. I will definitely be adding them to my re-read pile.
Lolo is such a strong woman after what her crazy mother put her through. Julian's carefree style is just what she needs but then he does the unthinkable and let's her go. But it's all good in the end and she even gets to met out her own justice.
