Our Beloved Moon

This book is not precisely what its title and subtitle say. It's more of a combination of moon magic, spells, and rituals as well as general information about the Moon. It is broadly divided into three sections: general information like Moon lore and the symbolism of the moon in different cultures, spells and rituals (I wish these had been split out separately!), and other ways to work with the Moon's magic, like creating Moon water. I've always enjoyed what I've sensed as the gentle magic of the Moon, and this book has some excellent information and rituals that make it a worthwhile read if you have an interest in that topic as well. I only wish that its organization was a little less haphazard and that it had a table of contents so I could more easily grasp all that the book contains and could refer back to specific concepts and their pages more easily.

very interesting

I have read quite a few books about the moon, and I do believe it affects us all. After all, that’s where the word “lunatic” comes from. It’s the pull of the moon that controls the weather etc, and how beautiful it looks on a winters night. Easy to understand spells. Worth reading.

Quick read

I was so into this book it became a "quick read" to me. It is an excellence reference book one to put up to know u have when it's needed.I really enjoyed reading this book and easy to follow as well I believe this book is for someone at any stage in there craft.

This is a pretty good book for beginners. It is more Wicca-focused though, but that part is in the title. There’s some good info about the moon phases as well as some spells and rituals.
