Libro estremamente tecnico che riesce a descrivere nel dettaglio, ma senza approfondire, i vari aspetti e fasi di un progetto di infrastrutture /impianto rinnovabile. Gestito come progetto (Vs gestito interamente da aziende statali) con i pro e conto della cosa. Richiede conoscenze in ambito finanziario e molte meno conoscenze in ambito tecnico energetico.

Alla fine ci sono anche 2 esercizi pratici molto utili per fare una stima di valutazione dei progetti.
