The Journeys: In the quest of redemption

The world has suffered under the pandemic, death and devastation has become the norms of this period, people have lost their jobs, businesses and their loved ones, while the future of humanity looks bleak, there are still scores of people who restore faith in the humanity.This is the story of three distinct individuals whose life was turned upside-down due to the pandemic. Mohit, Surabhi and Rajiv comes from different strata of the society, each of them impacted in a different way by the pandemic. They all are making their separate journeys, Mohit is running away from his past, Surabhi is searching for an individual while Rajiv is trying to return to his hometown amidst the pandemic. Three different stories yet bound with each other with multiple imperceptible threads. Their lives get entwined at the edge of a cliff, where Mohit is standing to take his own life. The story follows the journeys; these individuals undertake to reach the cliff, where they meet as strangers, learn about each other’s past, helps in overcoming their distress, move past the mistakes of their lives and redeem themselves. It is the story about faith in God, it is about the humanity, it is about the bond between the vulnerable humans, it is about suffering, it is about regret, it is about the sins we commit, it is an expedition in the quest of redemption, it is a journey we all have taken at some point in our life, to move away from the darkness and reach for the light.
